Day 2 - The Best Laid Plans
The Apartment was not cleaned up yesterday afternoon. The real estate guy said he could get me in, but I assured him it was not worth the hassle (wrong!). Today is Saturday, and the first day f the holiday weekend. I met up with the real estate guy at 10:00, he had the contract ready to go, only needing a final item from the owner. The owner fell of the face of the earth (probably at her finca) this morning. No cell, no email, no contract! Real estate guy put me in one of his short term places near la 10, he is good people. I am supposed to get the apartment on Tuesday.
I showered, then off to el centro for some investigation. I went down to the north end of Palo to check out some places:
Relax (CH Link), about 5 girls, about 30 guys, girls walking in looking like rabbits at a wolf meet, getting grabbed as the walked out of the room
Sexi Sala (now apparently Club de Amigas) (CH Link) about 30 guys, no room.
Bell Suite (CH Link) Gate pulled closed
New Life (CH Link) bedlam! Kind of like Sexi, only cubed. Waiting lines for beer, beds and girls.
Atenea (CH Link) Two customers, 7 girls. Spend a pleasant but not notable hour with Camilla, who had a very nice chest and posterior, a mommie tummy which she wanted to keep covered, and a pretty decent altitude. She is probably a “will do again”.
As a note, I have often found this to be the case with Atenea. They do not have anything like the line up or customer base that the other casas in the area do. It migh be the price ,COP 56,000/hour opposed to COP 52,000 at most of the others. However, New Life is now COP 65,000, and is almost always really busy. I really like it because of the attached hotel, which I have found to be clean, comfortable, quiet, and well vorth the extra COP 4,000.
I went to MU (http://www.mumedellin.com/spanish.html) for dinner for a plate of their FuckingGoodRibs. This place is run by a Brit and his Colombian wife. It has a great ambiance, and the food is good.Nice place to take a date. If you are a pepper belly, take along your own bottle of hot sauce.

Sandy: The guy that manages Atenea is a great host IMHO. His lineup during my last trip at the end of May 2012 was not great but I remember back in Dec 2010, he had a few cuties that worked the morning shift and then went to school afterwards. You might want to get there before 1pm and see if that is true.
