Preface:

I booked a business class ticket to Thailand, shortly after my return from Colombia last year.
Using Star Alliance I transferred 155,000 points, and paid about $ 300 in taxes & fees.
I waited then about 10 months before finalizing the destinations and hotels/resorts.
On the initial itinerary were:
South Korea - NOT a good time to go there!
Burma/Myanmar - TOO unstable at the moment.
Hanoi - Would not expect any P4P there.

So I decided on a return to:
Bangkok - of course!
Pattaya - Why?
Kuala Lumpur - a repeat.
Singapore - cause I loved it there last time
and
Jakarta - recommended by some fellow Hombres.

Twenty-six days was the duration.

Pretty much true that there's little to no P4P in Hanoi (was there 2 weeks ago). There are lots of beautiful Vietnamese women, but the P4P scene is trivial. Most Vietnamese hookers head elsewhere (Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore) to work.

Try Hong Kong next time

Thanks Mr. 649me, but I've exhausted Hong Kong.
Been there 50X.
Then while living in Zhuhai, went there every weekend for 6 months.
