I'm not sure that I'll ever end up back in Angeles.

I consider myself to be an adventure monger, and there isn't really any adventure in Angeles.

I like mongering with the locals at places like 4x4 in Brazil, and New Life in Medellin... I like hanging out in the seedier spots like Vila Mimosa, Mayorista, La Manzana and pretty much anywhere in Cali.

I also like to be able to control a conversation, and in Angeles, the girls control the conversations with their (often times extremely) limited English.

Anyway, I'm sorry that I didn't fuck more chicks, but to be honest with you guys, I wasn't as attracted to these girls as I am to the South American girls, and many times I had to go to a dozen or more bars before I finally settled on a girl that I would never give a second look to at in a Latin American country.

The only girl that I fucked on this entire trip that I really considered hot was that Dollhouse girl, and she was sort of a bust in the sack.

Another thing: I went through Santos Street pretty much every day and never really saw anything worth sampling.

There was a girl at WoW Bar named Jane who I'm pretty sure Lovingmarvin posted a picture of in his report, but I enjoyed my running dialogue with her as I passed her a dozen times a day, and didn't want to ruin it by fucking her.

I'm not sure where I'm headed next... any ideas guys?

I feel your pain. I have had a couple trips where the talent was aweful in AC. I have been lucky on my last couple trips but I had to spend day and night hunting for a passable girl. The good thing is that nearly every girl is going to worship you and provide BBFS. I had bad timing on my last Medellin trip and the girls were ok looking but nothing to write home about as I tried to find stunners outside of the gringo compound.

AC can be really addictive with all the attention you get and readily available girls to worship the ground you walk on, even slobs like me. The problem is that Filipinas in general rank at the bottom of the list for beauty in Asia IMHO and they are the only Asians with an aweful shelf life. They are the only Asians/Pacific Islanders that like to eat more than they like to fuck.

Thanks for your report Infanticide - good analysis from a veteran monger experienced in other places... I am shocked that you were ignored in Lost in Asia Bar and presumably were not dressed in the ExPat Trailer Park Dirty White Tank Top and 1980's jean shorts. Great report! For your first trip you didn't do too bad. Blazers sums it up well, AC can be hit or miss which is typically associated with the guy/girl ratio on any given week. Hard to say what drives it beyond that. Unlike Pattaya where there's never a shortage of hot gals regardless of the amount of tourists in town. The advantage on pricing still goes to AC but the gap is narrowing rather quickly. I was in Manila last week and the going rate for ST was 3000-5000P S/T but the talent level was generally higher than what I've seen in AC lately. Between the falling dollar and the free spending Asians this hobby is getting just plain stupid.

I didn't really mention it in my report, but those Japanese/Korean mongers are annoying as hell! Making it rain 20 piso notes, randomly handing 50 piso bills to girls on stage without even talking to them... I really didn't understand what they were trying to accomplish.

My suggestion would be Thailand. Bangkok is great but Pattaya is just awesome. The mecca of mongering. Day and night action and never a boring moment.

I have been twice and look forward to returning. The second time I went was after spending 5 days in AC. Was glad to leave AC after 5 days by the way. Had a good time but nothing like Pattaya.

Had I known you were going for two weeks I would have suggested to you the same thing I suggested to Robert from Medellin. I told him that after 5 days in AC he should hop a plane from Scott AFB to Bangkok, hang out there for a couple of days then a short 1 1/2 hour drive to Pattaya.

I suggested staying at the Dynasty Inn in Bangkok since it's right next door to Nana Plaza (several girlie joints) and a cool outside bar to hang out and check out the free lancers).

Dynasty Inn also offers a free shuttle to their sister location on soi 13 in Pattaya. I stayed at both Dynasty Inn's. Very nice and priced right at about $50usd per night Although there are several cheaper options in Pattaya such as the Queen Mary on soi 6 or Windy Inn at the end of Walking Street.

Glad you had a good time hanging with Sockboy. Before life and biz kept me from making mongering trips we used to be great partying buds in AC and Pattaya. Just remember Sockboy isn't the devil, he's the guy that goes into 7-11 to buy cigarettes for the devil.

This is just my personal opinion based on one 30 day trip to Pattaya.

