Had some brk'fst @ 09:20.
Took the tram to the Old City (1.75 lira or just over a buck).
Bought a guide book and postcards.
Took a 2-1/2 hour city bus tour.
Ate a Schwarma snack (delicious).
Scored 3 pair earings and 2 jewel boxes (for the girls back home)
Took a taxi back for 10 (too pooped to walk!)















































Just had enought time to relax before Ferda, the Turk, came to visit.

Man I recently heard that Istanbul is a beautiful city. Your pics prove it! Great shots.

BTW Google's free Picasa photo editing/managing software enables you to level shots that need it. Also you can, among other things, fine tune colors. (Some of the food shots look dull - color wise. Not the ones on this page mind you).

Oh and the girl in the full wrap? Carrying the camera? So hot... So very hot...
