Last week, I heard about a boliche really far from downtown, at the West Quilmes district. It is located at Av. La Plata 3600, Quilmes (10 miles south of Recoleta), in front of a Shell gas station and the entertainment complex "El Bosque".

Being located at a poor district and a long ride from Capital, I was reluctant to go alone, so I recruited 2 friends currently visiting Buenos Aires (Pirate and Traveler).

We left downtown by midnight and drove to that place, always through wide avenues. The first 70% of the road seems a middle-class, friendly neighborhoods. but it gets sketchy during the last third (slums bordering the avenue, scarse light).

After the long journey, we arrived at the place, not very hard to identify: A big building with a single sign saying "El Harén" in big red neon letters.

We parked at the contiguous parking lot (ar$2) and entered through a lateral door. There, we were searched for weapons and paid an ar$10 entrance fee, with 1 drink (so far, as in Flores).

After entering, we had to walk a long alley, illuminated with red neon lights, as you can experience waiting in line for a feature game at Disneyworld. Then, we climbed a stair and entered the main lounge.

There was a place 3/4 the size of Madahos, properly decorated but not luxury (again, it remembers me Dolys in Flores): Pool tables, a reserved section for "pre-heating" with the girls, a long bar. Some 20-30 girls entertained the customers, most of them comparable to Hook or Cattos material, perhaps a notch above that. All the girls wore some sort of uniform: Short skirt, stocking, small tops, boots, most of them with white clothes (which outstand under the poorly illuminated lounge due to "black" lights hanging from the ceilings).

Girls approach you consistently but not aggressively, as in Envidia or Dolys. Half of them Argentinians, half of them Paraguayans, and a couple of Dominicans. I would dare to say that half of the girls had stunning bodies, although they weren't very educated women.

Prices: ar$5 the beer, ar$30 for 15 minutes session, ar$40 for 20 minutes session, ar$50 30 minutes and ar$100 the hour. Again, as in Flores.

I felt at ease, and my 2 friends enjoyed themselves. Traveler could close a deal with a nice brunette and I hooked Camila, a Paraguayan girl with small tits, nice legs and a beautiful face. As of her, she just started working the night before.

- El Harén is a place worth seeing but, due to its location, it is cumbersome and dangerous to go there. Even by car, you spend at least ar$10 of gas. A cab could be ar$30-50, and forget about finding a cab or remise the way back Capital! (think of the place as a far industrial, suburban setting).

- If you like the girls in Hooks and in Dolys, you will be glad to visit the place. If you look for Madahos of Black material, forget it.
