Like some of you guys here, I am not into non stop banging. I want the ultimate GFE. I have had some success and wanted to post my methods....and hopefully others will add theirs. I noticed on my last trip to CR that I was having super success, while some guys were struggling a bit. First....here is what I am looking for in a GFE:

1) She never looks at her watch or worries about how much time we are together.
2) She never asks me for money for services.
3) She is willing to go anywhere and do anything I want with her.
4) She is into the GFE stuff like DFK and cuddling.
5) She wants to hold me and hold my hand all the time.
6) She puts her arm in mine walking down the street.
7) She wants to give ME a present.
Sex is awesome, made more so by her sweet loving attitude.

Believe it or not, it is possible to find this sweet loving girl after one day, but you have to know where to look. Here's my cheat sheet.

1) Slow Method: It's possible to find a GFE anywhere. Any girl working anywhere might be willing to go with you. But you can't be a brute about it. Gently find out of she has a boyfriend, and don't let her know that you are in CR to bang whores. Ask her to meet you in a safe place for coffee or something easy. If they are not working girls they will take a lot more time and attention, but could be worth it in the end.

2) Fast method: Find a semi-pro at the Blue Marlin. It's not that hard since MOST of the girls there consider themselves semi-pros. Scan the place looking for the ones that are not being snagged. Even the runt of the litter at the BM is probably a hot babe. If she is not being taken, your chances go up. Keep in mind that MANY of these girls do NOT want to be there. They are only there because they have to pay the rent, or their cell phone bill. Some of them have a cell phone bill higher than their rent! Do not go for the hard core pro that grabs you and overly aggressive.

3) Look in the eyes. Do not look at the body. If you want a GFE it will come from the heart. The body is immaterial. Make a connection ....the eyes say it all. If you see something there, some glimmer of hope then buy her a drink.

4) Don't be turned off by the money talk up front. They ALL do that. They ALL want $100 bucks and they ALL want it up front. Ignore that. Remember that this babe is just trying to pay her rent, so she's in this for the dough. But with the right chica you can find so much more. Offer to pay her a lot less but will tip her for service that is muy muy bueno. Tell her upfront that she will be paid when finished "te pago cuando terminamos." If she refuses, walk away. She will call you back. Explain to her that "mucha chicas muy mallo" and that is why you never pay up front. She will get it.

5) Frankly, only go for the ticas for the GFE. If you find out she is a Nica, a Columbiana or a Dominga, chances are she is hard core. She came to this country for one thing...to make as much as she could in a limited time. She will not be willing spend spend a lot of free time with you when she could be back at the Del Rey hooking it up.

6) Go for the loners. If the girl is sitting there laughing it up with her girl friends, chances are she will have more fun hanging there at the Del Rey than if she leaves with you. You want a girl who is DESPERATE to get out of there....who has NO friends. Who would rather be with you than sit there one more second. In fact ask her if she has amigas there. If she makes a face and says no way....your chances go up. That means she hates the other girls and wants to get out with you.

7) Baby or no baby. It does not matter to me. I have found great GFE's with a baby, and ones without. But the ones WITH a baby are probably better candidates because they secretly, silently LONG for a husband, and father figure for their baby. You could be that guy....even for a few days. Whether you like it or not, you are being sized up at every moment. Don't let it freak you out....but she would probably marry you in about two seconds if you asked her. Especially if she has a baby.

Once you get her out of there and in your room....just her actions and activities. The hard core pros will try to get you off as fast as possible. The GFE's will let you take the lead. One good test is the shower. My best GFE wanted to shower with me before and ever everything. And in the shower she lovingly washed me everywhere. She passed my shower test BIG time.

9) Will she kiss? Some of these girls are just afraid of kissing us gringos for fear of catching something, and I can't blame them. She may not at first...but give her time to warm up. Don't immediately reject her because she is afraid to do that. Remember that these are semi-pros. She may have only gone to the BM for a month and maybe only had a few customers before you. She is still nervous and shy. My best GFE broke out in a rash as soon as we got to the room. I realized she was scared. I just held her and made her feel relaxed....and she never got that way again with me. Same thing with the BBBJ. My best GFE said no at first, but once she got to know me....LOOK OUT.

10) By now you have been with your potential GFE about an hour or more. You have looked in her eyes. You have learned about her life, her family, her hopes and dreams. You now are at a moment of decision. Ask her if she really wants to go back to the BM or if she would rather hang with YOU for awhile. Take her for a walk up the avenida. Buy her an ice cream cone. Take her shopping. Buy her lunch. One of my GFE's had not had a thing to eat ALL day and it was 10pm. Show her that you would like to spend time with her, and not just screw.

