As Paris, my home city, holds a depressing sex scene, I discovered a very suitable playground for some coming weekends in 2004. Thanks to Peter29 on this board, I found that the Köln/Düsseldorf area (Germany) could offer interesting entertainment as far as our hobby is concerned.
Köln is four hours from Paris by train. Not a big deal. At 1 pm on a Saturday, I arrived at Köln main station. After getting my lunch, I picked up my rental car and at about 430 pm I reached Hotel Esplanade www.hotel-esplanade-wildenrath.de which was recommanded to me by the Parksauna Wildenrath’s management. This club is just 10/15 mn away from the hotel. Rate for the weekend was 53 euros/night (breakfast buffet included). There are some 40 nice and modern rooms and I think I was almost the only guest that weekend. It is located in the countryside, in the middle of nowhere. I chose Esplanade because it was quite close to my three targets for these three days in Germany: Parksauna, Planet Happy Garden in Tönisvorst/Oedt and FKK Babylon in Elsdorf.

I'll be in Paris in May. Is there any fun clubs there at all. I'm sure they are expensive but a city the size of Paris must have some kind of decent action. Please advise. I'll PM you.

Sorry to say but Gay Paree isn't very gay for the mongerer and the closest you'll find are some of the sauna clubs but they are a far cry from the German FKK scene. When in Paris, I've given up on all other possibilities and go to the swingerclubs or sauna clubs. Some swinger clubs (club echangistes) accept only couples or selected singles on certain days - you need to check it out beforehand. Some even require reservations as they limit the amount of single men. Like La Cheminee which is my current single friendly favorite - on Wednesay nights selected singles are allowed in (call first!). Last time there were at 20-30 women. Obviously, these are not pros, just very horny women, who came to the club for one raeson. Interesting that many single women come with male friends and then roam on their own and last time 2 drop-dead young girls got it on right on the center table with each other.
I also like L'Escapade on the Ille d"St. Louis for its friendly owners and classy atmosphere.
