Received a text from Ahora007 that he will be coming into town that morning. The guy just packs up his bags and goes to AC on a whim all the time....must be nice. I had them reserve a room at AR right next door to my room...as usual. Once he got situated, we went for some lunch at the Orchid and they had an Australian BBQ that day. After returning from the gym, I decided it was time to give Ahora a tour of the Perimeter Bars. The first bar we hit was Rio’s Bar and we decided to sit for a while and soak this place in. The Bar is the size of my closet at Apartelle Royale but the AC is excellent and beers were 30 pisos. Not many cute girls here but there were 6 girls giving him and I the utmost attention. He and Epi are very similar to each other in that they always want everyone to have a good time and they are both loud and full of energy. Ahora then rode a jeepney for the first time and he wasn’t too thrilled about it. The jeepney’s are not meant for guys as tall as us and he couldn’t wait to get off the thing. We stopped at the bar Emotions which is next to “Touch of Class” bar. They both have a decent amount of talent and they both open early. Touch of Class opens at 10am and Emotions opens at Noon. Sometimes this place has some scary looking girls but I have yet to go there without seeing at least one cute girl perfect for an afternoon delight. Touch of Class is actually a decent sized bar. The mamasan’s immediately bought us drinks and we were scoping out a stage full of girls at 4pm. One was thin and hot and was smiling at me and Ahora immediately took notice of this and asked the girl over for a drink. The girl kept holding my hand when he wasn’t looking but I did think she was into him as well. As we were leaving Ahora promised to come back the next day to barfine her but she stuck her tongue in my ear when he wasn’t looking as we were leaving the bar. Ahora then went to his room to sleep off some jetlag and I went to the SOB party. The SOB party was at Tomcats. This place has zero cute girls but some of the guest dancers from other bars were looking alright. There was a lot of hardcore lesbian action during the dance contest, especially from Voodoo Bar and Jungle. I tried to take pics but they don’t allow them there because they want to have exclusive rights to posting them on go2phil.com which is a crappy sight loaded with pictures of dogs who work at Mo’s bars (Voodoo, Treasure Island, etc.).

After the SOB party, I went on my own to some out of the ways bars to check them out. I went to Stingers, Blueberry Hill, Private Dancer and Insomnia. Insomnia did a great job remodeling the place and the bar has a festive atmosphere with average girls. This place has a couple of average girls with giant tits. A couple of the cherry waitress’ are cute.

Ahora and I went to check out the Blue Nile Executive VIP room and the room was just too small. It’s basically a bartab that you pay in advance only you can put barfines and food on the tab too. Great idea if you want some privacy but I like the shows at BNE and checking out the talent to get to for the week. One thing about BNE is that I never get the jealousy and pouting from the other places. The girls are there to have fun and many like short time action only. Blazers, great reporting as always. I'll agree and disagree on two points.

1. I thought the food at the Orchid Inn was the best that I sampled in my time (albeit limited) there. Never got sick and the BBQ stuff was always tasty - hard to screw up grilling flavor. And I thought the breakfasts were great. The chef/cook was always cool and the bacon didn't look great but it tasted awesome. It's lunchtime now and I think I just talked myself into a BLT.

I loved the VIP room at the Blue Nile Executive. One of my pet peeves is getting jostled by strangers. It comes with the territory on the subways and in crowded bars, so I was happy to get away from the action for a while and just chill with five girls and drink and eat and listen to bad karaoke. You are right though - you do miss the shows and they're pretty good at the BNE.
