Declaimer: Even though I am a member of the club.hombre for years I am a not much of a writer and I am very discrete in my hobby. So this report reflects my personal experience and may be different than what you are accustomed to. For great details and in-depth analysis, there are many reports from Merlin, Godfather, batman, FLmonger and others on Colombia and Cali.

Day 1.

After months of planning and reading about everything on this board and others about Colombia and Cali it was time for me to make my first ever trip to the South America. I considered myself a Senior Monger (age wise) as I am in my early 40s and have been mongering for 25+ years but never made it to the South America. I work as a software consultant and my job is 100% travel. About 25-30% international. So I have been to all over the world for work and pleasure but never to the South for either work of pleasure so I was as excited for this trip as my first ever mongering trip to the Philippine as nervous as my first mongering trip to Cambodia in early 90s when it was not safe to go there. My interest in Cali started after reading Merlin’s report on Cali. I read Merlin’s reports on Cambodia and I could relate the experience he described in Cambodia so when I was reading his Colombia reports I felt connected again as it was my own experience. So Merlin and exchanged a few emails, I also exchanged email with FLmonger as he and I were planning to visit Colombia at the same time.

I think this is enough background on the preparation. A few months back when I planned my trip to Cali I created a profile at amigos.com and I mentioned in my profile that I am coming to Cali for visit at the end of May. Well by doing so I got around 100+ emails from girls in and around Cali. Main problem I had was all the emails were in Spanish and I have zero Spanish. So with further emailing back and forth I communicated with around 30 girls. I thought even if I can see 10% of the girls I am in touch with I would have a great time. I wanted to meet at least 3 non-pro girls on this trip.

I decided to stay at the hotel Intercontinental and with 3 weeks advance purchase and payment in full I could get a king size suite for about $83 dollars a night. Not a bad deal at all by my standard. Reading from earlier posts I realize Intercontinental was not visitor friendly and in some cases charged additional $50 for bringing guests who even stay for a few hours. Since this 3 weeks advance purchase special was the same for 1 or 2 individuals I made my reservation for 2 and I thought I’ll have one of the girls check in with me and then later I’ll rotate them on daily or hourly basis. So I asked one girl who is from a neighboring city to meet me at the airport. She wanted to know how many days I was staying in Cali so she could bring her clothes accordingly, I said even though I’ll be staying there for a few days she should bring clothes for one day and she seemed to be OK with it.

My flight to Cali started from Minneapolis that is where my current project is, to Miami. After 5 hours layover in Miami I was en-route to Cali. I met this guy who is sitting across from me in the first class and I thought he may be a member of the club.hombre but we never really talked about it but he mentioned he has been to Cali many times before and really likes it. My flight was normal and we landed Cali 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I was one of the first one to be out as I had no checked luggage and immigration and custom took seconds. When I came out of the airport there were a lot of people waiting but I did not recognize the girl from amigo and kept walking and suddenly somebody shouts my name and here she was. Not knowing and have done this before I had low expectations of meeting her over there but there she was and she was a stunner, an 8+. Wow – that is going to be a great trip. We exchanged money even though I should have done that before coming out of the terminal but I was still able to exchange it. It was raining in Cali at that time. We got a taxi and came to hotel Intercontinental which was extremely busy as there was some convention going on there. Finally made it to the front desk and guess what – they did not have my reservation and were completely sold out. I had the printouts of my reservation and also emails on my laptop and PDA and I should them all. The receptionist tried to look for it many different ways and could not find it. He said sometimes reservations made on the internet don’t make it to their system. I said I made the reservation on the Internet and then called two days ago to confirm and request a non-smoking room and everything was OK. I called the 800 number listed on their website and everything was fine. The receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and I need to find another hotel. I was explaining it was not my fault if the reservation was not in their system as I had all the confirmations on me. Even thought the receptionists spoke perfect English I don’t think they realized my point of view and kept telling me to find another hotel and they could help me with it. I said no I need to get a room here. Finally after two hours of debate, calling managers, they were able to give me a smaller room with higher rate and a promise they would get me a suite tomorrow. I was too tired at that point as I have been in transit for over 14-15 hours so I agreed to the arrangements. My friend from amigo was very helpful in sorting this all out. The room they were going to give me was not ready so we sat in the lounge and had some drinks. After the room was ready we transferred to the room and after showering we started kissing. Here is a strange experience, since I never done this before and I was not sure if she would be open to my advances I asked her in advance before coming to Cali of her expectations and she mentioned just wanted to be a friend and here we were going full force. After kissing we proceeded to foul play and full sex. It was a great session and within an hour of getting the hotel room I had my first experience with a non-pro Latina and it was just great. Well, after the sex and showers we headed out to dinner in this fancy restaurant, can’t remember the name but it was great food. We were the last customer at the restaurant and they started closing as soon as we paid the check or ticket as they call it. We then came to the street where all the discos are, I am really bad with names that are not in English, we went to a couple of bars and finally settled in one and ordered drinks. We danced for a while and then at 2:00 A.M. decided to get back to the hotel. Since I was so tired and a had a bit buzz from drinking I decided to pop a 20 mg of Ciali. We are kissing again and then everything else but this time I had a problem and I am not ejaculating. After an hour of steamy sex, unusual in my case (the hour), I gave up but Mr. Junior is not giving up. So she does everything she could, BBBJ, HJ, and finally I could feel something and put a condom on again and popped inside of her. So this is my second pop with the same Latina in less than 8 hours of landing in Cali.