- The picture of the woman displayed above is more typical in some of the more established Walking Street Go-Gos. I didnt see any women like that on Soi 6. The woman up top has fake boobs, braces and I think this woman probably comes from a Walking Street Go-Go. I am betting she cost a lot more then other ladies in Pattaya.

- In order to get the best looking women in Pattaya, you need to pay top dollar. Its an efficient system where the best looking women seem to work in the more expensive Walking Street Go-Gos and demand more $$$. The lesser looking / lesser expensive women seem to work out in the beer bars or the smaller go-gos.

- Most pictures on sites like this and the porn sites demonstrate great looking young Thai women, but when you get there you will find there are a lot of ugly ones with bad dental work and the like and on par with the ladies in AC. You will have to really walk around and be ready to spend more then you thought to really get good action and good ladies.

- The ladies in Pattaya seem to spend a lot more money then the ladies in AC. Therefore, you get exactly what you pay for. If you pay for short time, then they are out of their after the first pop unless you add more to the kiddy.

- You probably will not find anyone to go all night long with you for $41 (1800 pesos) in Thailand, but you can do that all the time in Angeles.

- English seems to be more understood in Angeles then Pattaya. I remember ordering a coffee once and getting handed a beer. I remember one woman reading some English words out of a book because she couldnt communicate otherwise.

- Everything else seemed a little more expensive in Pattaya then in Angeles.

- Pattaya is a nice vacation spot with beaches and other things to do. Its a memorable time.

- A good number of women seemed cuter then the Filipinos and the sex was definately a step up. Although there were also plenty of fuglies. Pattaya is not lined with cuties as many reports suggest.

- As in Angeles, the very best looking women in Pattaya are taken quickly by the other mongers.

So, in sum, Pattaya is going to be a lot more expensive and to get the talent (like in the picture above) you will have to pay up. Probably double or triple what you paid in Angeles. The beer bar girls will make for a less expensive time, although, they wont be as attractive. The beech road ladies will be the least expensive of all. The longer a woman stays with you, the more expensive it becomes. If you take them long time then they expect you to feed them and buy them things.

There are good and bad things about both places, but my opinion is Angeles City offers better value and service. $50, all night long and as many pops as you like, cannot be beat. In other parts of the world it seems the more pops, the more $$$ you have to shell out.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Thailand although my wallet did not seem to have nearly as good of a time...

Although I only made one trip there, Im pretty certain you wouldnt be able to get a woman who even looks close to any of the Creampie Thai ladies at any of the beer bars. Maybe, just maybe at the small go-gos. On Beach Road I think not. Soi 6...maybe. However, if you go into Happy, Airport or one of the places that are similar then you will get that quality all night long. I would have spent more time in those venues, but quite honestly, I would have run out of cash so I diversified.

If you can get a lady for $41 all night long in Pattaya, then please throw up the picture and indicate where you got her from. I am always willing to learn how to do things on the cheap and would be interested to know exactly what, when and where.

Check out Pu in my Pattaya TR. Met her at Marine Disco and spent two days with her. Total cost for her company, less than $30 USD. She had a great time as I did also. No bar fine, no tip, just some food and drinks. If you're always focused on paying a gal for a good time then that's where you'll end up. On of my first trip to Pattaya I met a gal waiting for a scooter after getting off the bus from Bangkok. She was a hostess at Sexy Soi 7 but was burnt out on the scene. Spent the entire week with her and she had no issues helping me out with other pulls, we had a blast together. I spent about $100 USD on her with food and drinks then gave her $100 USD my last day there. She bought a ticket to travel back to her province. That was it, $200 USD for the week which is $28 USD for each day. Pattaya is full of these types of hook ups. I'm well into my fifties, not Brad Pitt either but I will keep my eyes open for what I know I can procure.

You are a better man then me. No way I could convince any woman to go two nights in Pattaya for $30 or for an entire week at $100-200. Most guys I know who go to Pattaya get charged the going rate like myself. The closest I got to a discount was when a woman paid her own barfine to be with me and then I paid her a tip. She had to make a certain quota or get booted from the bar. It was a great deal. So if you did it, congrats, but I cant do it. My experience is the ladies are there for your cash not to have fun or dating. Lots of luck!

Well there ya go... If you refuse to believe it could happen then surely it won't. The first and most important sale you'll ever make is yourself.

