After dispatching my lady I went for a workout at the gym. The GP gym was very good, one of the better hotel gyms I have seen. I spent two hours there including having a sauna, steam and deciding what to do next. My master plan was to have a little lunch, have a soapy at Atami, do a little shopping, then go dancing and then hunting. So with plan in mind I set off. I took the shortcut through the Park Hotel to Soi 7. I had a couple of dishes from the little food market opposite the beer garden. Good food and reasonable prices - recommended I think. Decided to have a quick beer in the beer garden, it is now about 2pm and I did not see anyone I would have taken out. 3-6s I would say. After the beer I took a taxi to Atami, we had to go around the houses a bit because of the one way soi’s but it did not take too long. Found the place after 5 minutes looking, I chose this after reading a good report but was disappointed as the fishbowl was empty and there were only 8-10 girls on some settees near the entrance. Perhaps I was too early, but I was sure the report I read was based on an afternoon visit. Anyway, I should have walked out, but instead chose a 6 and was taken to a so-so room with my lady. The whole experience was ok but nothing more - shower, soapy mattress, shower and bed. The lady who again I cannot remember her name was quite good at the soapy part, although I was later to discover there are much better performers at this than her. I did not get a BJ until we retired the bed and was covered. This part was below par, partly because I did not fancy her to much, partly because she was not great or enthusiastic. Performance rating Attitude 5, smoke 2, sex 3, overall 3. All in all, not a good experience. As I left I noticed the fish bowl was starting to be populated so maybe I was just too early. The cost if I remember rightly was 1,700 Baht plus 200 tip.

I walked from Atami to Soi 3. Checked my e-mails and sent a brief report to Hapa1 who was coming on Saturday. I then went and ordered some clothes from the two tailors I use. Both are in Soi 7, Versaces on the corner is pricey, but I find their quality is very good. I have had many suits from them and they are top notch. The other is Armani, which is a little further into Soi 7 inside a little arcade on the same side as Versaces. I go here because it is better value, but I found the quality is not quite as good, but still ok though. I then finished shopping along the Sukhumvit Road stalls. I thoroughly recommend the jeans and t-shirts’ I will mention shopping at the end of my report, but the jeans were 450 baht and t-shirts 100-200 baht. I have bought these before and they wear as well as ones you pay much more for at home. Comments on my bargaining skills would be appreciated, did I pay too much? I also bought some belts, a watch and some socks. I always travel light to BK, but with plenty of luggage space. I then buy most of the things I will wear here, for me it is excellent value and saves £££.

Back to the GP for a shower, then off to the Piccolo for a few games of pool and then off dancing for a few hours. At midnight I was back on the prowl. I went in the Thermae, it does not change, full of many characters both girls and customers. I got chatted up a few times but they were not for me, it was fun chatting though. I then wandered out and went to Nana Plaza. Tried Titty Twister, which was small with no girls over 6, then Rainbow 3, better place but not much better girls, then tried Voodoo some nicer girls here but the best were taken. By now I was getting tired so started to walk back to hotel. Saw nothing on the way so I retired alone and a little disappointed at my day, but looking forward to tomorrow a long awaited trip to Barons.
