Rio -- Day Two...Revenge

After a good night of sleep I woke at my usual five thirty time. Hey, I grew up on a farm and spent 20 years in the army…habits are hard to break. Alas, the reason for waking was not some TLN wanting to take care of a morning woody. It was the call of that famous Aztec normally associated with Mexico. Well folks, he made it this far south. Montezuma’s Revenge is upon me with all its fury and force. My new best friend is Pepto Bismol (never leave home without it).
I did go with Don and the gang of Hombres for a second consecutive night at the worl famous four by four. As soon as I walked in the door a garota grabs on to me. She remembers my name. She reminds me that yesterday I had told her I would be back today and it would be her turn. Well, who am I to make a liar out of a beautiful lady?
Actually, she had been the first to catch my eye on my first visit. By the time I had survived the room, drank a beer (or two) and decided to pick out a lady…she was taken. Needless to say, I did not leave until after a second session. The lady from last night (and no I cannot remember her name) was 20, no kids, no husband….short with at least a D cup. The session was wonderful and she is the first I would consider repeating. Nice BBBJ, GFE, DATY, multiple positions, no anal. They can’t all be perfect. I will say she was the tightest of the three I have sampled in Rio.
Let me say one more time….if you don’t speak the language and want to get the most of your time in Rio…use Don and his folks. The price may seem high…the value far exceeds the price. Knowing where to go, who to get you there, who to avoid….priceless.

LIFE IS GOOD…even with the revenge

Ok... what did you eat because that never hit me? You only drank bottled water right?

20 years in the Army huh? Please don't start saying you are an Ex-Ranger..... I'll shoot you myself if we meet.

NEVER leave home without some Immodium AD tablets either!

A nice, fresh salad? Lettuce on a sandwich? Unpeeled apples? The rule is to not eat any produce unless it is cooked or peeled. Then you have to wonder about being served on wet plates. Also, could have been a fruit or spice that was new to you and your body didn't like it.
For a quick stop-up drink coconut water, easy to find on Atlantica.

Not sure what caused it....much better now. Drank bottled water, no produce, just the revenge was upon me.

What is the price for Don and his services?

By Grshel1 on Monday, August 25, 2003 - 05:58 am:  Edit

Don charges 225 for one week...300 for two weeks. A worthwhile investment for a rookie in my humble opinion.

I made the mistake of drinking some tap water when I was there. I usually do this when I go abroad, Montezuma visits for a day or so then moves away. I thought the same thing was going to happen here until I went over to one of the Cariocas apartment in the afternoon and had lunch. I went to get a glass of water from the tap and they freaked out! THEY don't even drink the water here - oops....

Needless to say, I'm just getting over it after about 2-3 weeks...

Mac..you are right...don't drink the water in Brazil. As Don so aptly puts it, "after a couple of days you can shit through a screen and not leave any on the screen"

At the risk of repeating myself;

1) you should start out for a week or so before going to Rio with 2-3 tablets of Echinacia per day(found at any drug store or Wal-Mart)and keep taking them during your stay. Helps to build up the bodys immune system;
2) I usually start taking a broad spectrum antibiotic like amoxicillin a day or two before I go and take one per day while there. (if you don't have any before you go, hit the drugstore around the corner from Help as soon as you get there)

I do this not only to avoid the "Revenge" but it also helps in avoiding the Rio throat from kissing so many girls.

3) Drink lots of water to keep your body flushed (and your cannon loaded...it really works);

4) Avoid the seafood (eh Bwana) unless you want all the garotas trying to nurse you back to health (I still think he did it on purpose...lol)

Nothing worse than being sick while in Rio (unless you have 3 garotas taking real good care of you)

Thanks for the reply but is the price you quoted in reals or dollars?

By Aldaron on Tuesday, August 26, 2003 - 07:28 pm:  Edit

Jimmac: $

That's all I'm going to say because I don't want to start another flame war.

I agree with Sandman on having a routine to stay healthy. Mine includes 2000mg of V-C each day for a few days before my trip (I do this for any trip, even just domestic travel - the air in the planes is not so well circulated, and you just get germs touching things while traveling).

But for the younger of us, isn't taking amoxicillin or similar product 3-6 times per year (if not more for some of us well-traveled boys) kind of a bad idea because we could build up an immunity to it... or decrease the efficacy?

Any medical types among us that can help answer this one?

Thanks

The price for Don was in dollars.
I partake of Vit C each morning...do not drink the tap water, use bottle water to brush my teeth. Today Montezuma is visiting elsewhere...hope he finds a new home there.

Good question FLH-The Echinacia, because it is herbal should not be a problem. My Doc OK'd the antibiotics but like you said, I only do it 4-8 times per year and never for more than a week at a time (one per day when the script says twice daily). Opinions from fellow hombres in the medical field are welcome. My Doc is a long time good buddy and I don't think he would steer me wrong but second opinions are always welcome.

You are also right on about the airplanes. I call them virus tubes because you will be exposed to every frickin bug on the face of the earth when you fly. I also make it a point to wash my hands at least 10 times per day.

A little prevention goes a long way to happy mongering....

P.S. Grshel-glad you are feeling better today.

I brushed my teeth in tapwater, although I don't drink tap, even at home, unless I Brita the stuff first. After living abroad and drinking bottled water all the time I can't stand the taste of chlorine now.

Personally, from all the years of whoring, living on the road, riding in planes every week, staying in hotels (even the Ritz-Carleton has stuff in the mattresses you don't want to think about), etc etc, my white blood cells have seen so much shit that they would probably just laugh at bacteria in the water!

I like to think of it as "exercising the white blood cells"

As for antibiotics, they do nothing for viruses so I don't think it's good to take them as a preventative measure. Of course, it does add an extra layer of armor if you happen to forget to rubber up and catch something while barebacking. Not that anyone would ever bareback in Rio.

As my doc once told me when I was getting some vaccinations before a trip, "here's a prescription for some penicilin" "I'm not sick", I say. "Well, I'm sure you have something in you that needs killing, either now or later". A wise doctor was he....
