This trip might be my last time to go to Germany for paid sex as Family Minister Manuela Schwesig has created a so-called “Prostitutes Protection” law that may kill the business. It’s hard to tell how much the prostitution scene will change on July 1 as before the sex trade was basically unregulated until now, albeit taxed and subject to other laws for example a kino was a cinema that showed porn and just happened to have sex workers.
Here are the rule highlights:
Prostitutes must be registered in the state that they wish to work in, which can take up to 5 days, attend health sessions every year, renew every other year, and prove eligibility to work in Germany to get their photocard. This is the requirement that will kill the sex trade in Germany.
Prostitutes under 21 must attend health sessions every 6 months and renew every year
All sex must be with a condom and it’s illegal to advertise condom free sex and no codeword’s either!
Anyone buying sex is required to verify that the sex worker is not underage and not a sex slave.
Sex venues must apply for a license, use only registered prostitutes, operate at permitted times, ensure prostitutes follow regulations and record payments.
Rooms used for sex cannot be a living space too, which means girls can’t stay overnight in an FKK room as some do, nor can they rent a room at a brothel for the week.
Flat Rate or Paushal clubs are banned, you can no longer pay €100 for a few hours of unlimited sex.
I won’t continue as there’s a lot more, see http://www.6profis.de/lp/prostschg/faq.php if you are interested, Teutonic efficiency even regulates paid sex on boats and caravans.
So if this was to be the last trip, I was going to explore the scene before it died. More than any trip before, I’d done lots of preparation but it nearly came to naught as I ended up revisiting my favourites more often than not. Most of my visits were only for a few hours as I was mixing up my activities so despite looking up the girls working out of apartments and the interesting massages I ended up mostly going to FKK’s, especially my favourite Golden Time.
So, a summary of my trip at the end of March.
Acapulco (CH Link)
I landed in Dusseldorf and once I got my car went straight to Acapuco arriving before 2pm so got the discounted entry price of €30. Even for a Wednesday it was quiet with not a lot of girls until the evening. After a short wait I went with Bibi a cute Romanian who turned out to have quite a cellulite problem for her age.
It was 18:45 when all of a sudden every girl disappeared, I think it might have been a mandatory health check as the staff grabbed every remaining girl when they finished with a customer. The girls were gone for almost 45 minutes and when they came back every good looking girl was picked up quickly.
Dakini
This was not a day that was great for p4p, I’d booked an exotic massage with a provider some days earlier hoping for something a little special. My provider was Dakini who worked in Mettman some distance away from Dusseldorf. The massage was good but not worth paying double what I paid elsewhere. I was expecting something more for the extra money but it was more of the same. So it was a rub and BBBJCCIM. Nor was the masseuse young and beautiful, though not too old and nice looking too. But deserving a review on Rheinforum warning about the excessive cost.
Saunaclub Beluga
I had free entry to the new Saunaclub Beluga that just opened the day before thanks to Freiercafe. At €60 I would not have chanced going there so soon after they just opened. It was located in what appeared to be a small building so that was discouraging. I drove around for a bit but could not find a place to park and bailed.
Golden Time (CH Link)
As usual I see some familiar faces, despite visiting at six month intervals. This place is my favourite and I kept on visiting time and again.
Midweek everything slows down at 10pm, the girls start to leave and so do the men, I might have stayed longer if there had been better looking girls around.
One day, I found a looker on her last day Katia from Serbia, a great bbbjcim. Nina, De with big tits that felt natural despite the implants. She was a little older that many, possibly mid 30’s. I really wanted to do one beautiful girl, Gloria Ro but she is very popular and has a lot of regulars she sticks with. Other highlights were Coco from Cuba. Later with the beautiful tall Rose from Manheim, service was excellent, I was not expecting much after seeing her yesterday where she seemed to avoid all the men but in the cabin it was a great time. The wonderful Nica from Hungary, once again her bbbjcim is one of the best. Well worth it. Then, Casey, blonde with Glasses from Romania of course
Another girl was Delia, she's planning about leaving Germany when the new law takes effect, she won't take the risk of being registered and family finding out.
Magdalena from Poland, so so service, she has been here too long. The sex was poor but she did finish with a fair massage. So annoyed that I posted a bad review on Freiercafe.
Goldentime Lusthansa party
Never, never go to a FKK when there is a party. I knew that I should not do this, but it was my last full day so I decided to try it just in case. Today the staff are dressed up as fight deck crew and the girls as stewardesses. Walked in and was given a free cocktail. That was the best part, there were very few girls when I went in and the men piled in. They had a pole dancer put on a show, she used a vibrator on herself as she worked around the room. By the time the show ended all the girls in costume were taken for a photo shoot and it was back to business with all the girls taken. A second lesson in wasting my time on a party day.
Lisa
I’d made an appointment with Lisa from Thailand, she mainly does fetish stuff but I’d heard on Rheinforum that she was also very good with regular service. She was popular, while I was with her, there were several knocks on the door and the phone kept going off. She had a lot of toys and other fetish stuff and one guy who visited while I was there wanted to be whipped.
Luderland (CH Link)
Formerly a small FKK (Globe) it was changed to an RTC club so it looks better than other RTC’s but not as good as a big FKK. Same standard of service as other RTC’s.
Living Room (CH Link)
It’s often hard to find a parking spot, nearby. As it was my first visit, I was assigned a girl to show me around, it happened to be Gabi who is recommended on ISG. A real delight in the room. Came back for more on my last full day as Golden Time was a disaster. Somebody's grandmother is working here, I can’t remember if I saw her at Golden Time, but there are a few others that look familiar.
Arabella (CH Link)
I went with a skinny little thing that gave great service. I would have stayed longer but all the girls were occupied so after an hour I left.
Oberhausen and Duisberg RLD’s
I did a tour around, there was not a lot to see in the afternoon, both places get going in the evening.
Acapulco Gold (CH Link)
Good end to my German trip, meet Maria a small girl with big natural tits from Bulgaria for a great final session. I wanted to go again but time was running out.
During my trip I talked with a number of girls about the new law. The results were as I expected, few are willing to be registered and many are already making plans to move to other countries. I know that there will be some who will submit to the registration as it’s no secret to anyone what they are doing but more girls are looking elsewhere. They fear that registration as a working girl will get publicised and their families will find out. (As if they don’t already know and are saying nothing.) I knew that this part of the law change would have the worst effect and it appears so.
Thanks Germany, it’s been fun and hopefully things won’t change too much in the next year.

