Day Four
Tuesday November 13th, 2001
An Afternoon At The Movies. The Movies? Then On To Pattaya!
I was almost into a routine now. I was feeling more and more comfortable with everything: My hotel, the city, knowing my way around, etc.
The plan was to head down to Pattaya today. Then tomorrow, we would meet IndyLA at the FLB Bar in Pattaya. I was excited about my trip down there. I just liked the idea of so many available women in such a small area. I had read from most people Pattaya was a love it or hate it deal. I was set on loving it.
Before I continue, I should briefly mention my pronunciation of the city. After I first read that Maxim article about it, I thought the pronunciation was “Pah-Thai-ya.” I could not have been more wrong. During one of my post September 11th trips to TJ, I met at man at AB who claimed to be building a home there and had a Thai girlfriend. During our conversation, he mentioned that I was saying it all wrong, and that the correct way to pronounce Pattaya was “Pa-tee-ya.”
Oh well. Sorry Erip, that really was the way to say it!
Today I wanted to check out the EGV Gold Class Theater at Siam Square. I read about the theater in the January 2001 edition of Wired Magazine. In their Electric Word section in the front of the magazine, they had a picture of the seats in this theater and a short paragraph about it.
“You won’t find a bad seat in this Thai theater. Behind its gilded gate is a gently lit lobby with plush sofas and a well-stocked bar. When the lights go down, retire to one of the 28 crushed-velvet recliners, each fitted with a tray table. Throughout the flick, glamorous attendants server snack food like chicken wings and fried squid, so you’ll never miss a scene while you’re standing in the concession line. All this for just $300 baht ($7.50) a ticket.”
“One of a growing number of deluxe movie houses in Bangkok, the EGV Gold Glass Cinema in Siam Square was started by theater chain mogul Wichai Poolwovaluk, who introduced the city to the multiplex in 1994. But you won’t rub elbows with a megaplex kind of crowd at the Gold Class – it caters to the noveau riche, right down to its superb selection of wines by the glass.”
On our way to CP2, Dart and I remembered coming to a major stop called Siam. We also remembered seeing a big sign that said Siam Center, and we wondered if this was the place we were looking for. A quick inquiry to the people in the lobby of Majestic Suites and our thoughts were verified. This was indeed the place I wanted to go, so we hopped on the SkyTrain and headed over.
After our exit, we headed right across a walkway and we were soon in a huge shopping mall. Lots of children in what appeared to be school uniforms were all around. We walked around level two for a while. There was a sign that pointed us to the direction of the cinema, but we must have missed something. After stopping briefly again for directions, we found our way. We came to this glass tunnel that connected to what appeared to be another building. And then we were in another part of the mall.
After some escalator climbs to the very top, we found the cinema and the EGV Gold Glass. It appeared to have a regular cinema and then the “deluxe” theater separate from the rest.
Dart was only mildly interested in coming along with me at all during this mini site seeing excursion. And he had no interest in seeing the movie that was playing: A Knight’s Tale. He had already seen it and mentioned it was only ok. The movie mattered little to me. I was doing this more for the experience.
We once again made plans to meet up later and I proceeded to buy my ticket. Like the article said, it was 300 baht. At the time I exchanged my money, the baht to dollar rate was 44.4 so it ended up costing me about $6.75 US. The clerk had a computer screen and you could choose where in the theater you wanted to sit.
I bought my ticket and then headed it. The two glass doors with a Gold Star on them slid apart upon my coming close to them. A bar was directly ahead and to the left. And various nice couches and chairs were all around. I went to the bar and ordered a Heineken. (They didn’t have Carlsberg) and took a seat. The only other people there were a French backpacking couple.
I took a few pictures of the lobby and bar, relaxed a bit, and then headed into the theater.
I immediately, upon sitting down, reclined the chair all the way back. My thoughts at the moment were something like, “Now this is cool. Here I am in Bangkok, Thailand. I have been having sex with beautiful young Thai girls ranging in price from $33 US to $56 US, getting myself cleaned by beautiful young Thai girls and then having sex with them, and now I am at a deluxe movie theater in a recliner, sitting comfortably and it only cost me $6.75. I couldn’t see a movie back home at that rate! Ok, maybe a matinee. Life is good! I love it here. I fucking love it here!”
Some signs I saw somewhere in the lobby billed EGV Gold Class as the most luxurious theater in the world. I can’t speak from experience, but it certainly was nicer than anything I had ever been to in the states.
