I found a great price on a RT ticket, NYC-Manila with Korean Air for less than $600. and decided to check out Angeles City again, my last trip was in 1996. On this trip the exchange rate was 53P/dollar. After a long flight I arranged to stay at a Makati hotel and check out the bars on Burgos St. Since I arrived late, after 2 AM, I was in a couple of clubs close to the hotel. The ladies were very aggressive and wanted to provide services in their VIP rooms located in the bars. After a few drinks of San Miguel beer, I found a pretty lady who wanted to meet me at my hotel at around 4 AM when she got off work. I met her in the lobby and went to my room for some erotic fun. I recommend this trip to any monger on a budget who wants a true GFE with a lovely Filipina who hopes you can bring them home with you.

That's about the best fare I've heard of to the P.I. for a long time. I can't even get that price leaving from L.A.!! Angeles is definitely a blast. Been there a dozen times in the last three years and am going back in November. Can't wait! Met a girl named Leah at the Roadhouse the first time I went over. Sounds like the same girl. I originally stayed at Clarkton on my recent trip to Angeles, but moved to Kokomos to be in the middle of the action and have a computer in the room. The price was also great and that's where Porker was staying.

Scf, if you are in a major city you may want to check one of the Asian travel agencies. I was easily able to find RT from San Diego for $650 total on short notice on EVA.

I've flown KAL, JAL, PAL, and Northwest. What's EVA? Have you stayed at the Orchid Inn? I'm addicted to that place, even though it stretches the concept of "affordable". I'm in Las Vegas.

EVA Airways seems to be highly recommended on this site, at least from what I've seen. I only flew economy, but I'm sure I've read about people raving about their Evergreen Deluxe seats which are supposedly very roomy.

I've stayed at Clarkton, Kokomos, Sunset Gardens, and a place called Premiere. I've never stayed at Orchid Inn, but I saw the tiny room that Porker had and a nice room that Epimetheus had in the nice wing. I thought Epimetheus' room was nice, but not worth the price. Still, Orchid Inn is the preferred place for a few people I know.

Thanks for the info. Booked a flight out of LAX for November. Got to try the Orchid Inn once more to see if it's really as good as I remember it. I'll be glad to get back -- it's been way too long!!!

Actually, the room I was in is one of the "odd" shaped rooms and is smaller then most of the other Jasmine suites.

The Orchid is SUPER quiet if you get one of the rooms facing away from the street. Also, the girls love staying there as they know it's clean, has a pool, OK food, a STOCKED fridge, good aircond and the guy has money.

BTW, got a room at America Hotel for a ST with two girls from Emotions. Was a BIG room with a king size bed, but kind of old. Still, at 980P it's worth keeping in mind as an option when needed!!