Nice report. Let's hope the new law falls apart before it gets implemented.

Won't implementing these new laws push the price up, most European country's it's escort's from the internet, no clubs at all.

It's only speculation but yes, I think prices will go up. There are going to be fewer girls working and the clubs will suffer. They will have to raise their entry prices and the girls will have less competition and be able to raise their prices to €100 for 30 minutes. Germany costs have been steady for many years as so many girls from Eastern Europe have made their way there, that probably won't continue any longer.

If I remember correctly prostitution only became legal in Germany in the early 2000s. This happened when a challenge in court was made against the trade based on obscenity laws. The judge, a female I believe, ruled that the definition of obscenity had changed and prostitution was not obscene.
So prostitution was alive well and publicly known prior to it getting legal status. I find that how well the trade is managed is what's important. For decades Thailand managed its illegal prostitution with westerners very well. When the Japanese starting coming in numbers some prices went up, but all was well. When Russians started buying up bars and businesses and took over the management of prostitution it became a rip off, killed off the Bangkok scene and seriously degraded Pattaya.
This FKK thing could have the effect where it's better to visiit Eastern European countries than it is to go to an FKK.
In fact if German managers were to open FKKs in Hungary or Romania one could stay there and play there for far less money. I always loved the FKKs and believed they were the antidote to what is an otherwise over regulated, stuffy German society. I guess that stuffiness has finally descended on their last piece of fun.

Bigppopa: I think the Japanese bumped up the prices to what they only wanted, the whole karaoke scene, a couple of very attractive girls, food.
I've been to the Thermae in Bangkok and yes the young attractive girls are more expensive but 'hey' you get what you want and at the end of the day I think it's money well spent, that's if they go with me a none Japanese.
The Russians I don't think they even dented the nightlife, they may have pushed up the prices in there own clubs, Russian woman, Uzbekistan and east European other than that the nightlife in Bangkok and Pattaya is as good as ever.

