The next day I ended up checking out and catching a cab to the Caribe Tours bus station where I bought a ticket to Sosua. I'll write a separate report for my time there. I'll follow that with a report on Santiago.
I return to Santo Domingo later on. I've not yet decided whether I will add on to this report or write it as a new report. It might depend on how long it takes me to complete the other reports. The return to Santo Domingo will include revisits to several places as well as visits to Casa Teresa, Casa de Modelos, Satin Dolls, and Casa Azul. There's even a day trip to Boca Chica with a visit to Casa Iraisa...I'm not sure where I'll put that yet, either.
As for the places I visited thus far, only Bar 360 was a fantastic experience. I liked the lineups at Lapsus and Club 305, but chose poorly at both. GBP was a good value but didn't leave a lasting impression on me. Dollhouse and Foxy's were overpriced for the talent I saw. The Girls House and The Baby Dolls had potential, I return to those and will tell those stories later. I got around to visiting Copa and La Parada, but saw nothing worthwhile.
Next up...Fun Times in Sosua...

I am wondering Vladimir what are your preferences in regards to Central/South America & islands mongering? You posted a list once. Is Colombia still your favorite?

Thanks Zoner! That's a nice comment coming from a trailblazer such as yourself. I don't know about the Middle East, but I do plan to visit some of the smaller cities and towns you've reported on. I wish you had done up some guides, but I'm sure I'll be able to piece the info together.

My top 5 list would probably look like this at the present time.
1. Colombia
2. Ecuador
3. Guatemala
4. Argentina
5. Peru

Wow, no Brasil on the list. How come? Too expensive?

Sorry, Hunterman, I've been too busy and too lazy to learn Portugese. I also missed out on Brazil when prices were more reasonable. From what I've read and heard I expect the quality to be excellent, so I'm sure it will make the list eventually.

Portuguese isn't easy, although if you know Spanish it shouldn't be so hard to pick up.
I'm curious what you like about Ecuador that makes it #2 on your list?

With the prices in Brazil I'm in no rush.
Ecuador has a wide range of options from very low budget to relatively expensive, but attractive options across the board, though naturally fewer at the budget places. Colombian ladies tend to work at the more expensive places.
There really isn't much of a difference from #'s 2-5. I think cost is probably the main factor for that particular order.
