I got up very early due to and took a walk down Carrera 15. Found a cheap place to have breakfast and then went to find a BanColombia to withdraw money. After walking on the south west direction (making a left on Carrera 15). I found the bank and tried withdrawing money. It was not working, the transfer had not been cleared. Damn… so I went to an internet café and called my bank internationally. They managed to clear the transfer and I was able to withdraw money. Like Bogota, BanColombia lets you withdraw 600,000 twice. The max in Cartagena, Barranquilla and Santa Marta is 400,000 pesos. I spoke earlier before the trip to a travel agent whom she does tours through Cali. She books them in Spanish and English. Never less, I walked around a bit after returning to the apartment to drop the money and explore the city. I had also meet some relatives of friends I know in NY whom they asked me to visit them. From there, I got the name of someone who drives around people all over the city. He was out of the city that day so I could not use him. Later at night, I took a cab and asked him to take me to the clubs. This was Tuesday. I got around the clubs at 10:30 at night. It was dead. Oh well, the cab driver told me you can ask any girls walking on the street to take her out. Really? Anyway. We found some girls and asked her to come with me for the night and she went for $100,000. I grabbed her and went to Menga on the outskirts North west of Cali where the clubs close at 5:00 AM. After returning , I took some photos of her and began working on it. She was very mechanical and not very good. I booted her out and get some shut eye. Hopefully Day 3 is much better.
