Well,after a total nightmare on American Airlines,it only took us two days to get from Miami to Santo Domingo.
Anyway we arrived in Santo Domingo late in the afternoon & the scavenges started right at the airport trying to shake us down. I wouldn't pay
more than $25 for the three of us to the Napolitaino hotel from the airport.Checked in the
Napolitaino, all right rooms,but great staff. (more about that later). We went down to the bar
for a drink or two. Several girls working there & one caught my buddies eye. I leave to take a shower & my buddies are still drinking. Well,they are still drinking & flirting. I'm ready to play blackjack & leave for the Jaragua Casino.
I'll playing & winning about $2300. I look around
& there are three girls hanging around. Saying para me,para me & wanting a $25 chip. So I see,that I can't really play with these girls bugging the hell out of me. It was o'kay anyway
the limit was $300,so big deal. Then my buddies show up with the girls from the cafe.They had already began the adventure without me.
So I see a girl at the disco & invite her over.She sits down & I give her a $25 chip. We play Blackjack for about two hours & I help her win $300. Well my buddies are at my table getting
drunker,so I make sure they didn't bring much money with them. Well,this girl has a girlfriend and we all leave. My buddies then have to pick another girl,so they each have two. The hotel staff checks these girls out very well. If they are concerned they will call your room. Good guys so tip them well. Well,I fucked &waas sucked several times. The girlfriend had to go & the girl stayed. She was not really up to par after that.
Day two off to the N.Coast. Hired a van to carry
us to the N. Coast and it broke down on the side of the mountain. We were standing there & this character Frank Brawn gave us a ride to Cabarette.
He was then stuck to our ass. We had a devil of a
time getting rid of him. THis guy is bad news,we
would have been better caughting a ride on an truck. He did take us to a nice hotel the Velero
in Cabarette. Well on to the casino in Sosua. This has to be the cripiest casino in the world.
Of course I gave them $800. No women just strange
guys. We then went to the Merengue bar. This was
nightmare. A bunch of putas pounched on us,like it was a gold rush. Most unpleasant. Of coarse one the guys had to play around & go to one of the hourly hotels. These girls were disgusting.
How do you guys enjoy Sosua? What rat hole.
We did more of the same and then back to Santo Domingo. We do a trip each year and the case is still out about Dominican Republic. The girls seem only to try to hustle you & every one else.
With us guys,they can make more money,if they would act like they enjoy being with us. Cuba is still number 1 on our list,Costa Rica 2, 7 believe are not Paraguay. These girls in DR are a little hard.So tell me were we went wrong? I have read about all this stuff about Sosua,that I found disgusting. Marlin68

I have been to Sosua three times and all three had a great time. I most admit that I was suspect the first time and also had a terrible experiance with Merengue bar. One of the putas threatend to slice me if I wouldn't take her to a hotel. Well i must say that was the last time I went there and partied in High Carribean the rest of my vaca. Most of these putas act hard but you can put them into check quickly. Most of the times we (my friend and I) take them for the night and just give them some pesos for a cab home and if they are good we give them a little more. I guess it's just being there at the right time.
