The best place to find info on Hong Kong or Macau is www.hkgal.com. On the right panel is a list of massage palors with pictures of girls, etc. Some of them have english address listed.

The locals cross the border to the special region (HK is the special special region), half an hour train ride away. They go there for everything, tailoring, food and drugs, cigarettes, theme parks and of course sex. On the other hand, the Mongkok action is clearly visible, (there must be over 100 neon signs), relatively safe, and reasonably priced (US40-80, depending on what race- Thai, etc). So all in all, I'd stick to HK for action, unless you have a strong local connection.
