Km11 Ain't Beverly Hills, but the young Vietnamese women are sweethearts

There are only two reasons why I go to a new place, to see if I want to live
there, and to have sex with the women. Sightseeing doesn't interest me. I
can see pictures in a book without having to experience the heat, humidity,
inconveniences and discomforts.

I had heard good things about Baguio in the Philippines, clean, cool, quiet,
and peaceful. I went for two weeks to check it out. It was in the
mountains, lots of hills all over town. Lots of heavy dump trucks pounding
up the hills spewing noxious clouds of black diesel smoke, enough to make
you nauseous over time. The place was, like the rest of the Philippines,
run down, dirty and expensive. The jeepneys were a horror. The food, as in
the rest of the Philippines, sucked. The apartments for rent were dismal,
furnished with trash. One had a sofa that was made from tubular aluminum
and sheet metal, with little hard pads for seats. They told me that it
rained 10 months out of the year. I said 'but not all the time', they said
'no, sometimes it stops for an hour or two'. This, up in the mountains,
would be cold and damp. I stayed for three days. Manila sucked. I didn't
bother looking at any women or going to Angeles. I went to Bangkok, went to
km 11 the next day.

I heard good things about Bali. I went there recently. I went to Sanur, an
'upscale' area. Nice resorts on the beaches, nice shops and restaurants on
the other side of the roads that parallel the beaches. Once you stepped off
onto a side road, it was slums. Narrow, rutted, potholed lanes, houses
crowded together, vacant lots used as trash dumps, a few nice buildings
surrounded by hovels. Bali is more spread out than Pattaya. They have
'bemo's, incredibly small mini vans with seats 6 inches off the floor, and
decent meter taxis, which would be too expensive to use all the time. They
don't advertise houses for rent in the paper. There were 7 listings for
Sanur, all $700-$1000 a month, as opposed to hundreds of listings every week
in the Pattaya Mail. You'd have to go around and look for signs, while
staying in a hotel, and the houses would be in a slum. I went to three
different prostitution areas, looked at 100 women, all worn out and tired,
big hips, not a one under 35, and all wanting $50 for a short time. I only
stayed one night, that was all it took for me to know I didn't want to live
there.

Vietnam is very tight about prostitution; $500 fines and deportation for
westerners and 1 year in a re-education camp for prostitutes, visa and
Internet restrictions; corruption and petty crime; noise and traffic chaos.
Nha Trang is a nice place to visit, I wouldn't want to live there, and the
play for pay isn't easy.

I've found that, with all its drawbacks, Pattaya is the best place to live
in Southeast Asia, and km11 is the best place for sex. Living in that
vaginal desert where you do, I'd think you'd just be glad to be able to be
smothered in firm young flesh, and find your mental stimulation in some
intellectual coffee shop back home.

Pattaya is a compact city, basically about 3 kilometers long by 2
kilometers wide, and very quick and easy to get around. There are three
good shopping malls, Royal Garden, Big C, and Lotus. There are three good
supermarkets, Friendship, Foodland and Tops. There are many good
restaurants, and a good fresh produce market on Pattaya Tai. There are
several good hospitals, the best probably being Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital.
Public transportation is good, provided by baht buses, pick up trucks with
seats in the back. To avoid problems, it's best to have correct small
change. Go into a bank and purchase 5 baht coins, carry some with you.
When you pay, put one in the drivers hand and walk away. if you hesitate
and look at him like 'is it enough?', well, of course, it won't be. There
are more immediately available women in Pattaya than you can shake a stick
at. some are young, some are enthusiastic. Some are middle aged mothers of
three passing for 19, some are cold, unfeeling and mechanical.

The cost of living is low, the weather is great, housing is cheap and
plentiful, there are plenty of expats to chum with. Security, on the whole,
is better than in many western cities.

Some guys have great luck with the ladies, others are less than satisfied
with what the thai idea of 'service' has become. If you've been
dissapointed, there is an alternative. In the main, the young vietnamese
women at km11 are what the thais used to be.

