GO-GO bars are essentially set up like a strip joint but with dozens of gals dancing on an elevated stage without their tops or everything off. I liked this set up because you can really check out the girls body before you pay a bar fine. In CR and TJ, I cannot tell you how many times I have been disappointed or shocked when the Chica disrobes?
The Drinks are about 90 bhat to 120 bhat ($2.50) and the barfine (what you pay the bar to take the girl home) is about 400-500 bhat ($10-$11). The girls charge between 1000 bhat (Pattaya) to 1500 bhat (BKK). Some of the Go-Go bars claim to have over three hundred gals, and the most I saw had upwards of 70 girls dancing during the night. One thing I would tell you is that all the stunners get bar fined early, so don’t go too late or all the good ones may be gone.

The GO-GO girls are a “hit or miss’ type of deal. Some don’t do BJs and are cold, some will give you BBBJ and are GFE.

I was able to check out most, if not all, the Go-Go bars in the BKK hobbying areas. Most of them were small or not worthwhile, but I did go into quite a few that were memorable for one reason or another. Instead of rattling off all the names, I will only mention the ones that I took notice of or the ones that stood out for me on my recent trip, which were as follows:

NANA PLAZA: RAINBOWS 1 AND 2. Each with a large number of girls (maybe 70), mostly above average, but each with a handful of 8s and 9s. The girls should be interviewed because I had a few good sessions, and a couple of dead fish. I should warn you that several sites, notably Sexworker.com, is boycotting this bar because of some of the crap that allegedly goes on in ripping off Hobbyists, i.e. one complaint said that the even after paying a barfine, the designated girl would not leave and kept flirting with other men, etc. I had no problem when I was there and I went to the bars at least 3-4 times. The girls are a bit aggressive in selling drinks however.

SOI COWBOY AREA: Again, only clubs worthwhile were the LONG GUN and RAWHIDE clubs (both under same ownership). I missed out on the MIDNIGHT BAR, which was recommended by several posters.

LONG GUN/ RAWHIDE

These were the only place that were totally nude and reputedly owned by the BKK police. Basically, avoid all the other bars as they are dead. Stick with Long Gun and Rawhide (same ownership). Although the talent at Rawhide was obviously lower in quality relative to LONG GUN, the girls went back and forth (just 2 doors down). I noticed a good number of “Ladyboys” in both places, they were the aggressive ones who do not dance or do anything for that matter except stick to you. Read up on how to spot a Katoey. I swear that I had one “Ladyboy” who latched on to me as soon as I sat my big butt down and did not leave no matter what I did. He kept following me through the bars and even out to Rawhide. I yelled and caused a scene, and that is when he left me alone.

The Long Gun was jam packed with Hombre for obvious reasons. The girls here were very attractive and younger looking. I’d say of the 50 or so gals, about ½ were 7s and 8s, with a handful of 9s and 10s. The Long Gun had some great shows. During one particularly notable strip show, the go-go put up three of their best looking gals dressed up in black leather. These were 18 y.o. (I later found out) with bodies and perky tits that you’d find in a penthouse magazine. Very sexy. They danced energetically to heavy metal music and gyrated with enthusiasm.

After the show, the next set of gals came on stage to do the Bangkok shuffle, and that is when I spied my gal dancing on the stage. She was topless and wearing short-shorts and a cowboy hat. Very sexy. She was making some moves on the pole and swiveling her hips with fluidity. She was on the taller side, and had the most incredible tits ( a C cup for sure, but nicely formed). She had a flat stomach and long straight hair. When I called her over after her dance set, she came across as extremely shy, which appealed to me but and seemed out of place for a famous Long Gun girl. I bar fined her for 500 bhat and we agreed to 1500 bhat for short time. In bed, this gal was shy as expected, but she had a body to die for. Went through several sexual positions, but no BJ. I should have anticipated her shyness would follow into bed. After about an hour, she dressed and left.


