Upo & moving by 09:25.
First was a climb, (no elevator here) up to "Le Cathedral" and "Palais Princier". From there I took that tourist train for 7 Euros around the whole joint, in an hour. Used the remaining 13 Euros, to go to the "Musee Oceanographique". Then upstairs for lunch on their terrace overlooking Port Hercule. Enjoyed a plate of moules (mussels) in tomatoe puree, frites and a peach melba for dessert. Washed it down with a 1/2 l. white. Damage was only 31.50 E.
Walked back to the hotel but not before picking up some water and a small bottle of fine rose for later. Took a cool shower, and enjoyed a glass or two.
Went outside after for a 3 scoop ice cream - tasty as any ever enjoyed, for 4.5 E.

best report I've read in a long time. the food, the culture, the everyday hot looking people. You really capture the atmosphere well with your choice in words and of course with your photos. cheers

I second socrates' comments. I am headed to Europe twice in the next 90 days...You've inspired me to post a similar report.
