A mongers day in Madrid (or an indulgent way to cure those Rio/Ba/LOS/FKK… blues)

Have your plan ready the night before. Know which places you want to go and have a back-up. Print maps from Maporama or other sites and have a Metro and Cercancias map handy. If it was on-line ladies you preferred have your appointment arranged and know where they are located if you are visiting. Get up around 9am, after a good nights sleep, you will need it! No breakfast, just shower, get dressed and head for the CHOCOLATARIA SAN GINES OFF CALLE ARENAL NEAR SOL (or any other chocolateria near your location)

It doesn’t look much, stuck up the end of a dodgy alleyway not far from Puerto del Sol but omigod, the chocolate. Ask for it ‘completos’ with crisp, golden twists of churros and y porras, and try to stop at one dunk, or two, or thirty. It’s a ridicululously smooth, rich, dark, not too sweet chocolate elixir, and it really does revive and invigorate after a good drinking or action session. Or before. Or during…..

After you have made yourself sick on this, work it off at a nearby walk up suggestions below

Next find a tapas bar and order a “cana of cerveza” (my Spanish spelling is probably awful) and you should get a little tapas to enjoy free too!

Hopefully you took an hour or two half hour sessions earlier so no you need to relax. Take your self to the TURKISH BATH (Bano Turco I believe). This is situated on the corner of the PLAZA JACINTO BENAVENTE where it meets with CALLE DE ATOCHA. From SOL take the CALLE CARRETTAS to the Plaza and look ahead and right at the other side of the plaza. You will see a Turkish restaurant, go in here and ask for the Bano Turco (by the way the food is good here, but not the cheapest, 12 euros for the menu del dia). It is @ 22 euros for two hours. Now strip off, shower and don the trunks and enter the Arabic caverns that form the bath. The smells and environment get you relaxed from the start. There are three baths 30c, 40c …and well cold, as well as an open steam bath. Enjoy until you are called, because an aromatherapy massage is included in the price. When massaged. return to enjoy the baths. If you are lucky, you may even have some talent to look at; I did, there a few hotties I could have done in there, good job I was not on the V at the time! OK it may not be FKK or therma, but it is the best I can do in Madrid.

Next take some lunch, a menu del dia is very cheap 4-10e and includes 3 courses a loaf of bread and wine or beer and coffee. In some places they open a bottle and you drink as much as you want. The wine is not bad either; I find Spanish wines are very under-rated. No recommendations, all restaurants have the menu del dia, it obligatory by law I believe.

Next have a mid-afternoon session, try one of the walk-ups below or again choose your lady online. If you fancy some asian pussy try the place at Metro Alvarado

- Metro Canal: 914451982 c/Lozoya, 4 1st Floor Ext. Izqda. Open 24hrs.

- Metro Alvarado: 915543923 c/Tenerife, 15. The Asian ladies' place. It has a picture of a horse on the door. It's Open 12:00-21:00 Mon-Sat. 35 Euros half an hour 'completo'. 65 1 hour.

- Metro Quevedo: 914456159. c/Cardenal Cisneros, 78 Green place, red doorbell. Open 24 hours. 50 Euros half hour 'completo', 70 Euros 1 hour (this may include greek, depending on the lady)

Now get in full Spanish mode and have a siesta, a few hours sleep in your hotel, you will need it, no bed for you until well into the next day.

After your siesta make yourself as handsome as possible, hopefully hook up with some friends (Flowers Park can be better with friends) and get over to a fantastic seafood restaurant. I do not know the name but if you get off at TRIBUNAL METRO and walk down CALLE DE FUENCARRAL to CALLE DE SANTA BRIGIDA you will find it not far down on the left I believe. There is a bar area that is usually crowded and the restaurant is behind. The food is fantastic, cheap and will top up the aphrodisiac levels, not that you guys need it! Have there coffee with liqueur to end, I forget the name, they light the liqueur first, each person taking turns to stir it, then add the coffee, it is delicious! Just ask the waiter.

So fed and watered you can go off to the main event Flowers Park.

By train (easier in my opinion) from Madrid to Las Matas using the Cercancias (Renfe) system, lines C2/8 or 10. Atocha or Principe Pio are good points to go from (If you are going from Tribunal go to Principio Pio, both are on linea 10). These are connected to the excellent Metro system. 10 trips on the metro is 5euros and the return to Las Matas is the same. The trains are very frequent so you will not have to wait long and the journey is less than 30 mins. On getting off the train at Las Matas go to the subway out of the station, turn left at the bottom. When you come out there is a walkway over the A6, go over this looking to your right, where you will see the sign for Flowers Park on the left a couple of hundred meters away. Just turn back on yourself as you come of the walkway and walk towards the sign. You cannot miss it.

So you are in Flowers Park and you have the pick of many beautiful women from all parts of the Globe, again not exactly an FKK or Therma, but nice all the same. Have as many girls as you want stay till five if you wish, take a taxi back and finish the day were you started in the CHOCOLATARIA.

Maybe though, you fancy some Madrid night life and the chance to try your luck with the many beautiful Madrid ladies in the clubs. It may be 2 or 3 in the morning, but believe me things are just warming up. If this is your choice, take a taxi back to Madrid and enjoy. If you do not score or fancy a little morning snack before bed with your new novia (it is probably now 6-7 in the morning) go back to the CHOCOLATARIA, as mentioned above, it is great after a night out, you might call it a “morning cap”.

For those of you more budget minded travellers you can stick to the menu el dia and take your ladies from Casa de Campo or Calle de Monterra, but remember you only live once so go on spoil yourself – you deserve it.

Life is too short not to enjoy you never know what is round the corner.

It is always great to meet fellow hobbyists, often days like the one above or trips to FKK's are better in company, it is nice to share stories and advice between bouts.
