Getting up at 4:12 a.m. was brutal!
Ready by 05:15.
Limo arrived on time.
No issues with either check-in nor security.
Charged a little to my card to get some COP, for the arrival in Cali.
Flight was uneventful.
Had to pay the new tax again which is now up to 171K.
Got to my connecting flight gate quick, but for no reason.
It arrived 40 minutes late, plus the additional time to get it ready.
The taxi to my hotel cost me 50K.
Unfortunately instead of the normal 35 - 40 minutes, it took over 2-1/2 hours.
The traffic was brutal! We were literally doing one car length every 90 seconds or so! Cars were over-heating. Cars were being manually pushed. Dozens of trucks. It was ugly, and there was no alternate route.
By the time I got to the Spiwak Chipechape, it was dark, and I was wiped out.
They got me Room 1001. A Grand Master Suite, like last time.
Found the Exito supermercado, to score some Olde Parr, Red Bull, water, etc.
Then 2 cheeseburgers at El Corral.
Texted my sister.
Then called my man AB. He was tied up but would call later. Never did!
Ordered up some ice.
I had a few cocktails and decided there was very little upside in going out tonight as it was pushing midnight already.
Crashed shortly thereafter.