11) Get her phone number! Almost every girl will give you her phone number and most of them have cell phones. Make her write it down, with her name on it. Just make sure you keep it in a place where your next girl will not see it.

12) If you take her shopping, buy her something. I sent $83 bucks on my best GFE the first time I met her, and that money came back to me OVER and OVER again.

13) Bring gifts. Little things that she will like. Show her you are not just a banger but have a big heart. The Tico men are such ass holes that she will fall for you if you show a little bit of love.

14) Make a date to see her again. My GFE told me she could not spend the night because if her baby, but would come back and get in my bed at 7am if I wanted her to. These girls do NOT want to go back to the BM. They would much rather hang out with you. As her if she would consider accompanying you to a resort for a night. See if she can get free. It is a lot of fun and really takes the GFE to the ultimate.

15) Your chances of finding a true GFE are better in the day. That does not mean you can't find one at night. I found my best one around noon time, shortly after she arrived. Remember, she does not really want to be there. If you show up soon after she does, she sees you as her angel sent from God. I banned word you not. All of these girls are highly religious and most go to catholic church on Sundays. They are PRAYING for you to show up and rescue them, and that you will be a nice decent guy and that they will not sit there all day with no money. I found Melanie at Noon and I found LG at 5pm. In both cases they had just arrived. I also found Kathryn at 10pm after all day of no customers, and she was walking out the door in a huff.


16) Be a gentleman. She will want to take care of you. My GFE never again mentioned money. I did take good care of her, but it was so cool knowing she was giving me the sex of my life and never asked for a thing. She wanted to give me something to remember her by....and man I will remember her....for the rest of my life.

I am 47, and have not yet heard from the girls, but my favorite did not have a cell or an e-mail address. She told me she would go out and get e-mail just to talk to me. I plan to call her sisters cell tomorrow. I did get numbers for all of them, so I can call them back before I go down, or when I go again.

Radioman ... I spent the whole week with her and some of her friends in Quepos for free (I lived at her home and, at times, she insisted on paying for some of the clubbing/food expenses) ... I could barely walk back to the airport at the end of the week. She had to be one of the most sensual girls that I ever met ... 4-8 times a day.

Sure, I violated the 3 time rule (etc), but I'm not regretting a thing! Totally man ... I'll see you again someday. Perhaps we should scope out the scene together next time.

Sony: OK...I did see your nice note. But it was over a year after you wrote it. I was in a weird remenisce mood this morning and went back to read this report. My GOD how time flies. It has been a little more than two years since I first found Costa Rica and felt it was the center of the chica universe. I now have moved the center down a bit, to Medellin Colombia.

I have moved on from Cristal my, hot and heavy novia, although I still see her occasionally. I now have a new novia in Costa Rica that I met through a mutual acquantance. She is a hot little babe and I talk to her everyday. I credit her with teaching me spanish...although I really learned it through the Pimsleur CD method. I went through Spanish I, II, and II in about a year. I am now completely conversant in spanish, although it will take me a long time to get fluent. She and I have lengthy talks completely in spanish on the phone, so that tells me I must be getting better.

I am now torn between CR and Medellin. If you read my Medellin trip report I posted a week ago you will see why. My CR babe is so sweet and adorable, and the sex with her is beyond belief. I had no idea you could screw in the ways we do. But after six months with one babe I get anxious to move on, and after finding Medellin I am more interested in returing there than seeing my novia in CR.

I have a trip coming in a few weeks in which I will double bang. One night in CR, three nights in MDE, and one night in CR, before coming home. When this is over I should be able to figure this all out and decide what I want to do with my CR babe. It is a tough one, and I regret getting so emotionally attached. And yet that is what happens to me all the time. Damn I love hot latinas!

Oh BTW, the Ultimate GFE guide is still good. I went back and read it again, and I think it still works. I would add learning spanish helps a ton. When I wrote that over two years ago I knew almost nothing. If you really want to have an emotional and romantic encounter, learn to talk their language. Take a chica to a nice restaurant and gaze into her eyes over candlelight and really get into their heads. It takes the GFE to a whole NEW level.

Radioman. Great report even though dated. I have just booked a 5 day trip over Laborday weekend and decided it was time to read up on my destination. It just happens that yours is the first. You put into words some of the techniques I've used in Mexico for a while. I saw an add from travelocity for last minute deals and found this trip for $800 airfare and 5 nights in hotel and thought what the fuck why not. Looking forward to CR
