hello to all my brothers, its been a longtime iam writing this all because boystown is dead and montera bar is the same 1srt boystown was there 21/10/12 only bar open marthas shamrock closed papa guyos closed pannma closed danash granade attck no police no sercurity a bunch of crack heads running around not safe didnt see any door girls around i went up to montera bar and it was fire bombed the zetas messed up evrything here downtown there where a lot of people no one was scarred just not selling any pussy horeshoe bar opend but no girls....

Boystown has been inflicted with drug-cartel violence.
It's been years, but recall that place Danash Club being the only decent place to go. Pretty close to an american stripjoint with sex on premises. There's been shootings in that place and a car-bomb exploding outside recently this year.

In its day, Nuevo Laredo Boys Town was an adult Disneyland.

In the early to mid 90s especially, places like Papagayos had wall to wall hotties plying the trade. There was an abundance of recent arrivals working the rooms on the street as well.

Last time I was there was Sept. 2010. It had completely gone to shit. So it's worse now? That's sad indeed...

For a Mexican border town, Boystown was pretty good. It's too bad that it's pretty much gone at this point.
