TJ to BA (Buenos Aires)
I met my old TJ novia in TJ the last week of January. I didn`t tell her that I would be in Guadalajara for a month, a scant couple of hours from her home. I only told her that over the next 2 months I would be in Latin America going from TJ to BA.
It had been several months since I had seen her. She had cut her hair and gained about 5 pounds. That would bring her up to about 112 lbs.
She had no interest in visiting Zona Norte. ``This is different life`` she said. So after 8 months away from TJ, she was living in her home, which she owned out right, she had bought a liquor store in her home town, and she had totally disassociated herself from TJ. She seemed undamaged, unaffected, and set for life, at the age of 25. I should have been so lucky!
So, as two great friends, we spent 24 hours tucked in the walls of PA.

Guadalajara-I`ve already reported on GDL. I`ve now been away from GDL for 3 weeks and been in 4 other Latin Am. Cities.
Highlight: The highlights of GDL are definitely the beautiful city and the beautiful women. Certainly, taste vary, but GDL would have to rank high on most peoples list of cities for beautiful women.

Costa Rica-I was not ready for CR. The Hotel Presidente beats any $42 hotel I have ever seen. In the USA, it would be a bargain at $142, considering the cooked to order breakfast, free internet, and large rooms, and great staff.

The Blue Marlin (BM) also beats any puta bar that I have ever seen. The lights are at a decent level, so you acn actually see where you are going, and you can also see the chicas. In the past, I have had a scare or two as I walked an AB chica out into the daylight. That won`t happen at the BM. Also, the music is low enough not to do ear damage, and you can hear what is said to you, rather than try to lip read in Spanish.

And the chicas are special. There are all varieties, from 8-9 Columbianas, exoctic Dominicanas, and chicas from Panamá, Venezuela, and Nic. And the chicas don`t rush you, except maybe for the Dominicanas, who are the most aggressive group. Most of the chicas sit back, watch you, and wait for eye contact and some type of overture. It`s nice.

And for absolute GF sex, ``Welcome to my country`` sex, ``I want you to remember CR`` sex, the Ticas are hard to believe. These chicas are warm, friendly, passionate, and will do anything to make sure you have the best possible time. Bottom line, I would prefer a 7 Tica over a 9 Columbiana. Treat the Tica well and you might have a thank you note in your hotel mailbox the next day, or a small gift. I did.

So, 5 days in San Jose (SJ) resulted in 1 Columbiana, 1 Panamana, and 1 Tica, all of which were good experiences. On the second night in SJ, I went to Key Largo (KL). This place is just as good as BM, less people, and somehow, has more character. I ended up preferring KL for a late night hangout.

Highlight: I should have said 2 Ticas above. The highlight for CR was a bartender that I met on a night I went exploring outside downtown. I went to a Tico bar suggested by the cab driver. But, it was Monday night and the place was almost empty. I ended-up talking to the bartender for two hours. She was funny, engaging, and down-right cute, so I invited her to dinner the next night.

She had no qualms meeting me at Presidente. From there we went for a typical Tico meal, and to her GF`s bar for drinks. About 11:45 PM we returned to Presidente and sat at the bar for a drink. But, as we enjoyed the drink and the night air, they turned up the bar lights. ``I`m not ready to close`` she said, but they were, and so, we took our drinks out to the lobby.

It seemed strange sitting in the lobby. She was silent. We held hands. As I looked at her, I saw that she was looking at our clasped hands. I knew the meaning. Upstairs, she was as sweet and passionate as anyone I have known. Quite touching, especially in light of the huge screw-up I was about to commit.

About 2:30 AM, I was really fading. Truthfully, I don`t sleep that well the first time with chicas. So, as we lay there in post sex cuddling, for some reason I got up, put on my underwear, and said ``I`ll call for a cab``. Within 30 seconds, I realized the gravity of my words. She turned away and did not speak. Then she asked ``Did I do something? Why do you want me to leave?``

Well, my bad habits had come to the surface. The next 30 minutes were spent trying to explain, to apologize. Finally, past 3 AM, we drifted off to sleep. In the morning, after breakfast, I watched her walk up the street and disappear into the crowd. Later that afternoon when I returned to the hotel, there was a message that I had something at the desk. It was a note from her. On the last day, there was a voice mail. ``Don`t forget me``. She knows I`ll be back.

Quito-is an incredible city. It is at 9,000 feet in the Andes for starters. You can get a 5 star hotel room for $65. You can get laid by a 6-7, young chica for $10, or there is an abundance of 9 chicas that will spend the night with you for $100.

Highlight: a 9 chica from The Galapagos. Besides being stunning, her free spirit, and unspoiled and unsoiled view of the world reminded me that might be the most successful country in the world, but, it is not necessarily ``the happest place on earth``.

Lima-For some reason, I was uncomfortable in Lima. And after TJ, I don`t understand it, myself. TJ should prepare me for anything. But, I did no hobby work in Lima. I left 2 days early and went to Buenos Aires (BA).

BA-belongs in a catagory all to itself. There is no place like BA and there are no women like BA women. It is like trying to describe anything of beauty, words just don`t quite do it. I`ll skip the travel log and try to describe the women.

First, however, a big thanks to EZY and Moondog for showing me the ropes of BA. Because of their knowledge, skill, judgement, and taste, my 6 days in BA were enormously enhanced.

As for the women, I`ll try not to exaggerate. The BA women are much different that other Latinas. There is a much stronger European influence. Physically, they are taller, more fair, and more slender. They are more beautiful, in a classic way, skin, hair, facial features, dress, attitude. They are also more sophtistacated. I would go so far as to say that BA women are the most beautiful in the world. Then add the sweetness factor. BA women are sweet, like Ticas, and beautiful like Columbianas.

On my first day there, I met a chica at Cafe Orleans. After a nice couple of hours getting to know her, we went to the hotel for a nice couple of hours of GF sex. Totally unrushed, she asked me if I minded if she left, she had errands to do. But the kicker was, she invited me to go with her on the errands. Well, I`d never pass up a chance to see BA with a resident.

At 9 PM we parted. However, another surprise was coming. We had been together a total of 6 hours and shared many things, including pictures of family. As she left me back at my hotel she asked is I would like to have dinner with her and her son on Sunday. I was blown away. But, because of my desire to experience more of BA, I turned down the invitation, enen though it was extended a second and a third time, when I met Ezy and Moondog at Orleans.

Santiago-here I sit in Santiago (SCL). I spent 2 hours today sitting on Ave. Providencia. The women here are also unbelievably beautiful. But, I`ve decided to leave first thing in the morning, without giving SCL a chance. Nothing can compare with BA and I`m anxious to get back to CR.

Conclusion-The most beautiful women in Latin America are definitely in BA. This is also a great time to visit BA with the recent devaluation of the Peso. At this time you can have a 9 chica for 2-3 hours for $100 pesos (about $46), or you can have the same chica for the night for $200 pesos. But, then, the next morning, you would have to buy her breakfast, and later in the day, ask her to leave.

Moondog is exactly right. There is a good bit of pent up frustration, most of it directed at "politicos" and none of it focused on Americans.

Be wary of chica pricing, though. Chicas are not stupid. They know that 3 pesos per dollar $100 pesos is nothing to us...they will try to charge Norte Americanos more if they can....resist the urge to overspend and enjoy one of the world's great chica destinations.
