Day 3 – Barra de Tijucca

SK wants to go to a nice beach today so we make plans to head to out past Leblon to Barra de Tijucca. My girl wants to go, but I tell her she can’t, which doesn’t really please her. I end up leaving her in the hotel room and head out with SK.

After a 15 minute cab ride, we arrive, grab a bite to eat and head across the street to the beach for a while. The beach was very crowded and the water was still a little cold, but it was a nice change of scenery. We stayed a few hours and headed back to Copa.

SK wants to go to Monte Carlo again and do his 19 yr girl, but I know if I go in there, I’ll be stuck doing one girl in particular, so we split up and I head to Luomo. No wingman tonight.

Leia returns and as we go to the cabina, she tells me that “the irrational one” was back in the dressing room basically bitching up a storm about me. I’m not concerned about her though now. I have Leia’s bunda in sight.

Aldaron, how much was the taxi to Tijucca and was it hard finding a taxi to come back? How did the waves look and were a lot of people surfing compard to Ipanema?

Why, it's around 25-30 reals from Copa to Barra de Tijucca. Remember though, there is Barra, there is Tijuca, and there is a Barra de Tijucca, which is the affluent beach area on the other side of Sao Conrado/Leblon. All three areas are distinct neighborhoods/towns and you don't want to confuse them.
