About half way through my trip I decided I had better stop wasting my time and go see some of the famous islands in southern Thailand. So I hoped on a plane to Koh Samui.

While waiting in the stand by line, I started talking with a German dude (I can not for the life of me remember his name). He had been going to Koh Samui every year for 15 years, and he always stayed at the same hotel. I decided to hang out with him.

I kinda wish I had just gotten a place in Chewang, cause that is where the excitement is supposed to be. But, we went to a quaint little place in Lamai.

Anyway, he took me out to one of the outdoor seafood restaurants, and a cat jumped on my lap, which caught the attention of a really cool Australian guy, who liked to enjoy the girls. He told me he would show me the ropes if you will.

So the 3 of us hit the Beer bars. I personally prefer gogos, because I enjoy nudity, and you get bored of playing connect 4 pretty fast. But I let myself get drunk and had a pretty good time.

Actually, I remember being annoyed a little at one point. We went to one bar, and they had a really really ugly girl… overweight and with a very strange nose… she was nice and tried really hard, but she attached herself to me and would not let go. The other two were kinda encouraging me (I was shy with the cute girls, so they figured I was always shy, but this girl was really not cute). Anyway we finally got away and I decided I was going to pick a girl and take her back.

Well, this Australian guy was a total type A personality, very funny, he kept telling the girls he was from Issan (He said it is amazing how every single bar girl in Thailand is from Issan) and they laughed a lot. I finally decided to bar fine one pretty cute girl (not really what I had in mind, but within my standards). Her name was Ong. I felt bad cause she really seemed to like the Australian guy more, I teased her about that a lot.

Well, I got her home, I was pretty drunk, I wanted to do it but I couldn’t think of a polite way to ask, so we watched one of the pirated DVDs that I had bought on my laptop (“The Friday after next I believe, whichever one had the Santa Clause robber”). After that I just let her go to sleep.

The next morning, while she was showering, I left her 500 bhat by her cloths (that is what the Australian dude said to do, to remove any awkwardness. I would have left her 1000 if we did it, but I felt if I leave this first, maybe latter we can play hide the salami). I wanted her to show me around, so we rented a motor bike (I don’t know how to drive them so I made her drive, hehe) and she brought me to Big Buddha Beach. That was fun, we rang the bells and threw coins into his hand, good times. She was a pretty nice girl. We met another couple, and the lot of us went to see a mummified monk (that kinda surprised me, I didn’t know we were going to see that). So far so good. We went back to the bungalow and she asked if I wanted to bar fine her again, so we went back to her bar. I guess I didn’t really specify that I didn’t want to stay there, so she had me hang around and we played that game with the wooden logs… then some pool… I found it boring. Anyway, I barfined her again after about an hour.

This time she let me go down on her, but didn’t want to return the favor, or screw. We watched another movie and had another sleep.

By now I was tired of it, so I asked her what was wrong the next morning, but she could not answer me. I didn’t want to stay with her any more, so I asked her to leave. She felt very bad and didn’t want to go, she wanted to talk, I told her I would be much happier if she would just go… I was trying to be as nice as possible, but I had very little luck. She finally did get the idea.

She was cool, so I was actually a little disappointed. I decided to go to Phuket the next day, so I just found an internet café and started talking to girls in Phuket, then the next day, I was having breakfast in the hotel restaurant with the German dude. I told him what happened, he was like, wow, that is unusual. I guess he was trying to make me feel better, he could tell I was a little disappointed, so he told me that these girls are usually happy to have a place to stay… several of them share a tiny apartment or loft, it is quite a difficult life… so I felt guilty! Lol, I went and wrote Ong a letter, slipped 1000 bhat in the envelope, and gave it to the German guy to give to her (he goes to that bar a lot). She got it, cause she emailed me, and said if I come back to Lamai, she would “give you sex.” Well, that was sweet (and weird) but when I do go back, I will pass, I will stay in Chewang and enjoy the GoGos.

You must have found the only beer bar girl in Thailand who will not have sex with her customer !!!! I think the answer lies in your statement " I wanted to do it but I couldn't think of a polite way to ask". You are way too shy and polite- she recognized that and found a way to avoid doing anything.

Non bargirl Thai poo ying --at least traditionally --will NEVER initiate sex. You have to start everything. With a BG it should be different but not always. You have to make the first move often. It is not about being polite- she is with you for sex- she knows that full well. This one really took advantage of you my friend. Remember you are not out on a date-you are paying for service !!! Get it or get rid of her !!

Thai BGs are very manipulative and unfortunately by nature quite lazy. They will do as little as they can get away with if they sense you do not care.

I always made sure the girls know that SEX is my main intention. Anything we do after (or before) bumping is great...but sex is the reason she is leaving the bar with me. When I fine a girl, I make sure there's always the words "boom boom" somewhere in the same sentence as "baht." (A girl from G-Spot once told me the "polite" way of saying you'd like to have sex with a Thai girl...but I can't remember the phrase.)

So, when you'all went to the hotel and watched the DVD, didn't you sit next to her on the bed or couch and, well...just bust a move? After all, you don't "ask" a girl if she wants to fuck. You need to play it to hit it, brother! Starts off with a soft touch on the thighs, followed with a kiss on the nape, and then take it home from there...

Or, shit, just forget the romantic stuff and jump her bones and see how it goes from there (she is, after all, working in the sex industry).

At least then, if she said "Girlfriend don't play that!" you'd be able to bounce her out and save 500 baht. But more importantly, you'd perhaps have time to find some emergency pussy somewhere else.

Yeah, I kinda got the impression that I was the only dude in the world who took 2 weeks to get laid in Thailand. It was strange cause I am not ugly or anything, I'm young, in fair shape, very nice and everything. Oh well, it's all business right? I guess the good thing is that of the 3 girls I fucked, I only really paid for one. Next time I go, I will hit the Short time places.
