I arrived in Nogales on Friday about 6pm to hook up with a couple of hombres in Cherry's to see what we could find. The club was busy but more guys looking than buying and plenty of ladies available for the interested. I saw a real cutie in the back, where the table dances are done, alone and decided to practice my Spanish (which is really bad). I walked over out goes my very best spanish and she says "what the fuck are you saying" - turns out she speaks perfect english. I am a lucky boy. Oh how i wanted to practice my language arts. She tells me her name is Tommy and i ask if she would like a drink - she says it is too expensive. What is she doing i am thinking - so i say it will be OK - turns out she thinks you get better mileage for your money with the dance than the drink, most often sitting with someone that speaks no english and my limited spanish doesn't work very well. She agrees and back to the table with my buddies we go.

Back at the table I introduce Tommy to the two guys i was meeting - one was a newbie and one very picky. Tommy offers to help with any inside information she might have and to help with the spanish translation so to reduce the confusion. The newbie wanted a table dance so Tommy picks a beautiful girl (kind of a blond) and the newbie goes back - five songs later we pull him away - of course he can't walk but is very much in love - we tell him so many girls so little time.

I don't know what was going on but the ploice (i think it was the police) came in at one point and checked most everyones ID.

It is starting to get late - well the right time for Placers - so off we go. Placers was packed with very beautiful ladies - does it seem like they are getting better and better or is the fact that i am getting older (and older) the real root cause - i guess in either case it works out the same for me -

The buddies settle in and i am starting to look for a dinner and a date - more on that later.
