I agree with Blazer's that Medellin is spread out and you will spend lots of time in taxis. I would add to that, to be VERY flexible with your casa plans. Mali and I started the day out with a trip up the mountain to Pueblito Paisa. I got pics of Medellin but not many of the Pueblito. I'd recommend this place as there's a flow of hotties in spandex jogging up and down the hills. I'd also do what we did. Go up there by taxi, buy your souvenirs, get your scenic pics in and walk down the road or as we did down the stairs. Either path will present you with jogging eye candy. Be careful if you take the steps; it is one steep fall if you trip.
Once we got to the bottom of the hill we took a cab to Abydos which is nearby. It was closed and locked with no doorbell. I was also a little skeptical of the address and didn't want to knock on some random neighbor's door. We even circled the block looking for a back entrance but didn't find one. In a cab and over to Linda's Chicas. I spotted an interesting looking church on the way over. The front gate was padlocked. The address matched our map. BTW, we arrived after noon at both places. Undeterred we decided to walk back to get some pics of that church, and basically go casa to casa until we found one.
I no longer have the map and can't remember the name of the very run down looking one a little off the beaten path. When we found it about 5 guys walked in right in front of us and I peeped in and saw about 5 girls. I figured all the talent just got hired and we'll just walk back towards Prado station and New Life was our back up. Over to Geishas, we went in and sat in the presentation room. 3 girls were available and we both liked the same one. We took business cards and left. In the very same building there was a restaurant overlooking the plaza adjacent to the Prada metro station and we took a break and ate watching people stroll around the plaza.

I understand that most of these girls will give a BBBJ but they will try to do a CBJ first and condoms were standard everyplace I went. I was still tired from all the trekking around and Mali was sick and done for the night. We went back to the mansion, ordered in Chinese food and I took another nap with the alarm set for an hour and depending on how I felt would determine whether or not I went back out. When I woke up I grabbed a cab and went back to Face Dos. I figured one good turn deserves another. I saw Cathy again but when she asked if I was going to take another girl I told her I would and went back to watching the dancers. I ended up taking Hillary who was more energetic than Cathy, shorter and a better personality. After we were done, she asked, “Gusto marijuana?” Since my job drug tests me I told her no, even though I would have loved to have gotten high and screw her.
