This place is such an institution that it deserves it's own thread. There are freelancers working here round the clock. The place has some motley characters and a lot of worn-out expats but the atmosphere is great and the beer is cheap. You can order a barrel of beer with a spout for 180 pesos during happy hour, which is all day. One of the few places that has several draft beers and all of the San Mig varieties.
The girls are pretty motley during the morning and early afternoon but it gets better as the night go's on. At night, the disco upstairs is packed with some cuties and a lot of worn out mom's. You will find at least one girl to take out and you will pay no barfine. The girls will try to ask for 2,000 pesos for short time but you can pay them 1,000 and they'll be happy with that. There are a lot of informal mamasans walking around and avoid girls who work under them as the mamasans require commission. The girls are real aggressive here so shaking them off is hard. The great thing is that you don't have to buy them lady drinks and alcohol is cheap. There are several pool tables downstairs and the girls are good so don't try to hustle them...you'll lose.

LA Cafe is probably the best venue for girls when visiting Manila IMO. This place is located in the Ermita district - Del Pilar Street.
