The days of staying out till 5 in the morning in Bangkok are over, now the bars close at 2 am. As a result, you are better off choosing some daytime action with your nightime stuff and starting your nightime mongering much earlier.

A. MASSAGE PARLORS- Mostly a daytime activity and much more expensive if you decide to partake in multiple rendevous during the day. The place is great if you like short-time romps as the sessions are usually about an hour and a half. If you spend all of your days at massage parlors, expect to increase you budget by about 4,000 baht a day or more. Bangkok has the best massage parlor scene in the world. Most places have girls in a fish bowl with a number and are separated according to skin color...the superstars usually have the lightest skin. Most places require you to pay for the massage which includes sex but there are exceptions. It's a good idea to tip the girl a little if you like her service. Here are some suggestions:

1. Baron's Barber Shop- The only true oily massage I have been to and a fun place to go in the morning. It is located off the alley on Soi 24. You can take the sky train to the Emporium Shopping center but take the escalator down to the sidewalk and head towards Soi 24...make a right, then a left in the alley and you are there. There will be two, large U-shaped seatings. The one on the left are girls that are not for sex. The girls on the right are good to go. They dress in the typical massage girl evening dress or cocktail dress. The selection is decent and you will usually find one hottie. The room is pretty small but the bathrooms are very nice. Take a shower first and then go through the oily massage. The massage costs 400 for an hour or 800 for two hours. Extras are 500 for HJ, 750-1,000 for BJ and 1,500 for full service. Open at 10 am.

2. Soapies- The details of soapies are run through pretty thoroughly on this board, so my suggestion is to check out specific massage parlors and look up the reviews. Remember to avoid having taxis take you to the massage parlors as most of them will get commission and your price is increased. I suggest the following places as a starting point:
-Chao Praya 2: Taxis do not get commission for taking you here and they will charge you 1,600 for the stars and 1,700 for the superstars which includes sex. The rooms are spacious and nice. The fishbowl is huge. The food is great here.
-Catherine:Have taxi take you to Royal Pacific Hotel. I have heard that Catherine does not pay commission but I am not sure. I paid 1,700 baht for a great session there and the lineup is solid.
-Cupidy: The touts love this place. Have them take you to Prince Hotel. I learned this advice from Nanapong.com. Don't let the touts see you leave. I have paid 1,800 and 2,000 there for some fairly attractive girls.
-Darlings:Located off of Soi 12. A bit pricy at 2,500 but the selection is solid.
-Mona Lisa: This place is hit or miss. Pretty small place with a medium-sized fishbowl. Girls to the right for 3,000 baht and girls to the left 2,500. I did not think the girls on the right were that attractive (light-skinned Chinese look) but there were some very attractive girls on the left. Picked one and had an excellent time. The rooms are pretty nice (very similar to CP2). Have taxi take you to Siam Hotel and walk.
-New Cleopatra: Some stunning girls here. Have taxi take you to Fortune Hotel. Last time I paid 2,000 baht. I think they adjust the rates according to the customer.
-Atami: Have taxi take you to Prince Hotel. Go past Soi 41 and make a left down some driveway with a gate. Beware of taxi drivers and motorbikes trying to follow you to get commission. The girls here are cute and go for 2,000 baht and more for the light-skinned superstars.
Others: Others worth noting are Juliana and Annies.

B. EDEN CLUB-
Located on Soi7/1. Remember that the place is not on Soi 7 but Soi7/1. Place is run by a Frenchie named Mark who is a great guy. PRICE= 1600 baht($35) for each girl before 8 p.m. and 1900 baht ($42) thereafter. ANAL SEX: Girls to the left of the yellow line BISEXUAL: Girls to the right of the yellow line. It is recommended that you choose the girl you like and have her select her girlfriend. TOYS: Girls will bring different toys including strapp on dildos, vibrators and various pornogrpahy. UNIFORM: We have several uniforms you can have the girls wear including: School girl, nurse and French Maids. TIME: One hour and a half . You can sit a drink a beer while you select your ladies. There really is no pressure but the owners dont want you to sit there and hang around.
The selection of girls was about 25. The girls will start making out with you once you select them. There are some cute girls but not as hot as the go go bars. The room has mirrors on the ceiling and porn is playing on a decent sized T.V. There is a small couch in the hallway to the bathroom which contains a shower.

C. BLOW JOB BARS- A great way to take the edge off at a cheap price. This is the 7-11 of mongering. There are really only three places worth mentioning in BKK:
-Kangaroo Bar:Girls here are not that cute but a BJ costs 700 baht and they will blow you right there in the bar.
-Star of Light Bar:Located on Patpong II, this place is extremely small with a short bar. You can get a hummer while sitting at the bar or sitting at a booth. You can get a blow job right there in front of everyone or choose the extremely small short-time room. These girls are pros and give excellent head. The price is 700-800 baht, depending if you use the room or not. The room is the size of a closet.
-Lólita's: Now this place does have some cuties. I have used the same one every time and she is a hot little spinner.Located on Asoke St.in Asoke beer bar complex, close to Soi Cowboy, off of Sukhumvit. You need to go through the beer bars to the back of an empty lot with a small complex full of several indoor bars. Lólita's is in the back corner. There will be several girls in the front to take you inside. The bar is etremely small and has separated black curtains in the back with couches. The girl will clean you up, give you a BJ with or without a condom and will finish till completion. Place is hastle-free and no rush.

