Ok. The water deal with DG: While we were in Cuba he was telling me about drinking a lot of water and his volume per load was increased substantially. I bought the program and it really works. Plus, you seem to manufacture more in a shorter period if your body is fully fluoridated. Worked for me as I never hit the wall. We had also gotten some PPG while in Cuba. Suppose to be a cholesterol reducer but has the side effect of increasing ones libido. Worked for me as well. Even though I was forgetting to eat, I always had a lot of water. Even in the Termas. I was drinking 2X water to any beer or scotch I ordered. Carried it everywhere I went and went through 6 large bottles in my Apt. in a week. You should give it a try…..but, don't forget to eat. 2. i suspect he meant to say "well-hydrated" rather than "well-fluoridated". (the H20 down there probably ain't fluoridated.)
