I started today by wanting to check out some massage places that I had yet to see. I wasn’t feeling great, but was able to get around to a few places. My first stop was on Socorro Sanchez and Spa Sueno Real. I was afraid of this. It was closed. I went back to Calle Danae took a left and a quick right and headed up to Spa Estefani on Calle Garcia Godoy. Also closed. So I headed backed down to Monalissa looking for the beautiful brunette that was occupied with another hombre that was there the last time I had visited.

She was not available and I didn’t see her, although there were several candidates to take her place. I chose a 20 year old dark skinned lady and we headed back to the room. This lady absolutely refused a picture as well as the BBBJ. That was BBBJ refusal number two if you are keeping score at home.

This was another pretty bad session. She tried to block full entry in missionary and would only reluctantly accept position changes. I tried to extend the session as long as I could, but eventually gave in and just came to get it over with. She wanted a tip afterward and I said no way.

After this I headed over to the Conde for dinner, but I was starting to feel even worse and worse by now. I was thinking of trying to get in one more session, but my energy level just wasn’t there now so after dinner I headed back to the Duque. I bought some juices and water at the small store across the street from the Duque and watched CNN most of the night.

This sucked. I fucking hate getting sick while traveling, but I view it as a unavoidable consequence of sucking face with some many different women. Perhaps I just have a week immune system though. On my trips to Thailand I usually got sick after I returned. In Argentina I got sick during the trip for like two days. In Brazil I was ok before, during, and after the trip.

The next day I woke up and still felt bad. I was supposed to be heading to Boca Chica for the day, but instead I packed up my things and headed back to Santiago, where I would be catching a plane out of town in two more days. I decided it was best to return to Santiago instead of staying another day in Santo Domingo. I felt crappy, but I didn’t want to have to worry about getting back to Santiago if I felt worse the next day.

I was already concerned I was going to have to be sick on the long flight home and that was bumming me out as well. I packed up my things and checked out of the Duque, then caught a taxi to the Caribe Tours station to ride a bus back to Santiago. I again took a 2:30pm departure for an arrival in Santiago around 5. The cost was 240 pesos.

The ride back to Santiago was interesting. I think our bus driver was a complete psycho though. I was able to sleep most of the way, which was surprising because I think the bus driver had his hand stuck on the horn the entire way there. Seriously, what the fuck is with these people of their fucking horn honking?

At one point during the ride I felt an accident coming as he suddenly slammed on his brakes and honked his horn, but luckily he was able to slow down in time to avoid whatever it was he was trying to avoid.

Thankful that I had arrived in Santiago safely, I caught a taxi to the Hodelpa Centro Plaza again and checked in. I didn’t have a reservation, but they had a room available for me. I told them I would need the room for two nights. It was still $50 per night. Once I got settled in I drank Sprite, water, and apple juice from the mini bar and again rolled into bed to watch some more CNN. Oh! How fucking exciting! What a complete and total waste of two days.

The fact that I got any sleep that night was also amazing. I had a room that faced the street and even though the windows were closed it was like there was nothing in between the room and open air. I could hear EVERYTHING going on outside. Once I had finally dozed off, I was woken shortly thereafter by a car alarm that went off for about thirty minutes. And then there was the fucking horn honking again. Every 30 seconds horn honking. Jesus Christ you people, lay off the fucking horns for a second, will you?

Hopefully tomorrow I could get in at least one last day of mongering before I had to catch my 9:30am flight out of town.

Another great report, too bad you got sick. I used to get sick in Thailand but I've learned to drink a beer every night and be careful where I eat. Thanks for sharing.
cheers
