Well, prior reports are more or less accurate; this is not a good place to hobby, and decent options are kinda pricey. Here's a synopsis of what I've found...

Mexico City street action: on Calle Bolivar, there is a 3-4 block stretch of chicas, some of which are very good looking. I picked out a mestiza, part mulata, from Veracruz. Her name was Natalia, and she was absolutely beautiful. The girls here have different prices, hers was 1500p ($150) an hour. I took her to my hotel for 2 hours, and was not entirely satisfied with the performance, lots of rules, and totally uninspired. I asked if she was used to guys just coming immediately because she was so gorgeous, and she said yes, that's how it usually goes--so not bad for a trophy, if you can afford it.
Also, the street between Piņo suarez and Merced metro stops in Mexico City is packed with chicas. This is a much lower end experience,a dn works like this: for 150p ($15), you get to take the chica to a sleazy hotel around the corner, and for that money she will disrobe from the waist down and do the deed..very economical, if you can stand the sleaze. For oral, it's another 50p, for total nudity, more money still, for a session any longer thatn 15 minutes, prepare to pay more still. I did 2 chicas here, but will not return.

Strip Clubs:
Most of the bars/clubs near Garibaldi Square with dancing girls offer services, but the quality is appallingly low. Studio Cincuenta y cuatro is a bit higher end, but the usual rip-off, with expensive ladies drinks, and chicas who may or may not leave with you when it's all said and done.
Zona Rosa, Foxy Bar: not a bad place, decent chicas, a couple Brasilieras, but expensive: basically 3000p to take a chica upstairs for an hour of fun. If you can afford it, it's not a bad option. I got some of their numbers, and will try to hook up with them outside the bar for some love-hotel accion.

I am surprised that street girls were asking 150 for an hour. That seems real high to me.

I love Mexico City for the amateur action available. Its a terrible palce to hobby.

I just visited DF last week. Live in Bogota now and was returning to Canada to visit family. Used to live in DF before and was visiting friends. DF is very expensive indeed. Visited a couple of bars but it was a Tuesday night. Foxy's - liked the layout before. The thing that kills these bars are the chicha drinks. Expensive as shit as the girls can't drink from you bottle. And they push, push, push the private dances - usually around 200 pesos (about 20.00) for one or several songs. Prices escalate. Went to another bar which was actually very good: Cadillacs - outside of the Zona Rosa. Good bar. Tons of girls and lots of people in the bar. Much better quality of girls. But once again expensive. Viva Colombia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep, $150 an hour was high, but she knew she was worth it--she really had a model's looks, it was kind of shocking to see her on the street.
it's really too bad there's nothing in between the $15 drop-your-pants-and-fuck-in-a-cum-splattered-hotel and the several hundred dollar chicas in the strip bars...say, maybe there's a business opportunity for someone to fill this niche.

A hit or miss inexpensive option. Go to Bar Alamo in the Zona Rosa after 2:00 AM. All of the working girls from the strip clubs go in there after work. Myself and a freind of mine that worked in the Finnish embassy scored freebies there. You can also negotiate reduce all nighters there.

And here is an expensive option. If you go back into the Mexico City thread there is info on a guy, Ing. Norman who sets up incall or outcall. He usually arranges parties for several guys. He has a really nice stable of women. Its expensive 2000-3000 pesos, but really good.

I never had the chance to use his services, but several of my co-workers, whose judgment I trust in these matters, vouch for the quality of the experience. Top notch women. Top notch service. Top notch experience.

I was all lined up for one of his famous parties when I got in over my head with a chilanga amateur, 10 years younger than myself. Best sex of my life. 4 years later we live together. After hooking up with her, I never mongered in the DF again.

DF is a great place to meet women, especially if you speak Spanish. A terrible place to hobby.
