I think that this report is PURE GOLD for those seeking cheap experiences, just 2 blocks away from famous Iberia coffeeshop.

Yesterday, El Flaco and I visited the private apartment located at Libertad 118. After wandering into Exedra without luck (no free tables available), I proposed my friend to visit a place recommended on the the new local board.

This place gets unnoticed from outside, just an upstairs entrance from the street. The place looks like exactly as the old brothels of Constitución a decade ago: Girls uncharmingly lined up in a raw of cheap sofas, a disgusting owner treating you like a piece of crap, rooms on site. I would compare that to 2 notchs below Dolys or Envidia (in fact, these rooms look like exactly as Dolys cheaps ones and are a bit cleaner than Envidia ones), with one washbasin per room, a cheap matress (girls change sheets) and a place to hang your clothes. You perceive, right after entering the place, small rooms-cabinets lined up next to the meeting room and upstairs in a kind of "mezzanine".

Now, pay attention to prices: ar$15 30 minutes, ar$20 40 minutes w/anal and ar$30 for 1 hour. Unbelievably cheap. It goes without saying that girls will ask for a tip in order to perform well.

Opening hours: From 8AM to 11PM, and nights only on weekends. They change shifts by 5-8PM. It's the first time that I hear about mongering action so early in the morning. I was told that there are 12 girls during daylight and 6-8 at night.

Girls are not as nice looking as some Madahos ones, ranging from 3 to 6-7. I saw two girls who I liked: One Peruvian, petite one called Sol (4'10", nice average boobs, very nice legs, so-so face, a 5 overall) and a pretty girl called Celeste (5'4", nice body, beautiful face, a solid 7, comparable to any girl you can find at Hook).

Caveats:

- The guy at charge has a disgusting attitude. He plainly says: "You can't stay if you don't pay! Don't approach the girls to talk before paying!", like a instructor on a Charles Dickens book.

- No drinks, no tables. You line up in a sofa row facing the girls until you like one and choose one, since you are not allowed to talk to them. Not very charming, indeed.

- The most important one: THIS PLACE IS RISKY IN TERMS OF POLICE ACTION. I saw on TV 2 years ago that Police busted the place and arrested some people. Since they have rooms on site, they can be charged with explotation of women. Needless to say, in such cases patrons are also arrested.

- Management doesn't like that girls be taken outside, although negotiable.

- No toilets on the room: You have to visit the downstairs toilet or peep into the washbasin.

- No English at all. El Flaco and I were cursing the guy at charge in English while chattting and he didn't noticed (or he is a perfect simulator)

I chose Sol for 40 minutes, who brought me upstairs to a room. There, she asked me what I wanted to do. I offered her ar$20 for BBBJ, to which she accepted. She performed well (nothing memorable, but well) and asked me ar$100 to CIM. I said no, she counterattaked with ar$50 (you have to understand, they do ar$6 per 30 minutes... JUST 2 DOLLARS!), I said no again. Anyway, we did doggie style, her running the extra mile. After that, poor massages and nice talk.

That girl was DESPERATE for me to take her at my place. She wanted to leave her phone number. Again, very logical: If you pay her ar$40 for 1 hour at your place, she would bend over backwards to please you.

If possible, I will come back to see the daylight shift (I guess there are a couple of nice girls then, and in the worst-case scenario I can do Celeste) and visit other places recommended on the new local board.