Like everywhere your mileage may very. I've had women go for cheap in Pattaya and women try to take me in AC and vice a versa. I've probably made ten trips to each or more. Just for clarity I'm over fifty and heavy set.

If the girl sees you as a soft touch she'll treat you that way. If the girl likes you she'll treat you that way. Both places have their share of rips.

Pattaya has much greater differences between high and low season then AC. Pattaya also has greater differences between venues then AC. Beerbar girls in Pattaya are much closer to AC prices then gogo girls from the main Walking Street venues. Also girls from small gogos are cheaper then from large gogos in Pattaya.

AC is much more standardized in it's pricing at gogos. I do guess that is changing with the upper tier pricing model started by Dollhouse group. No matter what Portege says food and lodging is cheaper in Pattaya then in AC.

I do agree that it's hard for the average monger to do as well as Blazers in either venue. Blazers has more game then most mongers I've met and he knows Thai. I did see THM talk a cute Thai girl into a week for about $100.00.

In AC I once bought the rights to the girl for as much of my month trip as I wanted for 12K. In retrospect I'm not sure it was a great plan, but she was real hot and a proven past performer.

It just depends on your game, desires and what you want.

Thanks for your report it sums up what AC is really like. It can be lots of fun, but it can also be a big pain in the ass. You will get laid, probably you'll be underwhelmed with most of your lays and when you review your photos sober you'll realize you were settling to get laid.

Pattaya was my 2nd ever mongering trip after an AC false start and I thought I'd never go back to AC again and sure enough it was about 5 years of Pattaya trips before I went back to AC. So I agree with Cubanut, Patttaya is the next logical choice if you wish to monger in Asia.

I think I'm going to stick to South America for the near future, and try Thailand when I'm ready to sit through another 20+ hour flight (I'm an East Coast guy).

One thing is for sure. It didnt matter who I went with in Thailand. Beach Rd, Beer bar, or Go-Go. They all seemed to fuck like porn stars in Thailand. As long as the money was there, they would fuck for as long and as many times as I liked. It was more or less just like porn. If it was short time, then it was basically one pop and done or like an hour or so. However, long time it was no holds barred and as many times as I could stand.

Interesting feedback. Being on the west coast kinda sucks, it's a long flight to South America or Asia. The best gals I've been with as far as in between the sheets were in Brazil. You should give Buenos Aires a try. I've never been there, but their currency is about the only one that's actually gotten weaker against the dollar over the last five years. BA doesn't get much coverage on CH anymore but there's a lot of older info available.

I am certainly on that Brazil train as well. At some point I lost that desire to travel to every point on earth to monger just to get mediocre service.

Brazilian girls know how to hump....but I do have to admit, a short trip (i.e. less then 1 week) to AC once a year breaks it up nicely for me. Pretty much have settled on Rio & AC for now...also still like Pattaya, but AC is so turn key. So I guess unless some incredible new destination is uncovered, I am sticking to Rio, AC, and Pattaya. Why bother traveling to other parts in South America, just cough up some more bucks and go for the quality in Rio. Plus it is just a fantastic vacation destination even with mongering removed.

The same applies to Asia - Pattaya is just plain fun, both when mongering and not mongering. AC is a shithole, but great from non hassle perspective (set bar fines, etc). Plus, lets just put it out in the open - it is probably one of the most consistent bareback destinations

I am looking at a SEA trip back to AC for this Fall. I was really jonesing to go back after reading Bwana's report from Jan of this year. Blazers reports over the years also made a strong case for AC. My expectations are now a bit tempered after your TR. But as they say AC can be hit or miss, I just hope I get in town at the right now. Personally, I am OK with the ability to monger on auto pilot in AC.

Currently my plan is to visit 4 locales in 2011. Will be checking out Curitiba for the first time then visiting Sao Paulo again. Plans are in the works for Medellin in July, SEA in Sept and Rio in early Dec. US Dollar is in the toilet but I get some of my mongering income in euros so that helps.

I did find the girl I posted while walking down soi 6. She was NOT working at any of those beer bars, she was walking down soi 6. Sorry if I confused you.

Also, the venues in Pattaya go far beyond the beer bars of the soi 6 and also Walking Street. There are an unbelievable amount of places for girls.

My friend spent a year in Pattaya and tried to hit a new place every other night. When I hooked up with him he took me to several off the beat places where they had some out landish set ups and awesome girls available.

