I have yet to report on a previous trip to Vienna, but I've put that off to write this short, end of year report on a visit to Salzburg which was a continuation of the London trip I posted recently.

Friday: Day 1

One thing worth noting is that the ATMs in the airport in Salzburg do not seem to have an English option, or at least I couldn't figure it out. I suppose I could have asked someone, but I had enough euros for transportation from the previous trip to Europe and decided to find one near my hotel.

Salzburg is not very large. I think there was only a couple buses into town. I took the O-Bus 2 to the 23rd stop at the mall next to the Meininger Hotel. This hotel had shared hostel rooms available and was inexpensive but nice. I recommend it. The mall had the closest ATMs, but they also closed fairly early. Make sure you hit them early on.

I spent the afternoon just getting a feel for the place and finalizing my plan for my short stay. The top hobbying spots seemed to be Club Babylon and FKK Mystic from what little info I could find. They were close to each other but a significant distance away and I still wasn't sure how easy transportation was going to be, particularly late at night, so I opted for a nearby option instead, Casa Juvavum. This was said to be a small brothel that was well run with reasonable prices.

I wasn't sure how the walk was going to be, so I tried to call an Uber. There was only one driver on the map and he was pretty far off. I ordered the ride, but he accepted then canceled after about 5 or 10 minutes. No other drivers were available. Walking it was. It wasn't far but it was very poorly lit, required walking close to the road at some points, and partly up a steep hill.

The place was fairly easy to identify when I got there. Cover was 50 euros and ladies were 50 euros for standard service. There were about 10 ladies, mostly nude, and mostly sitting together on the left side of the main room. There were about twice as many guys. My initial impression was that the ladies were hot, but as I browsed and got used to their looks, my opinion of the quality diminished considerably. There were a few that were attractive enough, but no real standouts. Amenities in the place included a sauna, tanning bed, and some fruit near the bar.

The top option in my opinion was a blond that sat apart from the rest. She also happened to be the most interested of the bunch. Most of the ladies seemed to keep to themselves despite there being plenty of business opportunities nearby. They were not aggressive and hardly approached at all. It was surprising. I suspect it may be a house rule.

I hesitated before picking the blond and she got snatched away. None of the other ladies seemed interested enough in me to get me interested in them, so I waited. When the blond returned, a guy tried to call her over but she kind of ignored him. I waited a bit, then called her over to join me. She beckoned me to join her instead, so I did.

Jessica was from Bulgaria. She was pretty with a nice figure, but I wasn't a big fan of her fake-looking hair. I ended up taking her back to a room and had a wonderful time with her.

Not much was going on in the lobby when I returned, so I left right away. The walk back was much easier going downhill.

Is mongering decent in Austria?

Not a destination but have a friend going in July. Thought about doing the trek as we will hit Eastern Europe after.

I think Vienna is where his stop is.

I would say Vienna is decent, there seemed to be a fair number of options and talent was good enough. I preferred places like Germany and Spain, but Austria seemed better than Amsterdam and Belgium and some others. I'll be reporting on that later, should be well before July.

The two places I saw in Salzburg seemed decent, although I didn't session at the second. There were other places I read about, but there seemed to be little information I could find on them and I was worried some might be clip joints that ripped people off with hidden or fake charges.

Saturday: Day 2

If you're doing sightseeing in Salzburg, the Salzburg card is the way to go. I got the 48 hour version and spent most of Saturday getting to know the city. Besides free admission to many attractions, another benefit is free transporation on the buses. On the ride back, I noticed the sign for another venue I wanted to visit, Pascha/Nights. I don't recall why the place has two names, one of the names might be older. My web searches for verification bring up Pascha, but Google Maps has Nights. I believe I saw signs for both because that's what's in my notes. Anyhow, it was closer than I thought, an easy walk from my hotel.

Many of the stores nearby and in the mall were closing at 6pm. I thought that odd for a Saturday, particularly next to the hotel. Most places were also going to be closed Sunday, so I stocked up on some snacks and drinks. There was a mini-market at a nearby gas station and a McDonalds a bit further if I needed anything else. Also, there was supposedly a market near the train station that was open until 11pm.

Back at the hotel, I looked over the options for the evening. There were still the expensive brothels of Babylon and Mystik, but I wasn't feeling dealing with the transportation. I wanted to do Pascha/Nights on Sunday. I could have headed back to Juvavum, but wasn't interested in a repeat with Jessica and the other ladies there weren't tempting enough for the effort. I ended up staying in, I still had a Budapest visit coming up so I decided to save some money as I wasn't really feeling Salzburg at the moment.

Sunday: Day 3

I spent the first half of the day doing more tourist stuff. Almost everything around the hotel was closed, but most of the shops seemed to be open around the main tourist areas. For dinner, I went to a well-rated Indian place called the Taj Majal. Later that night, I headed over to Pascha/Nights.

The entrance fee was 55 euros. I think I knew there was an entrance fee from notes, but I didn't expect it to be that high. The fee included most drinks, so at least I still had enough to session...or so I thought.

The place was small and kind of dark and I was the only customer in the place. There were about 11 ladies available including a pretty blond that caught my eye immediately. I ordered a beer and sat for a few minutes before the ladies started approaching one by one, but not immediately after each other. All of the ladies I met were from Romania. My initial impression was that the talent level was fairly high, but as I got closer looks at faces and bodies I wasn't as impressed. I liked Anna the blond the most, but even she wasn't a must do. There was a Sabrina that was nearly as pretty but flat. An Alexandra had a great personality but was only ok looking.

The price was a bit more than I expected with the least expensive option being 65 euros for 30 minutes. I had 50 euros and about 45 US on me. I expected they'd be able to come down in price, accept US dollars, or exchange them at the desk, but none of these options turned out to be the case. I could have withdrawn money from the ATM, but I was a little bothered by the money situation and wasn't impressed enough with the ladies to go through that hassle. I decided against sessioning, but I got a good buzz from the beers at least.

On the walk back I stopped by a massage parlor that was along the route.

I didn't think I'd have enough to do anything, but I rang the bell to get info anyways. An older lady answered and gave me a short rundown. There were 3 ladies available but there are usually around 5 at night. Daytime lineup is usually only 3 ladies. A massage with happy ending was 90 euros. Full service was 150 euros. There were other options but I didn't note down all of them.

The next morning I got a train ticket to Budapest for 98 euros on OBB. I made sure to get a reserved seat due to past experience. I spotted Jessica from Juvavum while I was waiting for the train. I'm pretty sure she recognized me, but we didn't acknowledge each other. We were on the same platform but different sections as she was traveling elsewhere. The ride to Budapest went smoothly. I'll cover that trip in my next report.

Thanks Matrix. Salzburg is beautiful city. I remember being on the tram ride going up to the castle while it was snowing. I was with a lady friend when I visited, so I didn't have an opportunity to hobby.
