3 years ago when I first visited B.A the site was full of reviews and comments. I'm going again next month and was wondering if things have changed there? Are the prices still the same? I recollect getting girls to stay overnight for around 600 peso

Sugarmark: Just some friendly advice to a newbie on this board (at least with regard to posting). The trip report section is for trip reports, not short questions. Try one of the chat areas, such as South America chat (accessible through "Homebase" at the left of your screen) to ask general questions. Or alternatively, use TreeView, also to the left of the screen, and follow it to the Argentina or Buenos Aires section, and there probably will be a thread with general discussion about the topic you are posting on. That would also be a place to ask your questions about Argentina or Buenos Aires.

Who cares? let him ask.....the TR section is barely alive, anything , even a question is better than a blank sreen.

Actually, the reason I posted is because I feared the guy would get flamed by some others (as has happened quite a bit with posts like his in the trip report section) and thought my post might prevent that from happening as I hate to see newbies scared away from the site by flames. I was also trying to provide him some information about how to navigate the site.

But thanks Johnnyroc for letting us know that no good deed goes unpunished.

Jroc, you seem like the anal monitor to me. LAguy was just obviously trying to be helpful as was evident by his tone, but you just had to jump down his throat. Nice

I agree with LAGuy. There is a place for everything and everything in its place. Reports are reports, and a question is better than nothing only in its appropriate area!
