a sort of pre trip report,leaving my friends the polar bear at 18.00 tomorrow.my packing list differs abit from the rest of the good men on this site.4 bottle of finnish vodka,2 bottles of norweigian liquer.2 kilo of swedish cheddar cheese,a few books in swedish.a few cds for various people (2 for rebecka f.d. 4*4)this is the price one have to pay for a free place to stay.i hope they still sell condoms in brazil.this time i will try to use my digital camera,2 pictures during my last visit in rio it was a 6 week stay.so ill hope fully arrive at gig 8.00 tuesday morning,hopefully i can talk my female driver that she need gas urgently and check out the girls at the gas station.last thing to do before i leave is to hand over a set of spare keys for my igloo,to my closest neighbour a5 km ski tour cross county.

You sound like being ready to hit the road and hope you have great time. You carry awful lot of liquor bottles for one guy and hope the custom does not stop you.

I thought quality of condoms in Brazil reasonably good and so is the price. At least one brand my girlfriend (in SP) uses is good one - smells like strawberry, thin for good feeling and did not break on me so far.

Have great trip to GIG and how long does it take you from Finland to Rio?

i think the flight time is all togheter 16 hours,but they well worth it,or at least the previous times.iggy