THEREFORE:

If you have been going to Thailand for ladies, but feeling dissatisfied with
the cold, mechanical attitude of Thai hookers, to whom you're nothing more
than a money cow to be milked dry and discarded; if you're tired of hookers
that won't take a shower with you, run in the bathroom and lock the door,
then tell you 'you go shower' so they can rifle your room while you can't
see them; if you're tired of hookers that have one foot out the door from
the time they enter your room, can't wait to run out and give the money to
their waiting boyfriends; if you're tired of hookers that act enthusiastic
and promise 'I do everything good', only to turn into zombies that don't
kiss, don't suck, don't want you to play with their breasts or put your
finger in them; if you're tired of lazy hookers that flop on the bed and say
'you make, you finish, I go' and look at the ceiling; if you're tired of 35
year old mothers of three that look like they've been run over by a tank
between their neck and their knees passing as 19 year olds; if you're tired
of hearing 'Papa die, Mama sick, house burn down, buffalo die, sister have
moto accident, you good heart, give money'; or, 'today my birthday, what you
give me?';

At 'Svay Pak', 11 kilometers outside of Phnom Penh, a twenty-minute taxi
ride, there are literally hundreds of young Vietnamese women waiting to have
a good time with you, and give you a good time with them. These are not
hardened streetwise hookers, but amateurs that come from Vietnam for six
months to make up a financial shortfall their families have suffered.
They're right at the age where they're hot to trot, and have been given a
license to have sex with different men away from the restrictions of family
and community. If you're nice to them, make them feel good, they will
initiate sex with you, want to do it again and again. What a difference
from the hookers of Thailand who try to avoid doing what they've been paid
for, and are only interested in milking you as quickly as possible and
running out the door. The Vietnamese girls appreciate being taken to a nice
hotel and nice restaurants, are content to lay on the bed naked all day and
cuddle, hug, pet, and have sex.

A word of caution - there are under age children available at km 11, don't
use them! In the first place it's not ethical to take someone who's too
young to decide on their own that they want to have sex. In the second
place, it's against U.S. Federal law, and the laws of many other countries,
to travel to a foreign country and engage in sex with anyone under 18 years

Some of the girls at km11 were becoming sexually active, and their parents
told them to go to Cambodia and make money for it, instead of giving it away
and getting a reputation in the villiage. They are away from the restraints
of family and community, and they are doing exactly what mothers, priests
and polititions have always feared they would do, have a great time having
sex with a variety of men.

As well, many of the girls at km 11 are debt indentured. This means that
their families receive a lump sum payment, and the girls work it off. This
money is usually needed to make up a financial shortfall the family has
suffered. Viet Nam constantly suffers typhoons that flood the viliages,
ruin crops and destroy houses. In some cases, the girl accepting
indenturement can save the family from being destitute and homeless. Most
contracts run for 6 months, and bring the families U.S.$500, a year's wages
for working in a factory 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

There are other girls at km11 who don't seem to want to be there in
varying degrees. Some may have agreed to go under parental pressure, and
don't like earning the money that way. It has been suggested that some may
have been coerced, forced, kidnapped, or sold into slavery, are being held
against their will, and may have been subjected to electric shock and water
torture. I have been to km11 many times in the last 5 1/2 years, and I
have never seen any evidence of these things. I have seen girls that seem
reluctant, try not to be noticed, or ignore me while watching tv or doing
their makeup.

I would suggest that you not avail yourself of the services of any girl
that appears reluctant. The issue of involountary prostitution is huge and
complex, and the most any individual can do about it, without endangering
themselves, is not to engage anyone who seems to be unhappy. There are
plenty who are eager to go. I would suggest you avoid girls who ignore you,
they probably won't be much fun.

Not all the girls at km 11 are beautiful, but some are surprisingly so. Not
all are enthusiastic... If a girl hangs to the rear, avoids eye contact,
seems to be trying to avoid being seen, or ignores you while doing her

See what you're getting before you pay. Choose a girl and tell the 'mamae',

from a brothel... Use the toilet before you leave the hotel!

When you first go back to the cubicle, don't start groping right away.

If she's not exactly what you want, or you want to 'make the tour', there
are many more to try.

