My barfine's cell went off and I can't get back to sleep. It's just past 4:00 am so why not make the very best use of this down time and post a TR? I'm twelve days into a visit of just over three weeks to Subic Bay and Angeles City with a couple of days in Manila. Allow me to wade through the basics then on to what all you sick fucks are here for, the girly photos.

Airfares have increased far faster than lodgings, food/drinks or barfines. You can always do the mooch program and find something a bit cheaper but the layovers would likely be painful. I found R/T from San Diego, San Francisco, Tokyo to Manila for just over $1000.00 USD. With all layovers flight time was just under twenty hours. When I booked online the clowns at Expedia debited my card then called a couple of hours later to share that flight was no longer available and in two weeks I would be seeing a credit to my charge card. REALLY??? I told the agent that was unacceptable and I expected to hear back from her shortly. Thankfully she called back and confirmed the booking. It wasn't like the flight was a week away. The earlier you book, the lower the fare. Typically I'll book six months in advance.

My choice of lodgings in Barrio Baretto (Subic) is the Palm Tree Resort and for Angeles City I'm back at the Orchid Inn. I've shared photos of the accommodations in previous TR's. When the Wild Orchid, Angeles opened a number of years back I normally stayed there but besides the pool area I'd have to say the value just isn't there any longer. Albeit Wild Orchid has newer facilities but it's now double the cost of Orchid Inn. Plus the Wild Orchids Veranda Rooms at $110.00 USD a night are at least 30% smaller than the Superior Deluxe rooms at Orchid Inn. The only real drawback is walking a block to the Wild Orchid for the two pools which are accessible for Orchid Inn guests. Same thing at Wild Orchid, Subic. Not much to chose from under $100.00 USD. Yeah, I hear you AC vets, there are lower priced hotels with decent rooms but for service and employee attitude the Orchid Group wins hands down.

I spent the first five days in Subic with my honeyko from Zamboanga, Mindanao. We've been seeing one another for the past four years. Met her when she was nineteen and we celebrated her tewnty-third birthday together in Subic. Sorry sports fans but her photos will remain private due to the fact that if I ever decide to take a gal home from here, it will be her. I have reservations to go back to Subic so we'll see how the next few days in AC go before I make a decision. I did get some quick peeks at a few of the clubs and being it's the start of the rainy season they are less crowded and slower than usual. One disappointment, The Office which has always posted serious talent every time I've been there was closed. I'm not sure if it's forever or just this time of year.

Since arriving in Angeles I've had a mix of talent, some barfines, some regulars and a couple of dating site spinners. Some of the pics are from this trip however a few are from January this year which I've yet to post.

I found Connie on a dating site sometime back. I've met up with her a couple of days back and last January. She's originally from Tacloban but lives in AC pretty much full time. Now a college student here in AC and shared once in awhile she does work as a webcam model to pay for her schooling. I can't tell you which webcam site(s) she works since I don't know but when classes are in I doubt she spends much time exposing her substantial assets online.

Yen is a former dancer at the Q Club which has become one of my favorite bars on walking street. She's out of the bar scene now and works at a local restaurant. I've spent time with her this trip and in January as well. Smoking hot body and very good in the sheets. She's bi as well so barhopping with her usually turns into a threesome.

Anyway not much new here in Angeles City except higher prices yet still a better value than just about anywhere you can go besides Cambodia. The clubs are less crowded since it's off season but there's some good talent in some of the bars. More and more lady boys on parade and less crowds make it seem the pesky street vendors have multiplied. More to follow sports fans!

Connie is unreal. Thanks for sharing. My sole trip to the islands was a short weekend in Manilla so I really barely qualify as having visited this key location. To me the grand slam of mongering is: Rio, a German FKK, Thailand and, of course, The Philippines.

Airline prices go up in the US once june hits, from the East coast I can get $1173 in Sept after the summer flying season ends.

And the times are great, leaving at 9:30 am and landing in Mnl at 8:55 pm. I could be barhopping in Makati by 11:30.

Thoses prices and times were not available in the summer months best I could tell.

Yes, the east end of Fields is closed to all vehicle traffic around 6:00 PM. Neither Connie, Emily or Yen work in a bar. Yen is friends with a few of the dancers and waitresses at the Grand Pharoah including Connie. I'm not sure what Connie's EWR is but I paid $2,000 php on her day off after Yen introduced me to her a couple of nights earlier. One of the waitresses Yen knows at the Grand Pharoah quoted $2,400 php. On this visit Grand Pharoah had the best talent of any club in the city, hands down.

I have been in this hobby so long that I gave up picture taking a long time ago. Used to take quite a few each trip but now I feel it's not worth the trouble, can get in the way of what I'm really there for, and my memories are more than sufficient for me.

Good thing AC is such a hassle to get to - far , FAR, otherwise I might lose my mind like I did the first time I went to Brazil many years ago!!! The long trip keeps me - somewhat - under control!

Hey LM. I was curious about the new AA service to Hong Kong. What did your connection look like? The new DFW to HKG service doesn't look like the connections are as good as the Cathay flights out of LAX. I also like Cathay since the connections work for morning Dragonair service right into Clark.

And while I like the idea of being able to use to my systemwide upgrades for the long haul on AA, being stuck in economy in 10 abreast seating if the SWU doesn't clear on the AA 777 is not my idea of a good time. And MCE with 9 abreast would only barely be tolerable.

For my money, Premium Economy on Cathay is the way to go. It is just a little bit more expensive than an H class fare on Cathay to earn AA elite miles anyway. And the seat is decent and bigger. Food is decent. Certainly not as nice as business, but it is way better than economy or MCE. On my last flight in Premium Economy from LAX to HKG as an AA EXP, I got an operational upgrade on Cathay from PE to Business. That was nice. On the flight back, PE was practically empty and I had a row to myself.

In November I have an award flight on Cathay in first. That is always awesome. The only bummer is that the AA system still doesn't show CRK as a valid destination.

I flew MIA to DFW, with a 2 hour layover to Hong Kong. From Hong Kong to AC flew on Tigerair, which was a separate ticket (cheap, around $60). The flight from DFW to Hong Kong is a whopping 16-17 hours (the way back is 14).

I arrived in AC around 10:00 at night.

I've found it more practical to extend my trip a couple of days and spend the night in a Manila hotel on arrival and departure. If you're departing the continental US, best case flight time is 15 hours on PAL out of LAX or SFO. If you hate PAL like I do then you'll have at least one layover and best case will run 20 hours or more. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not going barhopping after 20+ hours of flight time. When I get to Manila I hit the sack and find myself in AC or Subic by midday, well rested and ready to roll. Same thing goes with departure. Much better to deal with a 20 minute ride to the airport than departing from AC or Subic. Last trip I lined up a dating site hook up the night before departure. She had to leave by 9:00 pm which left time to barfine a newbie waitress at Hussey's in Ermita for LT. Much less stress than other options I've exercised.

I loathe the 13-14 hours it takes from SFO to TPE/HKG. I can't imagine doing the flight from DFW. Ouch.

So anything memorable about Rhea in bed? The pictures almost have been ready to travel to AC (where I've never been) to find her or someone just as spinner-iffic. Her face is very photogenic which is sometimes hard to find among pinays, IMHO.

Jig, nothing specifically about Rhea except she was into the sessions and enthusiastic. Wen was far and away the best of the bunch and we spent most of my stay together as she took a two week leave of absence from her work at the restaurant. She's an awesome wing woman! I paid her $8000 php for the time we spent, basically the amount she would have made had she been working. As I mentioned she is bisexual so we had a blast barhopping and choosing which gal we would take back to the hotel.