I don’t remember if it was before the previews or before the movie started, but a sign flashed on the screen that said something like, “Please join us in honoring His Majesty, The King.’ I immediately started looking around assuming this meant to stand. Luckily, an older man and his Thai girl snuck in and she immediately stood up, so the rest of us did the same as the French couple were also looking around wondering what to do.
They played some music, (The Thai National Anthem?) and showed some various images of the King and Thailand.
Also during the previews, I was brought my Heineken. I sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the show. The movie was ok, not great, but I did enjoy it.
Afterward I headed out to rejoin Dart. I stopped by a Dairy Queen before heading out and get a vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. The price was 19 baht, about 43 US cents. I love Thailand!
I made my way back on the SkyTrain to the Grand President. Yesterday, I had made the mistake (or had I?) of telling a cab driver named Si (or is it See? Maybe even more appropriately: C?) that I planned on going to Pattaya. He immediately wanted to know when and he wanted to take me. He kept hounding me until I told him. I said it would be today, but I was unsure of the time. He also quoted me a price of 1400 baht for the trip and I could not remember if that was the going rate or not. 1400 baht runs about $31 US. I gave him a timeframe of between 4 and 7pm. Sure enough, as I was walking up to the Grand President, Si was there asking if I was ready to go. I wasn’t, and told him it would probably be closer to 6. I had a late 6pm check out time at the Grand President and Dart had already checked out from Majestic Suites earlier that day, dropping his stuff at my place. It was around 4 or so, so I grabbed a few things and met Dart at the agreed upon spot.
We mulled around a bit and probably did some things I can’t remember, before we headed back to the Grand President to check out and then head down to Pattaya. As I was checking out, the Bell Boy at GP asked where we were going. When I told him Pattaya, he said, “Pattaya: 1300 baht taxi.”
I paid up, we packed up and we were soon on our way. Traffic getting out of Bangkok was horrible and he had to stop for fuel which made the trip even longer. He had to go to a special taxi cab fuel station. Near as I can tell, all the taxis there run on natural gas or propane. Does anyone know which it is?
Anyway, we fueled up and were on the road again. There was this long elevated freeway/expressway out of Bangkok. Then after that ended, we were on a two lane highway, much like the two lane rural interstates here.
Dart and I caught some sporadic sleep on the way there. I think the distance runs about 140km from Bangkok to Pattaya or about 87 miles. Travel time ran about 1 ½ to 2 hours I think.
We arrived in Pattaya and we had no hotel reservations. I just knew that the Eastiny Inn was where I wanted to stay on that it was on Beach Rd Soi 8. In hindsight, I should have had reservations and it almost bit us in the ass later in the trip. But after my first few days in Bangkok, I had no firm plans and I just wanted to roam free and go wherever my yearnings drove me.
.When I first saw how narrow the Soi was, I thought Si was going to have to drop us off and we would have to walk up. This thought was soon vanquished as he turned to drive up the street. The thumping music from a variety of beer bars was instantly noticeable; even through the closed windows of the taxi. Tons of girls were at every beer bar. It was an amazing first time sight.
Upon final arrival at the Eastiny Inn, we both secured rooms without any troubles, but there was an interesting moment during check-in. The Bell Boy took our bags and put them in the elevator. However, he did not hold the elevator, the doors closed and it actually went up a few times with our bags unwatched.
After the second time the elevator went up, Dart was getting a little angry. He tried explaining his concerns about possible theft of the bags since no one was watching them. But they didn’t seem to understand and said everything was fine. I was unconcerned at first as well, but Dart had a lot of valuable electronic merchandise in his bags and I can understand his frustration. When the elevator came down again, he grabbed his bags out of the elevator and put them by his side. After seeing his point, I followed suit.
There were no room safes here, just safety deposit boxes so both Dart and I secured our passports and return flight tickets in the boxes. I also put some spare credit cards and my traveler’s cheques in there.
We got to our rooms and then settled in a bit. My room was small. It once again had the magnetic key you place on the wall which turns on all the electricity in the room, including the air conditioning. The room also had a 19” TV, a small snack bar and small refrigerator.
The bathroom was also fairly small, with no tub and just a shower. We both planned on showering and cleaning up a bit before we headed out for the night. I quickly showered and got ready, but Dart was having some problems with his cold water. There wasn’t any. So he called down to have someone come up and fix it. A guy came up and fixed the shower in fairly short order. If peace and quiet is important to you, I would NOT recommend the Eastiny Inn. The loud thumping of music from the beer bars on Soi 8 and the joining street were easily heard. If you need to sleep before 2am and loud, through the window noise bugs you, don’t stay here. It didn’t bother each of us, as we didn’t plan on getting on sleep before 2am or so anyway!