I must have also went at a good time because the soi 6 girls were very very pretty.

On Walking Street Happy a Go Go and peppermint were floating with high quality poon.

I went to Lucifer disco as well on Walking street and found the free lancers to be quite hot. Picked up a spinner there and danced and made out til the place cleared out and we were the last ones still there in the back making out. This is funny cause when I got there there were hundreds of people there.

There are plazas as well that have several beer bars that are away from the main strip. Many ex pats hang out there.

Then there are the Soapy places. Everyone has got to do a soapy at least once in a lifetime. I loved it.

I was also privy to being taken to a private club with some ex-pats that made me promise not to tell anyone about. Awesome place with hot girls and large (ridiculously large) rooms to monger in.

So I guess it is not just the amount of time you spend in Pattaya that counts but also what you do and where you go to find new venues. Sure I love Walking Street and places like soi 6 but there are Sooooo many places in Pattaya that it boggled even my mind!

My preferred rotation is Pattaya, AC, Manila and Rio in that order. As I live in Mexico I want a break from Latina's so Asian destinations are my first preference. Also, I prefer petite figures which are less prevalent in many South American venues. AC remains high on my list knowing there could be a dearth of talent on any given week, simply because the gals can at least communicate on some level, the prices are still reasonable and the girls do like to have fun. I was considering Medellin however after the last few TR's I just don't see the value. $150 USD for a couple of hours, many of the gals overweight or just not real lookers IMO has changed my mind. I can find that all day long in TJ for 1/3 the price. Cubanut throws up photos of a lot of bonita chicas but when you view others TR's they've all but disappeared. I would consider Buenos Aries however from what I've read safety is a concern.

That's a given LM but what I'm curious about is there a significant overall difference from one city to the next which Cat seems to suggest? I've never seen that phenomena.

I was referencing the Argentine Peso while specifically throwing out the idea of Buenos Aires. He's a lawyer, I assumed he would put two and two together when I wrote "their currency" - as in "the people in Buenos Aires, which is in Argentina and uses the Argentine Peso, which is around 4x1 on the dollar now, up from 3x1 a couple of years ago and 1x1 back in 2001".

Without question he pulled some very average girls, before you write off AC maybe you should checkout some of my photos of what kind of talent is available.

Pay attention to photos 165,164, 157, 97, 83, 79, 75, 73 68, 67, 61, 32 and tell me you wouldn't shack up with any of these cuties.

To each their own, but you can't deny talent exist there, you just have to get out and about and find them.

Often we read one guy swears this place is the best and another guys feels that place is the mecca. There's that group of guys whose first and last option is AC and others who won't go there no matter what. I feel if Inf decides to return at some point he'll do better as getting to know any scene takes time. Effort is required as well unless lady luck is on your wing but anyone who has mongered long enough knows some trips just turn out better than others. Who hasn't returned home and felt they made the wrong decision(s) and would have done things differently in hindsight? I know I've made a few left turns when I should have turned right. Also, in a maiden trip to any new local there's usually higher expectations based on what he's seen, read or heard. Sometimes is just doesn't pan out. If I had to make the trip from the east coast I might feel the same but there's no guarantees no matter where one travels.

Its just really grating having to go from bar to bar to bar... after awhile all of the girls start to look the same, and the waitresses are so annoying.

I also *really* hate being called sir... 500 times a day. I don't know why, it just really started to bother me.

Another thing to add is that I'm not a great photographer or even a good one... if Cubanut or Av8tr took pictures of the same girls I did, they'd probably look a lot better.

I wouldn't say that I was disappointed in my trip, I'm just not in a rush to get back to AC.

Impossible to second guess someone else's decisions but if you had more experience in AC you might not have bar fined the Binibini from Candybar just because she jumped in your lap and dumped Jane for Barbie. When guys end up spending a lot of time looking for the right gal without success they grab someone acceptable just because they're tired of the hunt, getting drunk or bored. A number of the less desirable pulls come down to a matter of convenience. I don't think you did that bad for your maiden voyage and would bet next time around you'll do better.

I ended up choosing Thailand for various reasons...let me just say that the poon pics that I was seeing then were arguing against me choosing it.