Pops, can you elaborate on the Russian connection in Bangkok? I've never heard of, nor encountered, Russians in the bar business there.

I've only seen the Russian presence in Pattaya.

Yes, but not at this moment. I have to retrieve the article I read that reports this first. Shouldn't take me more than a day.

Ok, I couldn't find the exact post I was looking for, where the stickman mentions Russians in Bangkok, so I'll have to back off that claim. Besides what I've linked below with references to bar owners harassing stickman, he had another one where he detailed the aspects of the bar industry that made him dislike the places. Bar owner pressure came up again.
It's hard to write a column when you can say whatever you like about only some of the bars. Saying something unflattering albeit it true about certain bars, can land you in trouble with the owners. This scenario, to my mind has Russian mob written all over it. Russians like the winning part much more than the competition. They prefer to use force, propaganda or anything besides honest competition to eliminate their competition and maximize profits. The lack of competition is a loss for the consumers, where else are they gonna shop? It's a loss for the employees, where else are they going to work?
The ST only culture, even after paying the barfine started showing up in Bangkok in 2003. It didn't matter the bar, the girls were returning there about an hour after leaving with you whether you knew it or not and bringing in more barfines for the bars. This killed the scene for veterans and with such a spike in visitors to Thailand it didn't matter as new suckers came to Nana every night.

Anyway, we're pretty far off topic from German FKKs but the point I was aiming for the whole time is management of prostitution to make it fair for the provider and the customer both is what's most important since the trade will be there regardless of legal status. Countries have to decide what they want the nature of their domestic prostitution to be like, over regulated to the point where you have to ripoff your customers to stay alive or illegal and same scenario, or reasonable regulation allowing most of the details to be reached by mutual agreement between customers, providers and management.

On topic for me, I have a fkk personal boom-boom tour booked for June, so luckily it will be before any upending of the status quo.

I have no doubts they can be bad influences. I'm just genuinely interested in learning more about a potential Bangkok angle. I've been fairly aware of who owns most of the bars in Nana and Cowboy, and have personally met some of the owners. I've never heard of, nor encountered a Russian in that mix. In all my conversations with Dave the Rave over the years, he has never mentioned Russian involvement in the bars either. Thus my surprise to read your statement.
I attribute the rise of ST culture to a few culprits. First and foremost is the vast influx of Japanese customers from Soi Thaniya to Nana and Cowboy. I watched first hand from the days when you saw the occasional Japanese customer in the bars, to the present when they make up large numbers in many bars, or in the case of some of the Rainbows, dominate. Another causal factor is the spread of the internet, responsible for bringing larger numbers of visitors.
Lastly are Thai demographics. Births are dropping and have been for some time now. Fewer births in the country-side mean fewer poor women needing to find work in the big city. There are also more opportunities, work-wise, for them than there were 20 years ago. The girls know they are in demand, and can easily jump jobs between bars. And they know they don't need to go LT with anyone to make money.
Combine it all and kiss LT culture goodbye.

Russians seem to have at least two full blocks of Walking Street in Pattaya locked up. Maybe more.

Downandup,
What is an RTC? I lived in Germany for a few years and haven't heard of this. perhaps it came about after I left, or I was busy engaging in P4P rather than researching it.
By Downandup on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 - 02:27 pm: Edit |
RTC = Rote Teppen Club, in English Red Carpet Club as the original few clubs all had the same owner who used the same red carpets everywhere. Most have the same owner from what I hear.
Names you might be familiar with are Dietzenbach near Frankfurt, Freude 39, Arabella & Grimberg in NRW. Villa Venus may be another in the group but La Luna is not although it's considered an RTC.
They're cheaper than an FKK having limited facilities, smaller and not as nice, just girls sitting nude on sofa and porn on TV's. Service is usually fair to good, though the girls are not up to the standard of FKK's. Once upon a time all service would be bareback unless you asked for a condom, that's changed with the new laws coming into effect.

Thanks for that.
