When you travel in a group of 3, there always comes a time where one guy looks at the next guy and says, what are we doing tonight? Which is always answered with, well what do you want to do… and so on. We got in this loop of a conversation for about 20 minutes and finally I just took control and said whatever lets check out San Diego, the Mexican wants to see some fake boobage.

So we headed to San Diego, and it was full but we were the only gringos there. The waiter cleared off a couch for us by the stage and while I preferred a table, it seemed like they were all taken. For the 3 of us, we went through ½ a bottle of rum, 4 cokes, and one bottle of water. The bill was 72k. Eventually we decided that none of us were going to session there and we headed out.

I called my old friend Fernando the driver and he told me that his car had been in the shop for a month, some problem with his engine. I asked him where the new Apotheosis was and he told me not to bother going there. He recommended going to Luna Lunera. So we did. Our cab driver from San Diego told us that if we didn’t see anything at Luna Lunera, that there’s a casa like 5 blocks down the road that we might like. We thanked him and stepped out.

Luna Lunera is pretty small, and it was pretty packed when we got there, full of locals. The waiter seated us at some table far away from the action and I asked him for a better seat. He looked around then seated us in some area with couches, which was still pretty far away, albeit a little more comfortable. We ordered the drink minimums (no cover, just drinks) and watched the show. This show was very interactive, the girl on stage would hop off to engage crowd members constantly, but we were a little too far away for her to be entertaining us. The ratio also wasn’t very much in our favor, there were maybe 10-12 girls for 60 or so guys. 5 minutes after we ordered our drinks, a group of 5 middle aged gringos dressed in clubbing clothes arrived. 5 minutes later a group of 7 more middle aged gringos joined that group of 5. 5 minutes later several more middle aged gringos trickled in. The waiter seated all of these gringos on the couches right next to ours. So here we were, with a group of 15 middle aged gringos, at a strip club that didn’t even have 15 chicks.

To say I was disappointed would be the understatement of the year. Gringos: please don’t travel in groups of 15 to strip clubs or casas or even Mayorista. Please. Pretty please!!!

We shotgunned our beers and paid the 70k tab for 4 beers and 2 bottles of water, which met the minimum consumption for 3 people.

We decided to try to get to his casa that the cab driver told us about, and the area looked vaguely familiar to me so I figured that I could spot it. The driver drove us awhile then asked us what we were looking for. We finally said fuck it, just take us to Mayorista, and he said hey, there’s a casa right here you can try, and he dropped us off in front of Anfritrion, a local place I had never heard of.

We walked in and were greeted warmly by the touts. The tout asked us if we wanted to drink or just to see the lineup and I asked him where we could sit for introductions. He cleared a table for us and the girls came and introduced themselves. Most of them were way too meaty for me, and the only one that I kind of liked seemed to have a connection with the Cuban. The Cuban was hesitant to take her because he didn’t want to abandon us, but he’s been to Medellin before and I was confident that he could find us in Mayorista after he finished with his girl, so he took her. The tout told us that 70k was the lowest price for 1 hour. The Cuban paid his girl 80k for an hour of full bareback services, with anal. He said she was amazing and full gfe. I can’t remember her name.

Never understood the fuss about Luna Lunera. They start very late and usually have only a few girls. I have been there a couple times and never sessioned there. If I want to pay those prices I'd stick with San Diego or Fase Dos. The calle 53 strip clubs are of better value.

I haven't been to any calle 53 clubs, but should to see if I agree with this statement or not. I thought Luna Lunera was odd the first time I went, but it grew on me. 90,000 was the going rate the last time I was there making it far cheaper than Face Dos (170,000) and on my last visit there were far more girls there than at F2. And like F2 there's more talent all within reach and the rooms are clean and conducive to sessioning with dignity.

If I were a local I'd probably be against paying those prices vs 30,000 plus extra for BBBJ in Mayorista, but when in town for just 5 nights, Luna Lunera is a fun way to play although the waiter really sucks.

Thanks for chiming in, BigPoppa. At 90K/hr, that would be a lot more reasonable but I heard more inflated prices (like that amount for 30mins) and I was not impressed with the talent so I didn't bother going further.

The nice thing about the Centro clubs on Calle 53 is that if you dont find anything it doesn't cost you a lot of money like it would at LL. Amongst the 3 clubs, there is always some decent eye candy plus there are a couple of other clubs within a very short cab ride. Personally, I have not had great sessions inside those clubs but I have met some great girls there and hooked up with them later. The facilities there are really 'holes in the wall' LOL!

Not to belabor this or hijack the thread, but LL is 90,000 for 1/2 hour. To me though, this is why it's worth it.

On the right night, there's heaps of chicks at LL so no need to hit and miss club to club

At LL you have a TV and a boom box so you can listen to music rather than janitors yelling in the hallways.

You have clean showers....with soap...and clean towels...and hot water...at 30,000 casas you're better off with a handy wipe and avoiding the shower all together.

The time is flexible. Much like F2 no one is banging on the door when you're mid stroke and it's only been 19 minutes. Since most of the customers are working class locals, 90,000 is out of reach for many of them after paying for their Ron Medellin bottle and mixers.

I'm not above sessioning in humble accommodations, I've done it before and no doubt will again, but for less than $50 a pop LL is a good fit. I've seen mansion girls who didn't get taken, show up there too.