'The tour'. With the advent of Viagra, and for younger men, provironum,
both available in Thai pharmacies without a prescription, you can have 3-4
women in a row. The trick is to fuck them but don't come. You can get
repeated erections with a different girl each time. With Viagra, unless
you're dick dead, start out with 25mg/day in the morning on an empty
stomach. Chew it up and hold it under your tongue for quicker absorption.
This is enough to get it on every four hours. Don't make the mistake of
taking 100mg, and having a painful 8-hour erection and a splitting headache.
If 25mg works ok, you might want to try 50mg/day. Only take it once a

at 8am, get to km 11 at 8:30am, go to lunch and dinner, and spend the rest
of the day and night on the bed. There's no other reason to go to Phnom

5 days. You can do 3-4 in the morning, go back in the afternoon and do
another 3-4, have more sex with more young women in a shorter period of time
than ever before in your whole life.

'Crack downs'
Periodically, you will hear that Km 11 has been closed down. Not so. These
are merely attempts by the police to extort more money from the house
operators. The girls are still there, just knock on the doors. This is
entirely between the operators and the police, and doesn't involve
customers. Neither the operators or the police want to scare away the
'golden geese'.

Street 63
There are several thai style massage parlors on street 63. Lai Lai's, and
the one to the left of it, have girls on bleechers behind glass. $5 short
times, but they want $50 to go to the hotel. They don't open until 11AM.
The second place to the left of Lai Lai's doesn't service white people. The
small massage parlor on the corner diagonally across the street from Lai
Lai's is a den of thieves, avoid it. They are constantly trying to distract
your attention from where you have your money. I've seen good reports on
different web sites about Tommy's Massage Parlor on 63rd street.

Flower Road
Flower Road runs west from the French Embassy at the traffic circle at north
Monivong Avenue and the Olympic Stadium. A kilometer of whore houses lining
both sides of the street. Somewhat downscale from km 11 both in
accomodations and quality of the girls available. Short times $5, but they
ask $30 to go to the hotel. The last few years, the girls have been smiling
from the doors, and then slamming the doors when you get a few steps away.
A really funny joke, I thought it was about money...

Get a flu shot
You're not used to the bugs they have in Cambodia. A small sniffle for them
can turn into a three week case of the flu for you, especially during the
months of June, July, August. Get a Vaxi-Grip flu immunization before you
leave your country, you won't be sorry.

Sightseeing around Phnom Penh, everything to be seen can be done in three
hours. Phnom Penh is a shit hole; nothing's been renovated since 1935. So
what? You're there to fuck, and that's done in your hotel room.

DON'T TAKE NUDE PHOTOS OF THE GIRLS. THIS IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO GET
TRIPPED UP WHEN YOU RETURN TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY. YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO

Illiterate menu
Some girls can't even read Vietnamese.

Make a menu by drawing or pasting photos of cows, chickens, eggs, pigs,
ducks, shrimp, crabs, fish, and write their Vietnamese names by them. The

Some taxi drivers will add a commission on to what you pay. This could mean

to. Be safe, use Mr. Piseth for a driver. If you think your driver is
tacking on a commission, get rid of him right away on the spot. There's
always other transportation available. Standard for a car is $10 minimum to
km 11 against the first two hours, and $5 an hour around town. If you take
a car for all day, it's standard $20, including km11.

WITH THEM, YOU COULD CATCH A STRAY BULLET. GO TO KM11 IN THE MORNING, GET A
GIRL FOR 24 HOURS, STAY IN YOUR ROOM AT NIGHT AND FUCK INSTEAD OF HANGING
OUT IN A BAR.

and not very secure.

THE BAYON IS VERY NICE AT $37 A NIGHT, THE THAI SAN AND LA PAILLOTTE ARE OK
AT $15 AND $20 RESPECTIVELY. ALL ARE SECURE, THE BAYON HAS INDIVIDUAL LOCK
BOXES, I'VE HAD UP TO U.S.$1500 CASH IN THE BOX, AND THEY KNEW IT, AND I
NEVER LOST A SINGLE $. THE OTHER TWO HAVE SAFES, YOU HAVE TO USE AN

NO, YOU CAN GO TO SEVERAL BANKS IN PHNOM PENH AND CHANGE MONEY OR TAKE A
CREDIT CARD CASH ADVANCE. WHY NOT JUST BRING U.S. DOLLARS WITH YOU, STAY AT
THE BAYON HOTEL WHERE THEY HAVE INDIVIDUAL LOCK BOXES, THEY'RE TRUSTWORTHY.

only want to do things the smart way, and not get ripped off.
