I visited this club in April of last year. It has been written about on this site before. You may have to go back into the archives to find the reports. It has a pretty wild reputation but I found that it is much calmer now. The women still do their table dances on your table and some of the dancers still allow the patrons to tongue-fuck them at the table. But I didn't see as much of that activity as I had last year. Other than tongue-fucking, I never saw any actual fucking at the tables as has been previously reported. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I just didn't see it. A lot of Caballitos clientle, and consequently, hot chicas and roudiness has been stolen now by Tarrandas.
The prices at Caballitos are as follows. No cover charge. Cerveza $16 pesos. TD $50 pesos.
Privado $150 pesos for 3 songs. You have to negotiate with the chica for sexo once you pay the $150 entry fee. Remember to bring your condoms or you will be charged for one.
Amazingly, I recognized some of the dancers from my visit last year! The two hottest chicas while I was there were Sandra and Carolina.

An interesting characteristic about the building that I noted was that the floor is definately tilted so that the rear of the club, where the bar is located, is elevated so that it is higher than the end of the building where you enter.

Prices are fairly high at La Botana. Cover charge is $40 pesos. Cerveza is $20 pesos. Table dance is $100 pesos.
Privado is $200 pesos (I assume for 3 songs).
I paid the cover and sat down and drank one beer slowly. A couple of the dancers were sitting and talking in Spanish with some Mexican dudes the entire time I was there. I watched to see if the waiters were hitting those guys up for chica drinks and never saw it happen. My guess is those chicas were just regular friends with those guys and they were not customers, just visiting with their friends. They were all laughing quite loudly and having a great time. Wish I could have said the same. Except for the waiter, no other club personel ever even spoke to me.

I have saved the best for last! I visited this club last year when I came to Mazatlan but I definately had more fun this time.
This club is located in the central, downtown area of Mazatlan. I do not have the exact street address but it is on Avenida Mexico and not very far from Monument del Pescador. All the Pulmonias know the club as it is the most happening TD club in town right now. I have emailed a digital photo of the club to Administrator.
Prices are about the same as their main competitor, Caballitos. No cover. Cerveza $16 pesos. Table dance $50 pesos. Privado for 3 songs $150 pesos. Again bring your own condoms and negotiate with the chica for fucky/sucky.
By 10PM on the weeknight I was there this place was rockin! Packed with mostly roudy Mexicans. There are a lot of very hot chicas at this club.
