Amigos, week 2
Continuation of trip report.
Left Britannia Hotel on a Sunday AM via a thing called Interbus. It costs $25 for a long 5 hour bumpy ride to Tamarindo Beach. This is a tiny surfing town with many beautiful American and Foriegn Ticas, but NO trade at all for Mongers. No great bars, no gals that like "older" men, and no wonder. The town is crawling with handsome young men, some really good surfers, and many locals. Since I am not a young man anymore, Tamarindo had zero mongering potential. Drat. Got one week to kill here.
Since these trip reports are not travelogs, I wont bore you with the details of how I passed the week, except to say that the young lady I met on a pay site ($49 - OVERPRICED) called Mytica.com flew in for a 4 day 3 night visit. We had lots of fun, some good consensual sexo, drank too many tequila shooters and Imperials, and she flew back Monday noon to her job in San Jose. I think you can meet wonderful non-pros down here if you speak pretty good spanish, but if you are espanol challenged like me, the money and time spent on mytica is worth it. She spoke great english, was 34, had a great sense of humor and beautiful smile. Her body was pretty, gently overweight - unlike 90% of Costa Rica women, but she used it well and was very grateful for a paid vacation. I was grateful to have a non pro for fun times in Tamarindo. We stayed in an awesome high end B and B called Villa Allegra for $135 night, had a few expensive dinners, but with the great conversation, laughing, and love, I have to tell you it was worth every penny.
I rented a car Monday, and drove the boys to Jaco, and this is the start of a much more exciting week, I can tell you already...
We got an overpriced hotel called Best Western in Jaco ($98. double) and took two rooms, for the 3 20 year old boys and me. It was a rough long drive down from Tamarindo since the bridge at Caldera was OUT (no sinage till you show up...) and we showered and hit "The Beatle Bar" about 8pm. Medium dead, but with some lingering pros, some Americans, so we started swilling Imperials while playing pool. Like all coastal cities, it is hot, even in the "Green Season", so dress in your best tank top.
About 10PM, the gals outnumbered the guys 2 to 1, and WOW, very much as nice as the Del Rey, with no pressure, and no line up. A different mix, more Nicuragians (dark skin, hair, zero booty, mildly agresssive, young) and Columbians (reddish hair, blond, 5 to 10s, skinny, tall, some incredible blonds, some trophys, older, nice) and not many Ticas. (Tica trade is suffering immegration woes in Jaco!) In the Del Rey, you see far more Ticas... They sit around talking to their friends, gringos, and potential customers. They seem to take much longer here to close a deal than in San Jose, sitting with a potential customer for a few hours of drinks before exiting to one of the close by cheezy hotels, or to go dancing, or to your hotel in one of the waiting taxis. There were other clubs hopping in town, but Beatle Bar is where ALL the Monger action was EARLY IN THE NIGHT (before midnight). It moves around...
Most the gals were 5 to 7 with occasional 8 or 9. Many different shapes, sizes, but as the night wore on, they got better looking and so did I!! Mr. Brad Pitt. I decided to talk to a non-pro for a while, and had fun with her while the boys got sloshed, stared at the gals and muy mutual teasing was happening. The ladies here do NOT approach you at all, mostly hang around. Some of the skankier gals will pinch your butt and make suggestive remarks, but most just sit and drink and chat. No showboating like the Del Rey. But LOTS AND LOTS of talent!
One of the boys, I'll call him JR., was talking to a dark skinned gal and he had no money. I gave him $20. and said, GO!! he waited one hour more, had a beer or two (635 colones) and exited with her for one hour sex in some dive, only spending 4000 colones! That is about $12 for full sexo with this young gal. JR was smiling ear to ear the next day, but we all nursed hangovers. He was the only lucky one that night. It was fast and in some local dive room across and up from the Beatle Bar, but he enjoyed it.
Later on that week, I started at a more upscale upstairs club called ONYX. There are very few working gals here, but lots of Americans, Ticas and Ticos, and a very nice pool playing area with about 5 tables. It is fun to play and watch, so I did. As the night wore on I got wasted and watched some local girls playing pool. Turns out that Jessica works at the beatle bar, saw me hanging and said hello. Her jealous local boyfriend was close by, but we chatted for about 45 min and she introduced me to some of her gal-tica-friends. I bought one round of drinks, made some new friends, but no sexo. Just too damn old when the competition from young surfers/Americans is intense. It was not a wasted evening, I just didnt get laid!
