I was in Energy yesterday. They have raised their prices 10% ($100 to $110). Interesting that they would do so the same time the bus lines raised prices $100.
The terrors of inflation strike Medellin!

Energy is my favorite place in Medellin. Its 100 dollars now for an hour? Or 110.000 Cop??

Sorry, I changed my COP to $, more easier! It is now $ (COP) 110,000/hour. Still well worth it, IMHO! Quiet, clean, and the lineup is GREAT. Ended up with the lady who posed for their web site photo. Made me a happy camper!

Which bus lines were you referring to that "raised prices $100."?

Sorry Top, been busy with a lady for a bit, and have not been looking at the website.
All the bus lines raised their prices by COP100. Thus, the normal lines, which were COP 1,500 are not COP 1,600. The mini-buses are now COP 1,700. Still a bargain, if you know what lines are what. You can go north to south for $USD 1.50, and have a great time talking to folks, etc.