I've been to Angeles ten times. The talent in this report does not truly represent the best that you can get. I believe there are a lot of factors that influence the quality. Usually on your first trip to a destination you are not going to get the best looking women for several reasons. There is also timing and then the luck of the draw. You might hit it on a bad week or just simply be unlucky and come at a time when the good looking ladies are simply not around. Its well known that in any destination the best looking women are quickly scooped up.

I have seen some rough pictures from South America hombres on this site and I have also seen some pictures that seemed as good as the women in Playboy. I believe the ones with the better pictures probably know how to navigate and leverage the area more then the ones with less quality pictures. Then there is the timing factor. I have seen some rough looking pictures from experienced hombres and the reason is they might have just had bad luck and hit it at the wrong time.

I believe he could do a lot better on a second trip just like I think I can do better on a second trip to Pattaya now that I know the lay of the land.

You no doubt saw plenty of gyms in Rio. You saw a lot of women out jogging, playing beach volleyball, riding bikes, etc. Now, other than fucking and mopping floors, I've never actually seen a filipina ever do any form of exercise. And, between 1996 and 1999, I fucked several hundred LBFMs. Not very many were that heavy, but none had any muscle tone at all.

Now, if you want fit girls who have some - or a lot - of muscle, you know where to go.

I agree. I have known very very few Filipinas who really cared about health, fitness, diet or nutrition. I have even known well to do Filipinas who make six figures a year as doctors, but they eat like crazy and never touch a gym or even run a lap around the block. I remember trips where I saw women who were plump, but had slender frames just a year or so before when I visited. I never heard a Filipina say "Oh, I cant eat that, its fattening!" Instead, they seem to eat all that they can no matter how unhealthy it might seem or appear.

If you get involved with a Filipina, then you can pretty much expect that sooner or later they will gain weight. Pretty much you have to hope that they stay at a fast rate of metabolism.

Actually, many are lacking for healthy food. They poor ones eat a diet of rice, rice and rice...hence the term "rice belly."

Filipina sex workers are lazy to begin with, that's half the reason they work in the industry. Plus, what options do the have for exercise? Running up and down Fields Ave and get bowled over by a trike? No beach or volleyball, no sports activities and maybe a gym or two. In Metro Manila they're are a number of gyms. The women there are more upscale and conscious of health issues. AC is a town with undereducated lazy gals who flock there for only one reason, easy money.

I've never been to the PI, the ones I'm talking about were all working as store clerks, restaurant hostesses, front desk clerks at hotels, maids, etc throughout different cities in the Middle East, or as maids and hookers/strippers/whatever in hostess bars in Okinawa. A few in the US as well.

I remember one of the girls pointing from my hotel (Pacific Breeze) to a building not at all far away. She told me that is where she lives. I commented how that is a close walking distance to my hotel and her bar/work.....but of course, she quickly replied that she never walks and always takes the trike. Lazy for sure, coupled with no education, makes for a dull time with these girls.... Like I mentioned before, anything over 5 days in AC gets me stir crazy and incredibly homesick.

In Brazil, even the uneducated ones, seem to be just more fun in general or at least have more of a personality (not necessarily always a good one :-)

One of the guys I worked with over there actually started shaving and waxing his body like a swimmer because he got tired of picking up lice and fleas from the tin hooches the old hookers used in Whisper Alley. He also made it a point to change up which med center he used - the hospital on Kadena, the Navy hospital at Camp Lester, some on the Main Island bases and in Korea as well - since "they really get on your case the third time you come in with the clap". He got tagged driving back through Gate 4 one night with a barfine stashed in the trunk. When the airman on guard duty popped the trunk, she took off like a fucking rabbit and they had to chase her down. She headed right towards the BOQ and started screaming for anyone to help her - and using guys' names as she started pounding on doors at 3:00 AM. Of course most of those guys weren't staying there at that point, but it was absolutely hysterical, she was a very popular LBFM who was smuggled on base more nights than not. We saw her back at her bar a few nights later, I remember she was scared because the papasan got some heat because of her and he was threatening to shred her passport in retaliation.

Who could forget Whisper Alley? When I read about what a shit hole AC is I wonder what adjectives would be appropriate for Koza's infamous Hallway of Whores. I smuggled a gal onto the base as well. It was a two bunk quarter and my roommate was gone so it was no problem until the gal had to take a piss and I was ratted out by a guy who walked in on her. The following morning the C.O. was knocking on my door. They took a stripe on an Article 15 but I didn't give a shit, she was well worth it. Had some awesome times in that lesser known corner of the world.

