Chapter Three; no regrets coming here, luv it !!!
-------------------------------------------------
I surely made a good choice coming to this far away land. so much to see and do that this short time of mine would not fit not even 10% of the the things to do here.
Last days were pretty much quiet for me and one thing was to get my "jaws" clean. went to easy way and had it done at this dental office close to the hostal. on top i paid the remainder of my stay and it came a little lower than the initial week or so, ha ha ha !!!
One my last going to the Plaza de Armas i went to the cathedral to see the crytp of the conqueror of the Inka empire: the Spaniard Francisco Pizarro. i was very impressed how well kept is his last resting place inside the cathedral. this fellow was on the same level with other conqueror, Hernan Cortez, but, this guy did his job with the aztec empire. so it was no waste of time and besides chasing pussy i got to know world history.
I did also made one of my last forays to the shrine of el trocadero to say good bye to the gals (actually more than that ha ha ha !!!). so cheap and lucky these days the selection wasn't that bad at all. Once again i posted some pics how to get there and no need at all to sell the house going there.
This last pic shows a fire that burned a mall closed to the vans that go to el trocadero; heard it was a bad one and some lives were lost, life is truly hard for working class Peruvians, so sad.
One of my last cinema outing near plaza san martin and for the rest of my time i just wonder aorund without any set plan and soaked in the every day life. did check some massage parlors but i saw no quality worth for a session and the outcall escorts were pricey to the point of getting an hernia for laughing so hard. very glad i was not desperate to have sex !!!!
said it before, food is plain awesome (for those who care), and not pricey, unless who hang out or go to fancy eateries.
Well, all have to come to an end and my day came up quick and in no time i was on my way to the airport. ride was uneventful and on time. airport was not crowded as i was expecting and my check in went quick. as usual, you'll see the do's and don't's signs on carry on items.
Soon i was on my way to the top floor and the way to the loading gates and all formalities. did exchange my last soles and took a view of the lay of this airport and some flight stewards getting some snacks.
the passengers waiting and duty free area is well set up and maintained with good quality souvenirs but so expensive. tried one of my last Inka Kola and an empanada, so good !!! a bummer was that the wifi was nill and not worth the effort to use it, wonder why ????
My flight wasn't that crowded and it load up real fast. Aeromexico is very decent and gives good return for your bucks.
I was very pleased the meals on Aeromexico were more than adequate and not just peanuts and water like on US carriers !!!
Final thoughts and "regrets"
-----------------------------
I was happy coming here, in spite of such a short stay. I was planning first going to Boca Chica or Angeles city but decided to give Lima another try, no regrets and very pleased of my doing so.
This is ciertainly FOR ME a good choice for a place to settle once i retired from the workforce, who knows just do part time jobs and conmute back and forth from the states.
More than ever i don't myself settling in Asia, so much uncertainty if you have to invest a serious amount of money and no guarantees you would ever see it back to you !!!
Did i made some things wrong ??? maybe. could i stayed in better surroundings ??? Of course but i wanted to know the true feel of the land and not cheat myself in making a true assestment for future use.
Did i please all menbers ??? not a fat ugly chance and is human nature to have some "proffesional know it all maddonas". not concern and by next day all is forgotten for me. Life is so full of daylight and energy that i won't bother wasting my time on such matters.
My goal is always put a humble effort to improve and make this great site enjoyable for ALL menbers.
I am looking for my next report a comeback to thailand and angeles city sometime next year.///

I think the report is great but it sounds like it was just a general trip and not really a mongering trip which is fine. My comments before was saying that if you have a low budget and it does inhibit your mongering then maybe take a shorter trip or less trips a year. I was just going by how and what you wrote and it seemed you were trying to talk yourself out of any situation where you could have booked or fucked a girl and it seemed it was about money. I didnt say you had to live like a King or anything like that. I myself like to budget monger as well but not to the point where it inhibits my mongering
Maybe I read your report wrong and it is hard to read your feelings and impressions with just words without speaking to you in person.
This would probably be a great report for backpackers at Lonely Planet.

Looks like you put a lot of effort into composing these reports; however, I do not feel informed about what to do and not do, what to pay or not pay. Between the short choppy phrases/other grammatical nuances and the failure to describe what each place was, I became lost rapidly.
