The escort services in Tijuana are not a bad deal in my opinion, at least I have not had a bad experience. Granted, I have not had enough experience to make an authoritive opinion, but I've heard and read enough to feel comfortable with that assessment.
So far, I've tried three of the escort services. Here are some thoughts and comments on each.

Sampson's site could use some work and he needs a better photographer, but I felt he was the easiest to talk to. The hourly rate is a little higher than some other sites, so that might put some people off. I've noticed some of the same escorts appearing on a competitor's site at the lower rate. His range of talent is also diverse with older, heavier, less attractive, and all of the above mixed in with the younger, thinner, and prettier escorts. I guess you could say that Sampson delivers for a wide variety of tastes. I will likely use Sampson's services again, but only for escorts that I can not find elsewhere at a lower price.
Carolina

My sample of Sampson's escorts was Carolina. She is no longer pictured on Sampson's site, but she has blurred photos under the name Sandra on a competitor site, Elegant Escorts Tijuana. Sampson will provide unblurred photos for some of the escorts if you contact him directly, but for some you need to be a past customer, I think. I liked Carolina's look a lot, so I chose her over some of the younger escorts.
I was picked up near the McDonalds on the Tijuana side of the border by Sampson's driver. He seemed like a good guy. Carolina was waiting in the car. I knew she was a little older, but she looked older than I expected. She still looked sexy. I didn't think much of her voice. It had a raspiness to it that usually comes with age, smoking, or both.
Carolina gave an excellent BBBJ. I was told that was what she was known for and it was pretty amazing. When it came around to the sex, I was less impressed. She wasn't bad, but she wasn't as passionate as I expected for the price I was paying.
We ended up switching back to BBBJ to finish the session. I usually prefer to wrap it up pounding away, but Carolina's mouth worked wonders and had left me very satisfied.
I'd use Sampson's services again, but I probably wouldn't repeat with Carolina.

The Cum in TJ site is very well done and Mundo, the guy that runs it, has good taste. The escorts working here appear to be in much better shape. On top of these things, the price is $25 lower than the other two I'm reviewing. Currently, one of the escorts here, Maya, also appears on Sampson's site as Nicole. Her pictures on Mexico Lindo look better.
One note about Cum in TJ, and possibly other agencies, some of the escorts here are petite and will refuse to service black men due to concern about their dick size. This has nothing to do with Mundo, so don't blame him.
Julette

My pick from Cum in TJ was Julette. At the time she was actually also working for Sampson under the name Cielo, but she's not listed there any longer. I would have used Sampson's services again if it wasn't for the price difference.
I've seen Julette's photos go back and forth between normal and blurred. Currently they are blurred, however, if you call/email Mundo, he may provide the normal ones. At the time, they were not blurred and Julette was the prettiest TJ escort I could find on any of the sites. I actually had admired her for some time, but until more recently wasn't willing to pay escort pricing. For Julette, it was much easier to justify.
Julette picked me up in her own car. I believe she is one of the few escorts that do the pickup themselves. She looked as good if not better in person and the service was amazing all around. She still didn't rank among my top TJ sessions, but she came very close. I would repeat with Julette and I would use Cum in TJ again.
One word of caution, I've also seen Julette's weight fluctuate significantly from the pictures. When I saw her she was a little on the heavier side, but not the biggest I've seen her. If you're concerned about it, I would ask directly, Mundo will be up front about it, I believe.
This date was $125 and I gave a $20 tip. Adding the hotel and the total was $145, a significant savings a far better value than most escorts I think.

Live Latin Angels also has a very nice site. Unlike the other two, LLA seems to be run by a woman. I didn't feel as comfortable asking escort questions in this case, so I just made my pick and set up the date. Most of the escorts pictured on the site used to have photos with full faces showing, but I noticed they are in the minority now.
Crystal

My LLA date was Crystal. I was picked up by the woman I spoke with and a guy that was also sitting up front. Crystal was in the back. I almost didn't recognize her. It was the the same girl, but she looks different in person. Her facial features are a little different but it's not as apparent in print. Her hair was also not done very well. Besides not looking as nice, she seemed incredibly shy.
Crystal perked up once we got to the room. Her services were good, but they didn't make up for my disappointment with her looks. She still did well, so I tipped her.
Current pricing on the site is $100 for the hour, but I think I paid more at the time. I didn't take notes so I don't know for sure. The hotel was the standard $20 and the ride was $10.
Even though I wasn't very impressed with LLA, I might give them another shot, but right now there is no one on the site that I'm interested in.
Summary
Of these three agencies, Cum in TJ was the one I liked the most with it's pleasant site design, best selection of escorts, and most pictures of faces. I wasn't that impressed with LLA, but I'll still try them again if they get some new talent that looks good to me. Sampson was pleasant to deal with but I wish he'd bring his prices in line closer to the others. I'd book one of his escorts again, but for now only if she's exceptionally attractive and I can't find her anywhere else.
I've looked at some of the other escort sites, but I currently do not have plans to try any. Most of them are poorly designed and do not show enough of the escorts to make me willing to pay that much.
The one exception is HotTijuana at http://www.hottijuana.net/ (CH Link). Some of the escorts on there seem to be attractive, I just wish the photos showed more of their faces.