We were then off to check out the action. We started walking along Beach Road. We first headed north, and then decided to head south towards Walking Street.
The first place we came across whose name I recognized from my research was the Tahitian Queen. We stopped in and had some Carlsberg’s. The place was rather smallish with the typical strip stage in the middle. Neither of us spotted any targets so we paid our bill and continued out.
We continued walking all the way down Beach Road towards Walking Street. Our next stop was the Best Friend Beer Bar Complex. We walked around and the highlight of this was the many Halooooooooooooooooooooooo Welcooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooome’s we received. But better than that, as we made our way around the complex, many girls just started wooing until there was a chorus of about 25 girls all wooing us.
Very interesting indeed! This was the complex I had seen in Fatal Orchid 2 with the Thai Boxing Ring in the center of the beer bar complex.
We headed out of the complex and then came upon a street that sounded familiar. It was Soi Pattayland 1. Let’s head up this street, Dart. Whoa! Was I ever wrong about this street! A few too many Boys Clubs if you know what I mean. We got up to 2nd Road and made a right. Then we hit the street I was looking for. Soi Pattayaland 2. More neon signs than Vegas! OK, maybe not. But more people grabbing, pulling, yelling, screaming, enticing, and anything else they could think of to get you into their bar or go-go. I snapped a quick picture and quickly noticed The Classroom A Go-Go.
I had visited their website quite often in preparation for this trip at http://www.classroom1.com/ I enjoyed some of the pictures and the whole schoolgirl outfit thing intrigued me. We went in and ordered our beers.
Dart and I both immediately liked the place. It was extremely well lit inside with a square stage in the middle. The girls all wore short black skirts with these cute red shirts and a short tiny red tie. They also had on ankle high black boots and a red garter. Dart and I immediately spotted targets, but decided to finish our beer and take a longer look around some other places first.
We then hit Emergency A Go-Go right next to Classroom. Emergency was kind of small with a stage along the wall. We have ordered our drinks, did not spot any targets and took off. Yes, much like the Classroom, all the girls here wore uniforms as well. Yes, they were all dressed like nurses. We then also hit Bubbles and Misty’s A Go Go. Same deal with Misty’s. Pretty small and no targets. We also hit Bubbles. There was a show going on at Bubbles with a girl on stage and a candle. She was dripping the wax all over herself and it was a solo show. The place was pretty packed. We stayed until the end of the show. Then about 5 or 6 girls came out and assumed their positions on stage with the poles.
Neither us of saw any targets so we headed out once again.
At one of the final two places we visited on Soi Pattayaland 2, there was a Mamasan we saw that had on a imprinted name tag that said, “Mamasan.” I thought that was kind of funny.
So off to Walking Street we go. Again, lots of neon and lots of tourists. There seemed to be a fair amount of American and Western Europeans with their families in tow walking down Walking Street.
Our next stop was Happy A Go-Go. I think this was the place that had a non-standard stage design and I think Dart mentioned it reminded him of a place in the Philippines. We both had some possible targets here, but mostly just looked around and headed out. Our next stop was the famous Dollhouse. How many times did I read about the Dollhouse in my research for this trip? Lots!
There was a girl outside holding a sign that said, “The Dollhouse 50 gorgeous girls. Plus 2 ugly ones.” I got a picture of the sign. Dart mentioned they had the same sign in Bangkok for the Dollhouse there as well.
I immediately liked this place upon entering. It was big and spacious. The stage had a rotating carousel with about six positions on it for poles. Then, at various ends of the stage there were also more poles available. The girls here went completely naked which Dart and I both enjoyed.
We again sipped our Carlsberg’s, took in the scenes, but again headed out.
We continued down Walking Street until we found the Freelancer Bar. The FLB Bar. This was the place we were to meet IndyLA the following night. I had spent a fair amount of time on their website as well. http://www.freelancerbar.com.
I enjoyed some of the pictures and occasionally checked out their message board. It is also a great place to brush up on your connect 4 skills before you actually have to play the girls, because they are damn good at the game!
There was one girl I noticed that I was particularly attracted to. If I saw her there, I told myself during preparation for the trip, I would not hesitate to do her.
Here is one of the pictures that did it for me.

And here is one more, if you ignore the dude in the picture.