Jessica is a sweetie with numerous friends in Jaco, and she has great English and a beautiful smile. Whenever I go into the Beatle Bar now she hug me, kisses me on the cheek, then gets my drink. Kind of makes you feel like a local, just to know someone when you arrive. She introduced me to a number of gal friends of hers, but I had no luck convincing them that I was not in it just for the sex. Gee, I wonder why...We were doing lots of body surfing, surfing, and swimming during the day, so some evenings just drinking and resting were all I needed.
The next night I started later at the Beatle Bar, then went with JR and "Rick" to El Central, a local disco that starts hopping about midnight...met a Nicuaguan gal (19 years - I checked her passport!) and spent the evening with her for $50. We started swimming naked in the hotel pool, nice cool down after dancing con BJ, and headed to my air conditioned room. She wouldnt leave my room till afternoon the next day prefering to tease me merciliously into lots of fun sexo. I thought after mucho alcohol I would need Viagra, but no way Jose...it was awesome. She would have gladly hung around longer for free, but I gently ushered her home. El Centro is a hopping place on the right night in Jaco, but speaking more spanish would definately have helped. I saw about 10 gals from The Beatle Bar show up there, the dancing was good, combo of Merenge, Salsa, and Trance. Drank too much again, but that is life in Ticaville. Jessica was even there, but busy with her local boyfriend...they were both flirting with other people, seems that this is life in Jaco.
JR met a local gal of 19 (he is 20) that fell in love with him. She is so beautiful it wrenches your heart out, not a super thin tica, but she looks and dresses like a french model. After a few nights of disco, drinks, pool, darts, and long talks, she offered repeated consensual sex with him but he is shy, sleeping with 2 other guys in the room so he passed. I really liked this gal, but English was my downfall and she was definately non-pro just looking for a young Norte Americano to enjoy life with. JR was crazy to pass on this one, but he did date her for three nights till she had to leave from her Jaco vacation and go home to San Jose. Today as she was leaving, she came by and said goodbye and I learned she had adopted two ninos from a friend that died in an auto crash. Unbelievable, one 2 years, one 10 months, they have little money but help each other out. I gave her and the tiny two year old some small gifts and got huge smiles all around worth far more than any material possessions. Ticas are amazing ladies guys, JR should sell his surfboard, move here and live a happy life, but NOOOO, he lives to surf...little does he know!
The other two boys figured out what I didnt UNDERSTAND, its muy importante. These small towns in CR work like this. The party ACTION moves from place to place around the town, and one nights hot club is tomorrows bust. You gotta ASK and KNOW what is ladies night where, what is hot on what night (for example Wednesday is hot at The Backyard in Playa Hermosa) and how late it all works. Most good parties start around midnight and go till four or five in the morning. I guess the Tica pros give up on Beatle Bar Solicitation, the locals are off work, and everyone wants to party together. If you LEARN this skill, you will find awesome pros, semi pros, non pros, and fun girls every night in the smaller towns like Jaco and Tamarindo. If you don't, you are a loser. Simple style is to just pickup cheap gals at The Beatle Bar ($50 typical) and have fun, but if you prefer to attempt being a player, or want to party with your pro tica all night, learn the local scene and follow the crowd. Last night Nasty McGuires was the hot ticket, and boy was it fun. I went home alone, but the boys both seemed to enjoy dancing with American Gals, Ticas, and having fun. Sometimes just learning the local scene is the best part of the trip.
Tonight my lovely Tica from San Jose is visiting me, she called and offered to drive to the beach town, spend the night partying with me, and drive me back to SJ in the morning when I check out of Jaco. I like this idea and look forward to fun. The food here is awesome (try Hong Kong Fuey's crunchy delicious sweet and sour chicken, try MOnicas Pasta - the cook is so beautiful your heart will sing, and The 19th Hole for the best coffee in Jaco with air conditioning and american magazines to read.. .) and the beach has good scenery for the photographers out there. Im leaving the boys here in Jaco with the rental car and they are driving back to San Jose on Wednesday to Hotel with me. On Thursday we fly out. Subject of next trip report is nights Friday thru Wed in Jaco/San Jose for me the older mongerer and exit to USA. Keep tuned. Pura Vida...
