I wanted to eat at the "Horizon's Restaurant" at the Arcadia Hotel. My driver, even with the hotel's map, had a tough time finding the place. But eventually, did! Spectacular views of all, especially the "Blue Mosque". Too bad the kitchen was CLOSED! So I walked to the main drag and found "Cozy" right along the sidewalk. Had a spinach salad, Musakka and a supreme Acik Yiyecek (stew in a crock pot - delicious), and a 0.75 cl. bottle of Yakut. Damage was 123, I left 150. I could've gone back to try and get into "Blackk" for a 4th time, but why? I had caught a buzz, and didn't want to really have any more to drink. Plus, needed to get up early for the flight to Odessa.