Finally, here is another picture of her with longer hair. I like her better with long hair.

Dart and I headed in to check the place out. It was not that busy and we walked towards the end of the bar. That is when I found her so I said hi and asked her to sit with me and have a drink.

I think Dart had one as well, but I was starting to lose track of him and what he was doing. This was going to be my target for tonight. We chatted up a bit and her friend Gin came along. Jit talked me into buying a drink for her as well. (Sucker!)
I decided I was probably going to go ahead and just barfine Jit tonight. Dart didn’t see any targets, so we bid our farewells. I asked where he was going, and I think he said back to the Classroom.
I continued to talk with Jit and her friend Gin. Although I really wasn’t paying too much attention to Gin. Jit was very affectionate in the bar and was very touchy feely towards me. She even started kissing me which turned into some full on French kissing which I did not mind one bit. Then I made a mistake.
It is my own damn fault though. I read about Xzyte Disco and I wanted to go there, just not tonight. But I mentioned it to Jit anyway. She wanted to go. But then I realized that I was getting tired and that I just wanted to take Jit back for short time and call it a night.
Unfortunately, the next hour or so became my first real girl problems of the trip. Jit wanted me to barfine her friend Gin as well and then we could all go to Xzyte. But they made it clear that afterwards only Jit would go back to the hotel with me. She constantly nagged me and was trying to convince me to barfine Gin. However, I did not budge.
I didn’t really find Gin too attractive, and I didn’t want to go to Xzyte tonight, although I did want to hit it later on. So the next half hour or so was spent trying to get Jit out of the bar without her friend. I should have just called it a night, but I made a promise to myself so I decided to push on.
Well, I was finally able to barfine her and get out of the bar. She went and changed and came out in her street clothes.
I grabbed her hand and we headed out. The next few minutes was spent listening to her say how Gin was a good friend and had taken care of her when she was new to the bar. So she wanted to try and help Gin out whenever possible. Then as we were walking down Walking Street, we were continually hounded to have our pictures taken, buy flowers, buy Wrigley’s gum, etc. Although, I will say this. You can tell Thailand is a developing country and Mexico is still underdeveloped by the camera the street photographers use. I still get a kick out of the old style 50 year old Polaroid’s those AB and CC photographers use in Tijuana. At least in Thailand, they have newer models! LOL! I still passed on the photos.
Then the rest of the trip from the beginning of Walking Street up Soi Pattayaland 2 was spent by her trying to get me to go to Misty’s A Go Go. I think she had a friend there she wanted to see and there was no way in hell I was going to agree to go. I was tired and wanted to get it on and if I agreed to go, I would never get her out of there! Shit, it was hard enough to get her out of the FLB Bar.
So we go up to 2nd Road and hopped in a small parked songtaew. (Baht Bus) Damn, I should have re-read Stickman a few more times. The driver wanted 60 baht to take us down the street to Soi 8! I remembered something about not getting into parked songtaews, and knew that 60 baht for that distance was WAAAY to much.
So we flagged down one of the hundred or so songtaews on 2nd and headed towards Soi 8. I told Jit where I was staying and she took care of ringing the bus to stop. If you don’t know what a songtaew is, think of a navy blue Isuzu pickup truck. Then think of the back of the pickup truck with huge cage on it and benches along both ends. I guess they are essentially jeepneys.
We came up to Soi 8 and Jit rang the bell for us to stop. I had read it was 5 baht per person during the day and 10 baht per person at night. There was also a sign in each baht bus that said the fare of this bus shall not exceed 10 baht per person.
I went ahead and paid up 20 baht for our short ride. Then we headed down the street towards the Eastiny Inn. I saw the Eastiny Place (similar name, different hotel, same Soi) and started walking towards it. Jit pulled at me and asked, “You said Eastiny Inn, right?” I admitted I did and she pulled me away and continued to lead the way. A short distance later, we were at the hotel and in my room.
The first thing that comes on is the TV. Jesus Christ! This is turning out to be the proto typical session I had read so much about during my Thailand research. To break her away from the TV, I got out some glowsticks for her to play with.
She enjoyed them, but not nearly as much as A from last night. While she was still watching TV, I decided to head to the shower. After I came out and plopped on the bed, she took her turn to clean up.
And now, finally, it was time to get it on.
We started off with some light kissing and foreplay that was, to my surprise, very nice. We continued into some deeper, more passionate kissing and I was starting to forget my earlier troubles with her.