Okinawa lost a lot of it's "charm" after the rape incidents in the mid-90s. I remember walking into a bar in early 97 and they were showing a video of a banana show. The girl who actually shot the bananas was there, but since she could no longer dance, they just played old tapes.

I was standing on a street corner with a LtC. and a couple of DoD civilian customers one afternoon, heading out to lunch, when a little mini-bus full of LBFMs rolled by. In unison, all 8-9 of them yelled my name, it was half the staff of this one hostess bar - The Mermaid? - I used to hit on a regular basis.

I haven't been to Asia in 13, almost 14 years and I've decided that at my next job change - whenever that is - I'm going to take a month and go back out and revisit some of the spots. Whisper Alley in Kadena and Hooker Hill in Itaewon ROK were pretty much the last of the scuz spots for military and associated mongers after we pulled out of Subic and Clark.

Are any of the current PI mongers on here vets of the Subic/Clark days? I had a hard enough time actually getting work done when spending a week or two a month at Kadena and a week or two a month in Itaewon. I can't imagine getting any work done at all if I was living next to Fields Ave. for an extended period of time. The married guys I mongered with in Okinawa and Korea were paranoid as hell that the wives on base would catch them, it must have been double dangerous at Clark.

Not to totally hijack the thread here but I think there's a fairly good discussion going on here. My first encounters with Filipinas were in the bars outside Osan AB ROK, which was a far better scene than Itaewon but the curfew made it necessary to head up to Seoul on the weekends.

Anyway the chicks were hot, but not cheap and runners were common. So on the advise of supervisors, believe it or not, I forked out the $360 for a ticket to the PI. My first trip there was a false start to say the least. I had never experienced such oppressive heat, I got sever food poisoning and the talent was very disappointing. From then on I took PI tales as an exaggeration. Still I managed to get one slender freak who I repeated when I wasn't puking and shitting. I also started dating the waitress at my hotel who continued emailing me even after she was married, living in Canada and pregnant. Eventually I closed that email account

My next trip was to Pattaya for $320. Talk about blowing away all of my expectations! The next 2 years I was stationed at Kadena and found a little Flip joint in Koza off of Rt 330. 3 times a year for 10 days @ $500 RT on China Air I was flying to Thailand.

Back then beer bars were open and stocked in the daytime with 200 baht barfines plus 500 baht short time, while the exchange rate was about 40 baht/dollar. Pattaya was a daytime beer bar/night time go go place with only Marine disco and Tony's on walking street. No lucifer's or Insomnia yet. Pattaya has now shifted to more of a night time place as beer bars have become barren in the day time.

Reading reports now of 2000 ST in Bangkok makes sad, and Pattaya prices aren't much better. I'd certainly say Pattaya is a superior place to be but the all inclusive barfines of AC and Subic make PI worth it for that alone.

You can get hot chicks in the PI but you do have to do some barhopping and even take notes on the hot chick you saw in such and such bar who was having a drink with someone, then come back the next night. Most of the pics from the PI are poor for two reasons. The camera man was drunk while shooting and while selecting the subject.

@popcorn - i think you are the one that was asking about prices varying in diff locales in the PI - the answer is yes - some areas as low as 'whatever you want to give me" especially if you take them for several days - not sure if my tagalog gets me lower rates with freelancers - i think it does - especially in areas that aren't a frequently traveled as ac or manila - in ac i usually get ignored at first cuz the mgmt and gals think a) that im a filipino cop (i also buy some cheap CHiPs sunglasses for that effect) and then they think im korean or japanese - its not until i open my big fat american mouth do i get labeled an american monger - i also like to tell the gals that i dont speak tagalog and see how long i can manage that as they prefer to talk right in front of me about me and my friends - i can often get useful info here as you can imagine - with a few gals i tell them i can speak tagalog and they automatically think i can't speak visayan - my mom spoke this so it adds another level to monitoring as i've caught a few runners before they could run lol - i also ask where the gal is from as well as their family history when i find out that they share a last name with me or my ex - so far so good...i think

at any rate i agree that ac is a shithole - if i wasn't filipino and if i didn't have very close relatives in areas near and far to to pampanga im not sure how often i'd be going - columbian women have interested me lately from this site - possibly a trip there is in my future

having said that im already booked for a trip in may and one in oct nov for ac -

if anyone has stayed at patio inn 1 or 2 pls pm me - wanted to get a quick review

lastly i have to say that times in ac/pattaya/rio/cr seem to be enhanced to good friends - hopefully ill be bringing my best friend to cr in may for his ac cherry trip