D. GO GO BARS-
I like these venues above all others as the highest concentration of stunners exist here and it is a lot more fun hanging out a bar with tons of naked girls dancing on stage. The three main areas for go go bars are Patpong, Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. All three have some stunners but Nana Plaza has the best selection. The girls are more expensive at Nana and all go go bars in BKK require a 500 or 600 baht barfine.
-NANA PLAZA: The best looking girls are at Playskool, Hollywood2, G-Spot and Rainbow 1 and 2. Mandarin was good but the place has gone downhill IMHO. I would suggest looking at all of the places your first night and judge for yourself. These places change with the wind. If you cant find a fun hottie at this place, you are gay.
-PATPONG: I still am not impressed with the level of talent at the bars here and all of the bars have a lot of post-op ladyboys. If you go, try to check out King's Castle 1 and 2 and the Pink Panther.
-SOI COWBOY:Place has gone down hill considerably but Long Gun is still a great bar with some hot spinners. Also check out Dollhouse and Midnight.

E. SOI 33 ART BARS: On Soi 33, you will find a bunch of bars named after artist. I did a more thourough look through at these bars and noticed the following: Some of these girls are ficha girls and will go out with you for drinks and dinner but might not fuck. The girls will dress in evening gowns and dresses and will usually only stand behind the bar until you buy them the minimum drink requirement. This usually involves the purchase of 3 drinks totalling 4-700 baht (8-15 dollars). There are very few mongers present at these clubs and they are very low key. A lot of people here on business and many Japanese. The layout of some of these bars are beautiful and classy.
MONET-Probably the best selection of girls. I recognized a couple of girls whom used to work in Pattaya at go-go bars. The girls are all behind this long bar and are wearing blue evening gowns. The best looking girl in Bangkok works here (sorry forgot her name but she looks latina). Happy hour is from 7-9 p.m where drinks are 90 baht ($2). Pool table upstairs.
RENOIT- This place is huge and has several bars. Unfortunately, the girls looked were not cute. Imagine a crappy gift wrapped up in beuatiful wrapping paper. Not impressed.
DALI- Some very cute girls here in different evening gowns but the girls were very elusive about the bar fines and costs for long time. One gil quoted me 1500 baht for bar fine and 4000 baht long time. That's about $127.00, very expensive for Thailand.
CHRISTIES- Much more laid back and the girls were very impressive and very expensive. I think I might try this place another time as the girls were friendlier and were wearing much sexier clothing.
I would also suggest checking out Wall Street and Van Gho's.

F. DIDDLE BARS: These are bars where you can barfine the girls for sex but they girls are there for playing with them under their clothes while they are sitting with you and they will play with you while you are sitting. These places are fun to start with but there is heavy pressure for lady drinks. Both of the places are located in Soi Cowboy:
-Afterskool: The theme of the bar is the same but there is a larger abundance of young cute girls. Only two of them are on the gogo floor at the same time. As a result, 25-40 girls are all vying for your attention by taking off their panties rubbing your crotch. I like to make a sandwhich with several of the girls and head off to the naughty boy corner where I can finger-bang two girls while the other one is wacking me off in front of 10-12 other girls. Remember that most girls here look much younger than their age and are wearing Catholic school girl outfits. The girls can take you to the "Naughty Boy" corner and give you a HJ for a tip. Kind of weird getting a HJ in front of other people.
-Toy Bar: This is a diddle/hand job bar, similar to Afterskool. As soon as you sit down. girls will flank you and stick their hands down your pants. Most of the customers here are ex-pats and are there for the safe and quick hand jobs in the corner. There are short-time rooms for privacy.

G. FREELANCER SPOTS:
-Angel's Disco:Located in the lobby of Nana Hotel on Soi 4/Sukhumvit. The place is not that big. One bar to the right as you walk in. A decent-sized dance floor to the left with an additional bar to your far left. Many chairs and tables make this place a little cramped so it might be wise to get here early to get a seat.
Best freelancer place in BKK. Be real selective because a lot of these girls don't look quite as hot in the light. I took a couple different girls at different times out to the lobby to decide which one I wanted to take out. These girls are freelancers so that they do not require bar fines and usually will go for 1000 baht short time or 1500 baht long time ($22 and $33 respectively). There is a nominal cover charge but it includes drinks. Also check out the lobby outside the disco in the hotel...a lot of the girls cannot afford to go inside but many are very hot.
-Soi 7 Beergarden: Good place to go during the day. Place is not what it once was but you can occasionally find hotties here. A lot of old German guys here. The place has decent food and good beer. Great Seafood Court right across the Soi.
-New Wave Pool Bar: Located on Soi 7. Some definite cuties here. Some girls come here with their boyfriends so be careful...some hot waitresses too.
-Grace Cofee Shop: (Soi3)The only place open after 2am. Tons of Arabs and Nigerians here but some definite hotties who come here if they cannot score at Angel's. You will also see a lot of girls in the parking lot of Nana Hotel and outside of Nana Plaza after closing and some are quite cute.
-Gulliver's Travels(Kho Sahn):Located on Khoa Sahn Road. I was here with GF and was shocked at how many freelancers were working and how hot they were. Most of the backpackers have little money but most of them are younger and better looking dudes. I think these girls go here on an off night to make an extra 500 baht. An old univ. classmate of gf told her that she usually makes 500 baht LT. This girl was young and hot and maybe clueless of the actual prices she could ask for. The place had about 3 to 1 girls to guys. Some of these girls might be here just to meet younger falang that they see at the movies and might give it up for free. I thought that the quality of girls here rivaled any freelancer place in BKK...including Angel's. I was there on a Thursday night and the place was packed wall to wall.

H. MUSIC: Unfortunately the music in most of the go go bars is aweful. Dated electronica music and dance music made by local DJ's with poor quality. They should play more hip hop and funk but they continue with the high speed, low-grade techno to keep the girls going if the yaba isn't working.