Sorry about your troubles at the IC. I have the same deal for my first upcoming trip, same suite, same 21-day purchase.

They still haven't charged my AMEX - did they charge your card ahead of time? If they did, you should have MAJOR recourse coming, because your booking was done (as mine) directly with IC, not some fly-by-night Internet discount house.

Sounds like a winner through Amigos.com. I was hesitant to hook up through there because of the emotional attachment and fear that a girl checked in with me might hamper going to the various casas and clubs.

I'll be interested to see how you handle this delicate situation.

Wallstreet, if you did the same thing I did then I suggest you call the hotel asap and confirm your reservation. Hotel number is +5728823225. I am attaching some pics of the hotel. They were nice enough to change my room to a suite the next day, and it is a lot better than what I had before. I'll write up another report as soon as I get time to do so about the delicate situations that I found myself in. For the time being, let me say, this is my 3rd day here in Cali and I have not gone to a casa. I have been to discos but these are regular discos. A lot more to come and I'll put it there as soon as I get time between amigas.

Great start Jkarp. This is the type of stuff this site is all about, sharing of info and strategy. Your Amigo plan worked wonders and I'm really glad you hunkered down an 8+. The GFE in Cali was the most genuine and the most intense IMO. In fact, I've been in Macau and Hong Kong and the person I keep most in touch with is my novia from Cali. As good as it gets, though,

Great start to a great place to meet wonderful girls. Cybercupidos is another good site to meet non-pros. Most will throw out their phone number to you in their first email. Whatever your end game goal is with a chica in Cali you'll probably find it in Cali.

Regarding the IC Hotel - that place sucks! Here's a warning to all of you. There are better places anyway... The PlazaLasAmericanas is really really nice. I will post some info soon as I'm catching up on all the posts I've missed.

FLhobbyer, I was looking for you even before the flight. I was in the first class and the guy sitting right across from me was really looking at me and I introduce myself and asked him if he as a hombre and he did not understand so I thought it must not be you. And since I had no checked luggage I was out of the airport in less than 5 minutes and my amiga was waiting for me and at the IC in may 40 minutes. And then of course I had to wait 2 hours for my room. Then I did not get to FF till Saturday night and to the attempted Kaliente club on Sunday night.

Now hold on a minute - jkarp said nothing but good things about the IC (except for the lost reservation at the beginning). No problems bringing up girls, no guest fees, nothing. And I believe he had 2 girls with him at one time. As long as they register, no problem.

So FLhobbyer - please elaborate. As I'm scheduled to be at the IC next month, I'd like to know what problems you had. For the price, the pics in this report made it look nice.

Sounds like jkarp had only the stated problem, which is a repeat of someone else's previous problem (i.e. a pattern).

I think the discussion of the IC is a very good one to document - so let's move this to the IC's Topic discussion, I'll continue my post there.

jkarp, I had 9C, so I didn't upgrade. Now that AA has put additional rows into their 5's I find that 9C or 9D has more room than sitting in first, so unless it's free I don't often upgrade on 5's as I seem to always find 9C or 9D availabile to me.

Ok. I admit it, all this columb. banter is arousing my interest.

One thing I haven't heard much about is communication in English and any difficulties encountered.