I mongered in Subic on TDY from various SEA locals. I'm talking Vietnam era. It was THE hot spot and carnival of sin as AC was nothing more than a barrio of San Fernando. Back then the culture was mainly military and bar fines were $5.00 USD. Likely the reason I gasp when I read about $75.00 USD these days. There wasn't much ST back then as almost all of the bars had adjoining all night rooms and no runners either. If a girl even thought of bugging out, she was slapped silly by her Mamasan or fired. Olongapo had some play at night spots as well on Magsaysay Drive, some of which still exist but cater to locals these days. I left Okinawa (The Rock) in the early 70's right before Japan took over administration of island. It would be interesting to return and see what it's like now. Ahhh, the good old days...

Yeah, the photo represents the times. New Life Club in Olongapo, circa 1972. Notice the Maxwell era wall art and the stripped bell bottom pants. San Miguel beer bottles haven't changed much. These are all anchor clankers as the navy was the only service which allowed beards outside of the combat zone in Vietnam.

I was wondering about the beards and if that was a special forces crowd. Great snap.

Were you joking with that pic? She looks good but a beer bar ought to have a fire hazard's worth of women in it and punters to boot. I used to make the rounds of the soi 2 and 2nd road beer bars going between Sabai Lodge and Big C. It was awesome to come back to the room with live groceries, do a ST, take a nap, hit the pool, do another nap and jump on the baht bus down beach road.

I've noticed that Pattaya has become more about construction than mongering these days. The idea seems to be to lure in tourists like the hag in your pic. And if they can't eliminate prostitution, they'll sweep it all into walking street one hotel replacing 20 beer bars at a time so it can be a novelty for Grandma to gawk at but not a viable mongering spot. Even walking street has more clubs and restaurants replacing go gos and beer bars.

Being that we will all still monger somewhere, somehow, what's the big deal? Most of those beer bars are feeding a Thai family in Pattaya and BG money is flowing back to Issan. Slowly but surely there'll be nothing left but multinational corporations paying miserable wages to Thais working in KFC getting yelled at by Russian families. How sad.

But, with the evil of prostitution wiped away, the girls will be free to go to medical school and become lawyers and CEOs of the multinational corporations. Right? I mean, that's what the feminists say.

Yeah well feminists are actually jealous bitches. What it all comes down to is they don't want anyone doing anything that doesn't benefit them personally as women. So yeah women prostitutes serve no purpose for them and those bitches got to go. Fortunately, feminism seems to be giving way to lesbianism and thus respect for adults to live as they please.

I think you can do real well in AC if you know the area, have a lot of patience, willing to wait as long as it takes for the best talent and hit it at the right time. As for Pattaya, you just need to be willing to spend and know the names of a few good bars. If you are not willing to spend and on a budget, then AC is the best choice IMHO. On the other hand, if you have the cash and willing to pay the ask then Pattaya will not disappoint.

My last chime here: I actually agree with Protege that Pattaya is a better choice if you want to put zero work into mongering and if you're travelling all the way from the States, it had better be so IMHO.

If I had to go back to Pattaya though, I'd probably stay in Jomtien and try to see how far I can stretch the baht on a room, find some cheaper beer bars to haunt by day. Each night I'd go to a different walking street at 8 o'clock sharp before all the talent gets snapped up and once by 9PM I'd probably be leaving with a chick and give her some face time in one or two go gos where her "sisters" work all the while keeping some choices in mind for the next night.

Maybe some dinner or back to the room for boom boom since I have to get up early for diving, whether I really am diving the next day or not.

I am glad so many other guys think AC sucks and that the ladies are ugly. More ladies for me! I love their attitudes. Never have had a problem with "runners," and have gotten to be "buddies" with a few of them.

I for one don't think AC sucks. I had a great time while there a couple of years ago.

It did kinda get boring during the day though and after 5 days I headed to Thailand.
