Found the Internet Cafe this a.m. with ease. But it took awhile to get going, 'cause of the Russian keyboard.
Bought some more supplies and then waited for the military store to open.
I had seen all these dudes wearing "Speznatz commando" gear and I wanted some. Bought camoflage pants, a shirt, a kerchief, and then went to examine all the assault rifles, and specialty knives they had.
Later found jewel of an Uzbek resto right by the sea. Ordered a mojito, a round of bread, a spicy tomato & onion & parsley salad, Russian buttermilk soup with egg & minced which chicken meat (to-die-for) and a braised lamb Uzbek style wuth veggies. Washed down with a coupla' iced teas. Cash only, the bill was 392. The place was called "La Siesta" and it was part of the "Oreanda Hotel" nearby. A damn' fine meal. Slowly strolled back takin' a pix or two, to crack open a Stella, or two.
Was out for like, seven hours.
