She even called my hotel to verify I had a reservation. Couldn't tell if she thought I was lying or if she was just being courteous. My hotel was the Safari which is pretty close to the center of everything. Its across the street from the beach and right around the corner from Soi Bangla.
When I got to my room I laid down for a nap and didn't wake up until twelve hours later the next morning. The wine, wimin, song and jet lag must have caught up with me. Damn, hate to waste a night sleeping, but my body thanked me in the morning.
There were thousands of tourists in Patong when I got there. At night you could hardly walk down Bangla without bumping into someone. During the day everyone goes to the beach. Its quite a sight to see hundreds of fat guys on the beach wearing speedos and their fat wives walking around topless.
There should probably be a law against it. The beach is not a big deal for me because I live near one at home, so during the days I rented a motorcycle for 250B and toured the island. Great way to get around but be careful. If you crash your screwed.
Had a drink at the Cristen club everyday but didn't see any girls that really knocked me out. The fishbowl glass is clear and if its not crowded, which it never was, you got thirty pairs of eyes watching you all the time, trying to make eye contact . Kind of a weird feeling. The selection was decent but I just didn't connect with any of them.
Hung around in the Tiger disco downstairs one night and there were plenty of friendly babes most of whom I think were trying to hustle drinks. And lots of trannys which the Europeans seemed to get a big kick out of. After the subdued atmosphere of Chiang Mai, I got burned out on the throngs of tourists at Patong, so I ended up going to Phuket Town for my entertainment.
Met a tuktuk driver named Ali who agreed to take me round trip to Phuket Town and show me the four best clubs for 400B. The first club we hit at 8:30PM was the Fantasia. The customers were mostly Asian. The band was just getting ready to play their first set, and about thirty-five girls were packed into one end of the club behind an open panel with no glass.
The quality was good, and I had my eye on several of them. The hostess came up and we started talking price. 2500B short time, 3000B all night. I told her I would pay 2000 but she didn't want to bargain. Hung around for awhile and had a drink but the evening was young and I wanted to check out the other clubs before settling down with one chick. I was surprised the hostess didn't try to me and make a counter offer as I was leaving since it didn't seem like they were that busy. Too bad, there was some good talent to be had.
The next place we stopped at was the Pink Lady, a slightly larger, more upscale club. Like the Fantasia, the girls were packed into open fishbowls with no glass. Except here there were twin panels on opposite ends of the club with maybe twenty-five girls per side. In the middle were large comfortable sofas and tables facing a bandstand on the other side of the room. The band was playing subdued lounge music with a western flavor which I was surprised to hear. The place seemed to have a relaxed, monger friendly feel to it which I liked. One of the hostesses led me to a table and sat with me as I ordered a drink. Her name was Anny and she spoke decent English. She explained the pricing which was pretty much the same as Fantasia. 2500B short time, 3000B all night. As I relaxed with my drink and enjoyed the music I was able to settle down and take the time to thoroughly check out the girls. There was no lack of talent here. It was kid in a candy store time. Decisions, decisions. I selected a petite beauty named Jai. We spent some time having a drink together while I tried to determine if it should be an all nighter or not. Jai passed my interview and I could feel another epic night beginning to unfold. I settled up with Anny who was very professional and polite in explaining the basic ground rules. As we left the club I wished I had found this place on my first night instead of the last.
We never got to the other two clubs that Ali had mentioned. I'll have to hit those on the next trip. The tuktuk ride back to Patong was pretty romantic. The low back seat of the tuktuk made her minidress ride high revealing an awesome set of firm smooth sexy legs I hadn't noticed in the club. It was kind of like the ride through the park Thai style. Jai was giving me the gfe treatment. With all the cuddling and kissing , warm tropical air, and nearly full moon, my unit was throbbing with every bump in the road we hit. Couldn't wait to get her back to my room. As we pulled up to the hotel. I was somewhat concerned about what the policy was on guests. I had also gotten to know the receptionist who was gorgeous and I wanted to get into her pants too. It was a non-issue as the office was busy when we walked by. A young man was working the desk and I didn't really give a crap what he thought.
In the room we started off by taking a shower together then we made love for about an hour. She seemed like she was totally into doing whatever it took to satisfy me. It was all passion, smiles and good feelings.
After we finished , we got dressed and took a walk down Soi Bangla to get some food. There were more babes floating around here than the night before. I don't do a whole lot of all nighters preferring to be more of a hit and runner. Have been single a long time and enjoy the freedom. I'll have to confess that as good as it was with Jai, I did have moments of the ball and chain feeling as we walked through town together. Why is it you always see the most outrageous babes when your with someone else?
We stopped at a street cart that Jai seemed to know about and she had some special local food cooked up. What it was, I couldn't begin to tell you even after tasting it.
We strolled around quite a bit and checked out the night life and the beach before returning to the room. Had the food and some drinks and then went back to bed and fucked for what seemed like several hours. It sure is good not having to think about someone knocking on the door telling you your time is up. Totally exhausted, we both fell asleep around 3AM. She awoke at 7, took a shower, kissed me good-bye and left. I was to wasted to get up. Once again in my testosterone induced stupor, I completely forgot about getting a photo of her.
I was flying back to BKK later that day and was feeling weak and mildly nauseous. Maybe a combination of overexertion and the food off of that street cart. I tried to take it easy for the next 24 hours as it felt like I was on the verge of throwing up most of the time. That put a bit of a damper on my last few days in BKK.
Phuket should be experienced if you are going to be in LOS for any length of time, especially if you are into beach resorts in an exotic tropical setting.
Patong can be sensory overload just like BKK can if you are not prepared for it, which I'm not sure I was. There are plenty of other great beaches on Phuket if the Patong crowds are too much for you. As far as mongering, I preferred Phuket Town on this my first trip. Don't know why I didn't see more westerners in the clubs I visited. Enjoyed experiencing the action on Soi Bangla also but the numbers of hardball hookers and katoeys was a bit much for this newbie. Hope to return to Phuket on my next trip to dig a little deeper into what I missed this time and maybe try to hook up with that hotel receptionist I mentioned earlier.
