Just like an astronaut returning from a trip from outerspace, I needed to readjust to the earth's atmosphere, particularly the $37 ST + $12 barfines. Also, while reacclimating I quickly discovered that Patpong and Nana both have decent short term rentals of rooms for 400 haht or 300 baht, respectively. I never used a short time hotel, but my winding down period was done at a hotel in Rachada so it didn't make sense to take a girl all the way there with traffic and all.

The pics were labelled Kings Corner II. That's what confused me. Kings Castle II has at most one or two Katoeys and they do not dance. They are servers.

I always get sitting room at King II because the mamasan is a good friend for at least 15 years now. I get royal treatment there. She clears out some Japanese lookie loos or Euro backpackers who are not buying either drinks or girls and gives me their seats !! It's a hoot to see them protest !
