I took my virgan trip to Rio March 23 – April 1 2004. I had plan to write this report much earlier but I’m lazy. The first day was my travel day I flew into Miami and we were supposed to take off from Miami at 11:00 pm . I a little nervous about the whole trip anyway and 9 hour flight would be my longest flight I have ever taken. So to top that off the monger gods decided that at 10:30 pm lets have the pilot run up the jet bridge and say he had a family emergancy and bale out. Now I’m really strating to freak. They tell us that a replacement pilot has been called and will be there in 15 miniutes. 4 hours later we are taking off from Miami. My god that was brutal but thankfully it would also prove to be the only bad thing that happen on my trip. The 9 hour flight was not bad at all even thought I was flying next to a 21 year old kid who couldn’t sit still. Closed my eye eat breakfast and poof I’m in Rio.