The Rawhide, as I mentioned before, is still one of the better bars but not comparable to the Long Gun in terms of the crowdedness and the quality of the girls. There were about 20 gals here and only about one or two six 8-9s, most of the gals were 6s and 7s. They had one of those “pussy” shows which was more of a freak show than anything else. I mean, they had one girl stick a straw into her pussy and blow air out of it to take out some candle. Two other gals went up, “drank” clear water into their pussy and “pissed” out dark color water that supposedly had turned to coca cola in their pussy. Two other gals went up next, stuck peeled bananas into their pussies and simultaneously shot them out of their pussies and caught the bananas. Finally, one ugly-as-sin fat girl went up on stage with another gal and started uncorking coke bottles with their pussies! While the ok looking girl had trouble uncorking the bottles, the butt-ugly girl had no problems; she definitely had a talented pussy, imagine the vice-like grip of this pussy if you were desperate enough to do her.

During the show, while I was seated in the bleacher area, I swear to you that a Lady Boy tried to lift my “Chump” wallet from my backpocket – the chump wallet contained nothing but a few dollars, my money was stashed in my socks. I felt a bit of pressure of my wallet (my pocket with the wallet had a button) and I hollered in protest – “what the FUCK!”. When I turned around, I saw four or five Ladyboys giggling with each other and faking ignorance at what was going on. The short Mamasan came over and I tried explaining it to her but couldn’t get my point across too well. Anyway, I left the Rawhide and did not return.

PATPONG AREA: A lot of shit has been said about PATPONG. It’s one of those places you have to visit to understand. I recommend going to visit, but this should not be your first choice destination. This area is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the NANA PLAZA area. This area is probably the most congested in terms of vehicle traffic and foot traffic. In fact, be warned that during some hours of the night some taxis will not venture into that area because of the horrendous traffic. On foot, this place is like a huge swapmeet with little passageways leading up to the various Go-Gos and bars. The Touts are extremely aggressive here and they will physically pull at you to go in. As other posters have noted, the area is fully of Ladyboys. Interestingly, the curtains in the front entrance to many of the Go-Gos were pulled up to give onlookers a glimpse of the action inside.
All I can say is that most of the go-gos were a disappointment, with a noticeable contingent of Ladyboys at each bar/ go-go. But a few of the Clubs with the names “KING” and “QUEEN” in it had one or two gals dancing. The Queen II had one "diamond in the rough", a short girl named deedee who had a worldclass ass and tit combo. All in all, it was such a pain to get there and to deal with the human and vehicle traffic that I’ll probably skip the place next time.

PATTAYA : Generally speaking, the go-go girls here were better looking than the girls in BKK. There were literally hundreds of Go-Go’s here, but most notable were the SuperBAby, SuperGirl, and Happy A Go Go. Each Go-Go mentioned had at least 70-80 girls working each night and most of the girls were above average with a good dozen or so at each Go-Go an 8 or 9 in the beauty and sexiness scale. These clubs are large and had plenty of maneuvering room, although it did get very crowded at certain times, especial SuperGirl. The other bars in Pattaya were not worth exploring, I checked most of them out during my stay there.
One sex show of interest was at the PARADISE Go-Go. This place actually had rather good looking girls doing the usual pussy shows. But I swear to you that the grand finale was an actual fuck session between a guy and girl (nice tits and body). You could actually see the guy and girl well. I presume this was illegal because just as they were finishing, a buzzer went off and guys and girls were scurrying to hide evidence of the Fuck session and to make the place look like a typical Go-Go bar.

CAVEAT: In reading up on all the posts and actually visiting BKK, I soon realized that things change very rapidly in BKK and PATTAYA. Obviously, through no fault of the posters, many of the Posts on this site and others that were relevant 1 year or even 6 months ago are not necessary accurate now. Especially, which go-gos are the ones worth visiting. Heck, I even noticed that some of the go-go scene and the bar scene changed on a daily basis. This is especially true for posts on the other Non-Hombre sites.

You and I have the same exact taste. I rank Superbaby, SUpergirl and Happy ahead of all go go bars in BKK. I'll be in Thailand in 8 days.