I then started kissing her neck, when I discovered that she was really ticklish there. Then I proceeded down to her small breasts and nipples.
She then rolled me over and cleaned out my ears with her tongue before she proceeded down to my nipples. I asked her about smoking (BJ), but she “no like smoke.” I decided to not pursue it with her because I was tired of struggling with her.
I then popped out a condom and she hopped on for a really, really, really, really long ride.
Then I rolled her over to missionary, and then later rolled her over again to doggie. I absolutely LOVE doggie with small petite girls, which she was. But then her phone rang and she HAD to fucking answer it!!! Are you kidding me? So here I am jacking myself off trying to stay hard during her whole conversation.
I wasn’t really super pissed at this point, as I had come to expect this now. But I definitely wasn’t happy. I kind of “half” angered fucked her after that.
BTW, who on this board came up with the “anger fuck” term? For some reason Superman’s name comes to mind, but I can only remember seeing the term in a thread once.
I finally finished up and got my only release of the day. She told me she couldn’t stay long time, which was fine with me, because I only wanted her short time anyway. But she seemed generally concerned that I would be mad since she was about to leave and drink, party, and dance with her friends. I was fine with it. I was tired and ready to sleep now anyway. I don’t know what took it out of me today, but I was beat. I gave her 1100 baht ($24 US) and said goodbye. BTW, her barfine was 400 baht ($9 US).
Overall, it was a really bad Thai session. Her constant nagging at me to barfine her friend, her wanting to go to Misty’s and then the phone incident really annoyed me. BUT, there was lots of kissing and affection and the sex was decent although she didn’t smoke. Not good, but I have had worse.
And so that concludes my first night in Pattaya.
Note: I think it needs mentioning now what my girl count goal was for this trip and what my standings were after four days in Thailand. For those of you that have read some of my TJ stories, you know that at times I have been known to do several girls a night. Usually at least 2-3 with the record being 8 in one evening. I naively thought I would be able to easily accomplish those kinds of numbers in Thailand as well.
I was wrong. I was so incredibly wrong. I boldly told friends I was going to fuck 40 girls while I was in Thailand. (I was only going to be there for 8 or 9 days.) But I think after tonight, I finally realized Thailand simply was not setup like TJ. In TJ could start at 1 or so in the afternoon on a Saturday and bust one out in about 15-20 minutes, recover for an hour or so and then head up again. I was programmed to do so because if you didn’t bust it out in the half hour, you didn’t get your release! Times up! Time for another customer. There was going to be no way I could bust out 8 in one day in Thailand. Just no way. Short time usually meant about 1-2 hours. With travel time, finding a target, and having to go to different bars, these numbers just weren’t possible. There was no lock, and no preset time limit. Plus, with this next scheme and way of things, I noticed I was lasting and fucking a LOT longer than I normally did.
I read up a lot on Thai culture before my trip. One of the things I read was that it was bad to barfine different girls from the same bar. Your first girl would take it as bad service, feel guilty, and the other girls would tease her and she would lose face. (Be embarrassed) Supposedly, this was the one thing Thais hated the most. (Losing face) While I think this sounded utterly ridiculous (especially for prostitutes), for the most part, and I won’t say I completely followed this, I at least tried to respect this part of the culture. I read it from several different places. And perhaps this is also a part of the charm of Thailand. The idea of girlfriend rental instead of just getting a prostitute to lay there while you fucked her. I don’t know, but I chose to at least try and respect it. But this also narrowed down choices during the trip.
So after four nights in Thailand, I had done a scant 9 girls. Only 9! That is barely more than two a day! My target was 4-5 a day. It just wasn’t going to happen. I finally realized that, accepted it, and changed my plans accordingly.
Here is the run down and girl count so far:
First Day: (2) Won G-Spot, Jac Grace Hotel Coffee Shop
Second Day: (2) Oi and Dam from Eden
Third Day: (4) Yona CP2, Na Atami, Poon Angara, A Long Gun
(This was more what I had in mind. But the day was completely spent searching and hunting and three of the girls were MP girls)
Fourth Day: (1) Jit FLB What? Only one girl today?
Sheesh Xenono. What the hell has become of you? I just had the wrong idea about how I wanted things to go. I was comparing things to TJ, which I know now was pretty stupid.

Great stuff Xen and D'Art. It's like reading a primer for my trip next month - I'll be following your footsteps but at a slightly different pace.
Kendricks coined the term "grudge fuck" a while back. That isn't what you were thinking of was it?
